#Guess who just rewatched aubergine :))

one of the things I LOVE about the aubergine kiss is that when Sam does the “and scene!” thing in front of them, he ducks down. I’ve rewatched this moment SO MANY TIMES, and I’ve tried to see if it looks like he can see them or not. And as far as I can tell he wouldn’t be able to see Luke and Tom kiss behind him. I might be wrong but what I love about this if I’m right is that it means he just. Assumed they would kiss. It made so much sense for them to kiss, but then again he had yelled “and scene!”

idk I just really like it because it’s like. He knew that. He just KNOWS them so well. I think one of the reasons shoot from the hip just WORKS so well is that they’re genuinely great friends and know eachother so so well. And I just love it.

Why you chose your URL: I got Syllirium too long ago to remember the details but what I do remember is that it was the period I hardcore into Buffy and really liked Illyria and wanted something sounding akin but with ‘s’ thrown somewhere in there so I think I was just playing around with letters until it sounded good enough for me…
