Victim Profile: Reedclan cats
Cause of Death: executed by Stonestar
Cautionary Tale: as seen below
Story:
As relayed by Grayruffle, Second Teller of the Clans:
During the third moon of Leaf-bare, before the blooming of the yellowbell flowers, the Clan of Reedclan, under the guidance of Late Harrowstar, Son of Grassblossom, an attack was launched upon their Clan by the forces of Grassclan, under the guidance of Stonestar, son of Adderbloom.
Dishonourable Late Shrikesquall, son of late Laceheart, fed an unknown mixture to two warriors of Grassclan--late Eggstep and late Brittlebite--Daughters of Laceheart.
According to the testimony of two witnesses, dishonorable Shrikesquall gave the mixture under the pretense of offering traveling herbs.
The effects of the herbs did not affect Eggstep and Brittlebite until they crossed the Reedclan border.
According to two survivors of the tragedy, the mixture turned the warriors into a form later given the name of ‘Berserkers’, giving them adrenaline in spades and rendering them seemingly impervious to harm.
The camp was torn apart through two points of entry.
Brittlebite tore through the nursery, having torn into the escape tunnel at the back using her claws.
The nursery at the time was occupied by three queens and their kindle of seven.
Late Marigoldberry, daughter of Hollyroot,
Late Salmonleap, child of Grassblossom,
Late Smallmoon, daughter of Grayruffle.
Of these ten, Beetlekit, son of Salmonleap, and Rosekit, daughter of Smallmoon, were the only survivors.
They were later found hidden beneath the right foreleg of Salmonleap.
Brittlebite was disposed of by honorable Harrowstar, who risked his own life to save the lives of the remaining kits.
Eggstep had broken into the elder’s den on the opposite side of camp. She killed Frondcheek, son of Late Scorchberry, and almost managed to kill Hollyroot, daughter of none, but was stopped when confronted with the warriors of Reedclan, excluding Chillspur, child of none, and Goldplume, son of Hollyroot, who were on patrol.
The warriors who confronted Eggstep were:
Late Bleakspine, son of late Firefreckle,
Late Cherrytooth, son of late Nighttooth,
Late Rapidfang, daughter of Hollyroot,
Late Sunmallow, daughter of late Rapidfang,
Late Thorntail, son of Grayruffle,
Late Waspshadow, son of Grayruffle.
Late Mellowwhisper, child of none, attempted to rescue Hollyroot. This sparked the monster back into action, and it tore her head from her shoulders with its teeth.
The monster then repeated the treatment mentioned previously on Waspshadown and Thorntail, who were standing next to Mellowwhisper at the time of the killing.
Upon seeing the deaths, Honourable Marrowpad, daughter of Grayruffle, ran towards the monster. Having known Marrowpad, it is likely that she wanted to defend the honour of her brothers (Waspshadow and Thorntail).
She attempted to claw the monster.
Her right forelimb was dislocated and then wrenched off of her body. The beast then finished off the rest of the warriors.
Seeing this, Harrowstar, accompanied by Mistpaw and Mosspaw, mounted a final defense.
They also failed, but their deaths seemed to bring an end to Eggstep’s rampage.
She reverted to her original form, and remained in a comatose state until the next new moon.
A grand meeting of the Clans was called, and Eggstep was put on trial for destroying the Clan.
The forelimb of Marrowpad was used as evidence, and all five survivors of Reedclan testified that she had been the one to cause the carnage.
She was executed by Stonestar before sunrise.

Since Seaclan is getting overpopulated I'm going to have to start a new clan and you can decide the name! I have three clan names but I will also give you the option to comment your ideas! (please make sure the clan name is something wild cats know)
Also some rules I made up to make it a little more interesting:
-Deputies have to be related to the leader and medicine cats have to be family
-mentors decide the name of their apprentice

What kind of universe does brackenleaf and raincloud live in?
they are warrior cats!
raincloud comes from grassclan, whose territory is a stretch of grassland. grassclan has a lyrical naming system, and often use compound words as names. grassclan encourages outsiders to join.
brackenleaf comes from woodclan, whose territory is some forested mountains. woodclan has a traditional naming system and does not take in outsiders. the clan is made up of several distinct bloodlines; clan cats mate with rogues or loners or kittypets (to keep genetic diversity), and bring their offspring back into the clan (to continue the bloodline).
the clans alternate between peace and war. by the time cloudkit and brackenkit are born, tensions are ramping up again; they are older apprentices or young warriors when war is declared.

Taking a tiny break from DawnClan to set up the other two groups in their area! We're starting with CopseClan, and later, I'll work on GrassClan once I feel all settled with this group.
COPSECLAN: THE MOUNTAIN CATS.
CopseClan does not actually have a name--CopseClan is the name given to them by DawnClan as a better means of differentiating them from the other neighboring colony. This colony of cats simply exists. They need no name, and they need no deep ancestral history to exist and thrive, and GrassClan is similar.
'Copse' means a thicket of trees, and given that CopseClan lives deep in the forest of Mist-Bound Mountain, this is what brought their name to fruition.
CopseClan does not operate based off of the usual set of clan hierarchy dynamics. Instead, they focus on co-existing in what ways work best for them, allowing cats to help the colony by playing to their key strengths. For example, some cats are designated hunters, while others are camp guardians, choosing these roles for themselves as they naturally come, or seeking out experts in the colony to be trained.
There is no ranking system, no going from kit, to apprentice, to warrior. Both GrassClan and CopseClan operate under the principle that there is no more important time than the present, and to linger upon the history of their ancestors makes no sense, as is what DawnClan does.
Even without nine lives and spiritual guidance, these cats manage to thrive, much as it befuddles DawnClan.
Now, onto the cats...
BLUE. A 104 moon old tortie she-cat with a unique blend of chocolate brown and gray fur. When asked for a leader, while she is not officially in such a position, CopseClan often looks to her. She is careful, wise, and doesn't mind taking charge when necessary. However, she will never claim such a role permanently, or assert herself as above any of her colony members. They all stand as equals, as fellow cats trying to survive and thrive.
CREAM. An 89 moon old tortie she-cat, her coat is a blend of dark sandy tan, splotches of black, and a cream underbelly and mittens. Charismatic and energetic, she also helps CopseClan in times of necessary leadership, and loves to teach the younger cats the art of battle. She has been the most antagonistic with the clan cats, indignant and insulted by their inability to accept their way of living, but her temper is kept to a simmer by Blue.
SKY. A 107 moon old tom-cat. His slate-black coat is accented by lighter gray rosette dapples, and with cool cyan eyes, he struck an impressive figure to the clan cats when first met. Cool and charming, he is the closest feline to a 'medicine cat' that DawnClan could figure out. While many of CopseClan come from various backgrounds, either born wild or from kittypet lineage, Sky has always been wild, and before CopseClan, he learned how to manage his own injuries and sicknesses with natural remedies in the forest. Prior to his arrival, CopseClan did not have a concept of 'medicine' or herbal remedies, but he has been slowly turning this around.

Oh my god I love this, I've been staring at it for an hour. The colors, the framing. The foreshadowing. Snowfrost's expression is everything. You can tell exactly what's going on even if you don't know what happens in the story. Its perfect. I love it, thank you so much nyan 💖❤💕
I wanted to do a re draw of one of my old fan art of this lil lady. I love my problematic Queen♥️
Character by the lovely @signs-of-the-moon
#the killer look in Snowfrost's eye gives me shivers for real#also loving how cute Mistyleaf looks. she's almost certainly flirting with Swiftcloud rn and mama don't like it#its perfect#I like the way you drew the medicine den too. in my mind its directly under the tree#but drawing it as a hole underneath the ground the tree sits upon is so valid and honestly cooler/fits more into Grassclan's camp aesthetic#thank you again for this art Im obsessed#sotm fanart#Swiftcloud#Mistyleaf#Snowfrost

I was planning out how each clan chooses their name. Originally, it was based on each clan choosing something that is common in their territory. The cliffs in CliffClan, the streams of StreamClan, the heathers of HeatherClan, and the oaks of OakClan? They are in a coniferous forest. Sure oaks can live there, but why would I name them after that? I don’t know how I did not realize this. Originally they were CedarClan, but that made their abbreviation the same as CliffClan’s (CC). I am considering some alternatives, such as another tree or Aster (there is a special reason why), but they all have their own problems. With this dilemma, this is the perfect time to explain my rules when it comes to creating clan names. Get excited!
1) No matching abbreviations: The most simple rule and the one that kicked CedarClan out of the picture because CliffClan is never changing. I like to use shortcuts, like CC or HC and there will be confusion over who I am talking about if they have the same abbreviation. ClC/CeC could work, but it is too much work for me.
2) No matching “categories”: I do not want the clans to have their names based on the same category. For example [redacted]Clan and StreamClan both have the same types of trees, but they are not allowed to be named PineClan and LarchClan. This can be very broad. For example, snow, cloud, ice, bank, river, and mist are all not options because StreamClan is already water related. This is why I struggle with Aster. It matches HeatherClan’s flower name
3) Unwanted prefixes = good clan name: While technically any of these can be prefixes and if it came to it I would be fine with each of them, I prefer to use prefixes that I do not like for cats for the clans. In my clans, it is very disrespectful to name a cat after a clan. Even outsiders who just happen to have the name of a clan will not be referred to as it. In order to keep as many good prefixes as possible, the clans get the bad ones. CliffClan and StreamClan are the most obvious of this. This cannot be done for all the clans because canon took all the good ones. For example “heather” is a fine prefix, but I gave it to HeatherClan anyway because I like the name. They can’t be HillClan or MeadowClan because CliffClan is too close. This is why I struggle to just pick another tree for [redacted]Clan. It was already hard enough to get rid of Cedar or Oak, but Pine, Larch, Fir? I refuse.
4) Too many syllables: One thing I hate in warrior names is having one part of the name being more than 1 syllable. It can be okay sometimes, but I avoid it. This is why I don’t name them HemlockClan and give HeatherClan a new flower name. Even though this would be the simplest name because rule 2 gives [redacted]Clan pretty much just tree name, I really hate it. I probably will not have too many Dragonflypaws or Dandelionpaws because I can’t stand that many syllables.
5) No animal names: I just don’t really like the clans being named after animals. This would also be perfect because if I named them BadgerClan or something it would not break any rules. It would kind of break the hidden side of rule 3 because I would prefer to keep the animal names for the cats, but it does not actually break it.
6) No weird names: I might just have too many rules for these names. This is incredibly subjective, but I do not want any weird names. No GrassClan, DirtClan, WoodClan, BarkClan, or anything of the sort, I don’t really know why, but I just don’t like these names. I don’t even like them as prefixes for cats, besides Bark.
7) No canon names: Kind of obvious, but I am not going to use any of the clan names from canon.
If you have any ideas, please help me. I really need a new name from [redacted]Clan. I want 4 clans, so I can’t just get rid of them. It will probably have to break one of the rules. Rules 1/5/7 are non-negotiable, so they must be followed. Thank you!! :)

Dark Forest Resident: Shrikesquall
Aliases / Nicknames: The Shrike, The Bastard, Shrike

Other Relations: Littlefeather (mentor)
Clan: Grassclan
Rank: medicine cat
Characteristics: experimented with herbs, mad scientist
Number of Victims: 47
Number of Murders: 22 (indirectly)
Murder Method: poisoning, using banned remedies on Clanmates
Known Victims: Eggstep, Brittlebite
Victim Profile: other Clans
Cause of Death: killed by Goldplume
Cautionary Tale: some things are forbidden for a reason
Story:
On the day he was born, the medicine cat died.
For some Star-forsaken reason, Stonestar decided that this meant that he was meant to be the next medicine cat.
So he was trained, almost as soon as his eyes were opened, to treat his Clanmates.
His mother busied herself with working on new inventions to help the Clan, while his father wouldn’t stop complaining about the problems caused by Reedclan.
So little Shrikekit started experimenting, only stumbling upon a perfect recipe once he earned his full name.
Obviously, his first test subjects were his sisters.
He found that, if mixed with water from a certain spring, subjects would transform into a rage state, only reverting back when the ingredients wore off, which, in one instance, wasn’t until the next day.
When Stonestar declared war on Reedclan, he passed his sisters the bundles under the guise of traveling herbs.
The results were even better than expected.
Twenty-two warriors, queens, and apprentices lay dead in the snow, his sisters still patrolling the camp in their berserker states, searching for signs of life.
He couldn’t help but smile. He had done it! He had successfully eliminated the Reedclan menace, and now, there wouldn’t be any more Reedclan to compete with!
He was so absorbed with his victory that he didn’t hear the survivors pounce.
Additional Information:
--Submission by @ambitiousauthor
--Inspiration was taken mainly from Bonefall!
--He’s from the same Clan as Runningripple, and actually distantly related.
--Science went out the window for this one.

Warriors-ify: The Wizard of Oz.
We’re off to see the leader,
The wonderful Wisteriastar!
Duckcloud: Dark brown tabby she-cat with blue eyes. Often too busy dreaming to focus on important things. She goes to Wisteriastar to ask him to help her find her way home to GrassClan.
Sandfur: Golden tom with green eyes. He has a great sense of humor and is fast-thinking. He goes to Wisteriastar to become wise.
Thymeheart: Gray tom with golden eyes. He is very aloof, but romantic. He goes to Wisteriastar to become kind.
Lionfang: Light brown tabby tom with blue eyes. He sees himself as a coward, but longs to be leader. He goes to Wisteriastar to become brave.
Gingerstar (formerly Gingerflower): Dark red she-cat with golden eyes. She becomes the leader of MossClan, a Clan of very short cats, after Duckcloud accidentally kills their evil old leader, Eelstar, by falling on top of her.
Flystar: Black she-cat with green eyes. She is the leader of WoodClan. She is angry at Duckcloud for killing Eelstar, who was Flystar’s littermate. Duckcloud kills her by accidentally tossing her into a raging river.
Wisteriastar (formerly Oscar): White tom with golden eyes. He used to be a kittypet named Oscar. He is leader of LeafClan, but sadly does not really believe in StarClan and so is not a very good leader. He leaves LeafClan to Sandfur, who becomes Sandstar, at the end.
In order:
Dorothy Gale, Scarecrow, Tin Man, Cowardly Lion, Glinda, Wicked Witch of the West, Wizard.
