Some concepts for my GOW x Doungeon Meshi au

"After the death of her son at the hands of Kratos, Freya decides to fuse Baldur’s dead body with what little life remains in his pet Red Dragon body.

The abomination flees away into the branches of the World Tree, possibly ending up anywhere in the Nine Realms. With Ragnarok just around the corner and the witch trying to protect his "son", it is up to Kratos and Atreus to hunt it down and stop it's rampage... that is if Freya doesn't stop them first."

I have a few GOW aus I never sat down and drew that I wouldn't mind exploring in the future, this one included. I'm calling it "Quimera Baldur au" but any better name suggestions are much appreciated as well as questions! If you have them....

really hoping for thrud becoming like some type of bodyguard/security for angrboda lol. "you wanna go to her then you gotta get through ME first" type shit. also i got reminded of the wild west au and i want to add the song II Most Wanted from the cowboy carter album (still can't believe miley cyrus and beyonce gave us the girl version of brokeback mountain ALL I'M SAYING IS... SANTA MONICA.... PSPSPSPS LOOKIE HERE GOT SOME IDEAS... 👁️👁️)

With the Wild West AU in mind, Thrud would teasingly size up Atreus just to see if hes good for Angrboda. After seeing how careful he’s been around her, this makes her realize he wouldnt hurt a fly lol after this she apologizes and tries to help him out but given him hints that angrboda feels the same way toward him 😉

Been watching a God Of War 2018 playthrough with my sister in preparation since I want to get Ragnorok with her and it keeps making me think of Simon and Joseph...

So. GOW au with Ghost as Kratos and Joseph as Atreus... perhaps I will doodle them to another audio of them..... i have a soft spot for this concept....

I really enjoy seeing other GOW fans’ headcanons for alive/grownup Calliope, so I thought I’s share my own AU: Where Calliope becomes Pluto, god/goddess of the underworld!

I imagine she finds some of Hades’ old gear and revamps it to fit her own style. I also imagine that her flute was repurposed into a necklace (not drawn here) or was burned with the rest of her first body.

Apologies for taking so long to post! I didn't expect for the original post to be so well received so I didn't have much planned. Now that I have a better idea of the story I can get to work with a much clear head!

Design breakdown:

I kept the shapes and dimensions pretty similar to the Quimera Falin design except for the deference between the front and the back legs because I wanted for the separation between the dragon and the chicken part to be more striking.

The biggest changes are color-wise. Quimera Falin has red scales and white feathers, the white symbolizing Falin's purity while the red symbolizing the corruption of her soul, kind of like a wedding dress soked in blood: Something clean and pure stained by great tragedy.

Baldur is NOT pure and Freya is far more expirenced in magic that Marcille was, that is why I went for a design with a more balanced color pallete. It is far more Rooster inspired since it has far more impressive colors AND can fit with the overall color schemes shared by the Valkyries (for lore reasons of course)

I have some parts of the story planned out and will definitely post more about this storyline!

Hi! I love your Helios lives AU!!! But I'm interested in learning a little more about it. These are the questions that interest me. Does Helios live in Midgard? If he lives in Midgard, do the Norse gods know about him (Odin, Thor, Freya, etc.)? Does Kratos know that Helios is alive? Will they meet at some point in the future? What will be the reaction of both of them to this meeting? I'm sorry if I wasted your time, but I just like Helios and your AU.

Helios IS in midgard! And no, his existence is unknown by the Norse gods so far, but as the Au advanced he does get some tensions with the Norse gods just like Kratos

Kratos and Helios do meet again, although its more depressing than epic. Helios is a washed up glory of what he once was back in GOW3. Hes old, tired and ummotivated, yet he hands onto life by trying to be something else, a common man in the woods.

Kratos had a pang of guilt over finding him in this state but Helios is more worn to even have any reaction whatsoever. Hes tired of everyone tbh.
