You are more focussed today than any other day. It seems that you have inadvertently been take on a journey to discover why your ideas have not produced the desired results you thought you would have achieved by now. It is time to go back to the drawing board and apply a healthy dose of optimism and inner determination that you can turn your disappointment around today and get your ideas back into producing results than staying dormant.

King of Cups. Golden Art Nouveau Tarot
In the Waite-Smith depiction, the King of Cups—Air of Water—sits on a throne that floats on the ocean. What does it mean to rule over the waters? Can we find an Emperor-like stability in the middle of uncertainty and unfathomable mystery?
If anyone can do it, it is this King. He takes the responsibility of his rule deeply to heart. He sets his dais on the watery flows and makes his realm the province of the Moon and the High Priestess. This is the world of the unconscious, of the soul, of submerged and abject emotion, past traumas, unknowable shadows. The King of Cups manages to find his balance amid the waves and currents. He knows buoyancy but is a master of the dive as well, able to take on the weight he needs when it’s time to go deep. Few can surf like this King, and even fewer can—like him—withstand the almost unimaginable pressures on the ocean floor. This King also reminds us of the prismatic quality of water. Light can indeed penetrate the shadowy depths, although it will be bent and refracted as it does so. The King of Cups finds his true calling as a bender of light. He translates what cannot be said into clarity and meaning. He is a healer, a counselor, a philosopher, a poet, a saint—or simply a kind neighbor who listens with gentle eyes and firm discipline. Hello! I've once again appeared as a contestant lol. I love the topic for this game it's so cute 🥹
So, again I've gone with the tarot option. Here is your reading (つ≧▽≦)つ♡
‧₊ ˚ ⊹ ࣭ ⭑ . ₊ ⊹ .₊๋‧₊ ˚ ⊹ ࣭ ⭑ . ₊ ⊹ .₊๋‧₊ ˚ ⊹ ࣭ ⭑ . ₊ ⊹ .₊๋‧₊ ˚ ⊹ ࣭ ⭑
Decks used: Golden art nouveau tarot, tarot mucha & blue bird lenormard
Tarot cards I got: 4 of wands, 7 of cups (reversed), ace of pentacle, knight of pentacles, the hierophant , the empress (reversed), 10 of cups, the moon & magician
Oracles: Mice, Book, Heart & Key
Girl. The first card that came flying out was the four of wands! Your love story will be one of love, romance and devotion... However, there is definitely a journey taking place before that. It's nothing bad, trust me! Just not something you'd expect lol.
At the start of your relationship, you may both be very focused on yourselves. I don't think either of you have been dating before you met or at least not for a while. You may have a lack of opportunity or options in your love life before meeting them, and perhaps there is also some discouragement in this area of your life.
This person will not be someone you expect to come in your life at all, their appearance may be sudden or just unpredictable too. When they come, they're coming girl. This person, has an attitude ngl. They may act a little arrogant when you first meet. Perhaps he'll show up when you're working, and they're here to ask questions about themselves, and act all high and mighty lol. It's sort of like a customer service type of thing. Perhaps you'll be working at a place where they need to go to arrange something for themselves. Money could be involved too like he may be paying for something.
I don't think you'll expect anything from them at first. You'll even think that this person may get on your nerves lol. You might think along the lines of " Who the hell does this guy think he is?".
He will be the one to pursue you however! Perhaps something about you will catch his eye, he'll think you are witty and resilient and unlike most people he has interacted with before. He's going to see you as someone calm, elegant and reserved. Someone who is intelligent and well educated.
Your love story reminds me a lot of Beauty and The Beast & Anastasia. You won't get along at first, you might find him rather intrusive and rash, and perhaps not what you'd imagine at all in a husband at first.
As time goes by, and you both get to know each other better you'll start to see those hits of genuine affection and interest in one another. He'll show you the side of him you never expected him to have. The gentleman, the curious, and the romantic. You'll find that he is actually very emotionally mature and fair with his judgement.
You will realise that a lot of his desires actually align with what you want. Once you both open up, there is a burst of romance and devotion flooding through your souls. You will see each other as equals. Both equally smart, and cunning and talented. You are both in a way, a dream come true. He may shower you with affection, and do things for you no one else would. He's calm and reassuring, and he will support you in every endeavour. He will admire your talent and your brilliance. Perhaps you will teach him more about astrology too.
A lot of dates will take place in museums or the cinema, or even at restaurants. He will always be the one to handle the bill. He will bring a lot of stability into your life once you get married. Your love story looks very lovely to me, I wish you great happiness in your love life as well as your career!
This is all I'm getting at the moment, I hope you enjoyed your reading ♡
‧₊ ˚ ⊹ ࣭ ⭑ . ₊ ⊹ .₊๋‧₊ ˚ ⊹ ࣭ ⭑ . ₊ ⊹ .₊๋‧₊ ˚ ⊹ ࣭ ⭑ . ₊ ⊹ .₊๋‧₊ ˚ ⊹ ࣭ ⭑
Oh yeah, here are my juno & groom persona charts. I've set them at whole signs because I've just finished reanalysing my chart recently (for an upcoming JPC observations post lol!) you can just read them regularly, there's really not much of a difference.
Hi Thank you for participating and exchange. Its really lovely the gif are just op.He better not show me the attitude otherwise 🙃.
Your love story trope with your fs gives forbidden love vibes. Your person is very hardworking person they know the time value and always be at the place where there work need them . A person who is always busy in the work seems like they have a very fix routine daily like they are playing a song again and again . They make there own empire and work hard to stable there own world. When you look them you find they they are a person who is tottaly details and routine follower they are very charming and hardworking person whocan have a lot of resources. But for them they never knew they want a bright sun light in there dark work you are the ray of light who light up the different possibilities in there life a fresh wind . And they never know when you became there weak point . You are a warm hug for them when they want to escape from reality you motivate them to never stop and work hard for you . They will be there for you whenever you need them they bring you all the things to make you own work cause there heart know you bring that stability between love and work which they are trying to find from years. And for you they gonna touch the part of your heart where no one is allowed. They going to make you feel free not like other peoples who make you feel like you need to fix in there standards its seems like dangerous but same time illuminating for you . The things which you are afraid with in there presernce the felling of socially and physically accepting gone dissappear. They are going to love your body don't know but i feel like its something i need to write. They gonna take i trest the things you like and love you can got suddenly confused by there mystery but don't they gonna make you love your own sides ans shades.

Key 10 – Wheel of Fortune Top: art: Wheel of Fortune - Golden Art Nouveau Tarot
Key 10 the Wheel of Fortune is first and foremost an expression of the Law of Rotation. The number 10 on the Tree of Life is the Kingdom, called Malkuth in Hebrew. It is the point of manifestation of the Spirit of God. It is where we live. Yes, in essence, we are pretty much blind to the rest of the Tree of Life. --Gates of Light

What deck do you use? Do you use tarot, other decks, or both? Any recommendations for what a new witch should use? I'm asking because card based witchcraft is basically where I'm making my starting point
I don't read cards very often, but I do own several decks. The ones I use most often are the Golden Tarot (as created by Liz Dean, based on the old Visconti-Sforza deck), the Golden Art Nouveau Tarot (Massaglia, because I love art nouveau), and the Everyday Witch Tarot (Blake and Alba). For most of my readings, I use the Golden Tarot, since that's the one I've had the longest and it works really well for me. Also the deck is GORGEOUS and I love the artwork.
I also have a bunch of oracle decks, like the Halloween Oracle and the Everyday Witch Oracle (the Growth card looks like me and my boy Havoc!), but I use these less often. I tend to use tarot for specific questions and oracle cards for more general or nebulous readings.
And to be perfectly honest, if I need a really clear reading? I'm pulling out my personal runes. They've always worked for me and they're....disturbingly accurate sometimes.
As for decks I'd recommend to new witches, pick one that resonates with you. Find something that has artwork you love and a system of definitions that make sense to you. Decks that come with companion booklets are helpful too, since it helps the reader form direct connections between the images on the cards and their meanings.
The only two decks I don't recommend are the Rider-Waite deck, even though it's an oft-cited starter deck, and the Thoth deck. The Rider-Waite deck was created by members of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn and they were OBSESSED with Kabbalah, so the deck contains Hebrew letters and iconography that absolutely should not be used in this context. So it's a no from me for cultural appropriation. And I don't recommend the Thoth deck because that's Crowley creation and Crowley was a racist piece of shit. So I tend to recommend staying away from anything he wrote or created.
I definitely do recommend the decks I work with, at least in the sense that I've had good experiences with them even as a novice diviner and a witch who doesn't often delve into cartomancy. (Also if you want more information on the history of tarot, you might enjoy Ep. 19 of my podcast, Hex Positive, which traces the origins and development of the deck from party game to popular magical tool.)
Hope this helps! 😊

Moon. Golden Art Nouveau Tarot
The Depths. “The path between the towers is the issue into the unknown,” writes Waite, in his description of this card. In point of fact, we’ve seen these towers before. They are the towers at the horizon of the Death card, between which a brilliant sun either rises or sets. Here we find a waxing moon (Waite is precise on this point), and although the moon shines brightly, it does so with uncertain reflected light and over the only landscape in the trumps that lacks either human or humanlike figures. Like Trump II, the High Priestess, where the twin pillars define a gateway of sorts—an entrance into the waters behind the veil—this card ushers us into mystery, and invites us to identify the mystery with murky and fluid depth. Contrast the image of water in this card with the wellspring of the Star. Both cards depict illumined nighttime scenes, but the water in the Star is all surface. Under a moonless sky, the central figure’s foot rests upon the very top of the pool as on a sheet of glass. The water has no depth. In the Moon card, in contrast, the water seems to be entirely depth, without a surface. The crustacean we see at the edge of the waters has no place above air. This landscape devoid of humans, devoid of sunlight, points us toward the mystery beyond the pillars, but the symbolism of the card also makes clear that this mystery will remain beyond our conscious, intellectual grasp. The light of reason has no place here in this card of lunar truth. “The intellectual light is a reflection,” Waite tells us, “and beyond it is the unknown mystery which it cannot show forth.” Like the High Priestess card, the Moon presents us with a gateway, and invites us over a threshold into what cannot be shown forth. Cards like the High Priestess and the Moon envision spiritual practice as a kind of initiation—an entry into mystery, a passage through a gate. But it’s not so simple when you’re dealing with what cannot be shown forth. In Japanese Zen meditation halls, you’ll sometimes see a sign with Chinese characters that reads: “The Gate of Not-Two”—the gate of nonduality. These Zen placards challenge us to envision spiritual practice as a matter of passing through the Gate of Not-Two. What might it mean, how might it even be possible, for a gateway to give us passage into nonduality?
By definition, a gateway separates here from there, inside from outside. By definition, a gateway is already dualistic. The Gate of Not-Two would need to allow us not simply to pass from here to there but to pass from the world of here/there (the world of binary either/or choices) into a world of non-division, a world of non-distinction between here and there. How would we even know that we had passed through such a gate? There could be no certain bearings. This is the landscape of the Moon card. It invites us into a place of unknowing, into mysteries that will remain mysterious, into nondual depths that by definition cannot be plumbed. The figures in this lunar landscape have been identified by many, including Waite himself, as representations of our unconscious mind. From a Jungian perspective, this is the world of soul and the collective unconscious: the world of archetype and myth. Many modern readers go on to identify the Moon as the card of intuition. That seems just right to me, but only if we recognize that intuition invariably courts error. It’s all too easy to turn intuition into another form of knowing—like calling pork “the other white meat”—as if intuition could do the work of reason from another angle, yielding reason’s same fruits of clarity and certainty. When we enter the Moon’s nocturnal world, we face the possibility of complete delusion. This is not a world of measurements and comparisons, of right and left and good and bad. There’s no Justice here, no Emperor-like order, no bourns or limits. There’s nothing that will keep us from taking projections for reality and fears for truths. These are the risks that the Tarot invites us to take, not because the Moon will lead us toward greater knowledge and mastery but because it will lead us into ourselves, and into greater intimacy with the vast emptiness out of which all that can be known arises. If the High Priestess invites us into unknowing, the spectral beams of the Moon lead the way. There will be no guarantees, but there will be great intimacy in these depths. Lisa Freinkel Tishman

for reference; my collection of cards. (updated 07/06/2023)
i have so many. i am planning on getting more.
asterisks mean they’re favourites. little write-ups provided, to give insight into what questions they prefer to answer and what personalities the entities/energies have. in alphabetical order, separated by type of divinatory card system.
TAROT.
Antique Anatomy: studious and spiritual; takes magic from a very scientific standpoint and encourages research. is extremely excited to help anyone on spiritual path questions, but fumbles with things about the real world. helps clarify messy and muddled feelings about magic work, but makes emotional things feel even more confusing.
Architect: very composed; a lot more emotional than i’d expected! interested in building “bridges” between people, all interpersonal relationships and “reinforcing” the spine and the inner self. good for big feelings, social issues, and self confidence; as well as for identifying obstacles that are halting momentum.
* Art Nouveau: one of my prior default decks. purchased in salem, massachusetts during my first trip. feels like a knowing mother; very connected to the divine feminine. feels very bright in terms of energy, but encourages you to touch into the darkness to understand the balance required in understanding magic fully. good for both personal and path-related questions; often very kind and sympathetic, but still offers sage advice.
Black Ritual: a gift from a friend at work. redraw of the rider-waite, feels very clean but very fight-y, justice seeker. sits at crossroads, will either give you advice or listen to you vent- either way, he’s like a good friend. very much matches your energy, but won’t bend his advice to just what you WANT to hear, only change it to be the way you might want to hear it.
Crow: takes a little bit of effort to reach into its energies, but very fun, playful, and encourages a balance between physical and spiritual. feels like a whole flock of crows, a full family dynamic too, that balances out all the different directions because of how many voices seem to be speaking at once. a little hard to pin down, but a really rewarding deck for any question you have; just be ready to pull clarifying cards.
Druidcraft: the first deck i ever received, currently unusable since two cards were ruined in a moving accident. huge stoner vibes.
Ethereal Visions: gorgeous, really serious, needs you to completely surrender your headspace over to it or else it won’t work. guardian angel energies. focused on building a strong internal self (especially a firm backbone) so that you may become a leader, or at least a trailblazer, in whatever material things you may want to pursue. mostly about building strength to withstand hardships, instead of telling you how to avoid them.
Everyday Witch: town healer vibes, older grandmother witch who’s been around the block a few times. knows about risk versus reward, interested in teaching and teaching you to teach, old in wisdom but young in joy. best used for questions where you need to be assured in your abilities, regardless of where they are; as well as general questions about the path if you want to learn something useful.
Guardian of the Night: like the crow tarot, but more focused. also feels like several entities, but unlike the crows, they speak with one voice. feels very urgent in whatever it says. interested in big catastrophes- if you’re in your tower era, this is a good deck to call on. good at mixing pep talks with advice, very encouraging to move, extremely instinct-based.
* Herbcrafter’s: fun dual-use deck. half regular tarot, half herbs and medicine oracle deck, makes for a fun spread no matter what. GOLDEN GIRL ENERGY. older woman who loves herself and wants you to love yourself, too. self love, self care, self protection, self discovery, self confidence- it is all about you, and becoming someone that other people want to ask advice from. really good for any question; makes you feel good coming out of the reading.
* Hush: incredible vibes. i use this deck as my namesake for my main blog. feels like walking into a deep, dark wood that you don’t belong in. does not do well with more trivial day-to-day questions; it wants to dig into the soil of your soul. will not give you an answer if you aren’t ready for it. mostly for the spiritual. dances along the edge of the veil, and encourages a deeper understanding of magic.
Inversion: feminine tomboy energy; kind of a take-no-shit kind of chick, will not really offer emotional support but will tell you exactly what you need to know. better for day-to-day questions, especially ones revolving around working, careers, or craftsmanship. based off the marsailles style of tarot, so a little different from the rest of my decks.
Modern Witch: fun, but a little shallow. for low-stress questions. very fluffy, probably not best for serious path-related questions, but will offer good direction if you’re a little scattered in your real life. be advised that it’s always going to direct you to the option that brings the most pleasure; not necessarily the best one in the long run.
* Murder of Crows: extremely powerful deck. i cried actual tears the first time i used it. death and rebirth. if you have gone through something difficult, or feel stuck in the dark, this deck will hold your hand through the hard shit. better used after the hard times, so it can get you out of the wreckage. deeply personal. deeply magical. i must reiterate the power that radiates from this deck.
Murder of Crows (Limited Print Red Edition): this one feels like the more positive sibling to the original murder of crows deck; once the first brother has gotten you out of the wreckage, this one kinda helps you to stay in the good times without sliding back. older brother passes your hand to younger sister. not as powerful, but works well in tandem with the other.
Mystic Dreamer: not a fan of the art style, hard to connect to. feels conflicting in its advice, too; aware of the need for plans, but consistently warns that plans never go to- well, plan. strict in terms of logical over emotional. i don’t know what kind of question this deck would be best for.
Occult: deck of demons. literally made of demons. was not aware that it was meant to be used for summoning demons when i purchased it in a large lot. useful for seeking out important people in your life. i am genuinely too scared to work with this deck without my boyfriend (who’s worked with demons before) present to make sure i don’t fuck up somehow. it sure does feel like a bunch of demons in there! for sure!
* Rider-Waite Mini: the default deck i use- not because it’s a rider waite, but because it’s the deck i use to communicate with my deity, cernunnos. if you don’t specify your deck, there’s a high chance i’ll be using this one! i carry it with me at all times (unless i forget to swap it into a new bag if i change purses).
Spiritsong: eclectic animal commune. similar to guardians in the sense that each card is related to an animal, but a much softer energy. hippy vibes; not quite stoner like the druidcraft deck, but very peaceful and indulgent in a way. instinctual, but not intense. light and airy. probably best for making decisions; will guide you towards the answer you kind of always wanted in the first place, and encourage you to allow yourself to want things.
Tattoo: very dulled energy, hard to harness
* Urban: my favourite modern deck. very much feels like you’ve found a beating heart in the centre of a metropolis and it’s pulling on everything to answer you
Wildwood: new deck, never used
Wild Unknown: new deck, never used
Wizard: made by the same people as mystic dreamer, and has the same issues.
Zombie: my least favourite deck of all time. the second one i ever got. i keep it for laughs mostly, and also to point at when people ask which is my least favourite.
ORACLE.
* Celtic Tree: really in-depth, super interesting system.
Crystal Wisdom Healing: i’ve had it for a very long time, usually works better as a supplement to a reading from another deck
Flowers: new deck, never used
Green Witch: fun vegetables! need to dig my hands into it a little more, though.
Hedgewitch Botanical: new deck, never used
Prism: new deck, never used
Seasons of the Witch Samhain: new deck, never used
* Wild Unknown Animal Spirit: outstanding vibes, really motivational but still balancing.
LENORMAND.
Golden: more classic style, not a huge fan but definitely says what it means.
Green Glyphs: beautiful soft and smooth art, just haven’t fully clicked in for me yet.
* Red Hand: my first lenormand deck, gorgeous art, feels super blunt in a really fun way.

🙤 Unusual OC Associations 🙧
I forgot I was working through my OCs with this lol. Two more after this. Consider this a tag if this is something you want to do, too :)
Salshira Lavellan
Seasoning: Cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove
Weather: Windy—not the kind that steals your hat, but the playful kind of wind that skips fallen leaves down the street.
Colour: Russet brown—a color that seems almost red in some lights and definitely brown in others; the color of leaves about to fall in the autumn.
Sky: A cloudless sunset that makes the whole world seem a little extra golden for a whole.
Magic power: Fire; the kind that reminds one of the crackle of logs in the hearth when it’s chilly outside, and the kind that catches frighteningly fast in dry grass.
House plant: One of those touch-sensitive ferns that folds its leaves in tightly when brushed with a fingertip
Weapon: A staff carved of warm mesquite wood and inlaid with brass, flashy in direct light and sturdy in the hand.
Subject: Communication; she is the kind to sign up for it because it’s supposed to be easy, only to find that it’s a concrete way of thinking about things she already does. (she uses these skills as like, a bartender who talks people through their relationship issues because a nine to five is not her style)
Social media: Probably Insta. Careful perusers might notice that despite the pretty pictures, she almost never actually says anything about herself.
Make-up product: Waterproof mascara (to frame her beautiful eyes, and it won’t give any hint that she’s been crying)
Candy: Red Hots (any cinnamon candy, tbh; it’s her favorite flavor)
Fear: That if she is actually, truly herself someone she cares for will look at her—no masks, no jokes, no hiding—and be disgusted. (Also caves, tight spaces, and spiders)
Ice cube shape: Those giant round ones. She would spin it around and around in a glass as a means to avoid paying attention to boring conversation.
Method of long distance travel: Dracolisk. She saw one and fell in love immediately, even though she rides a hart to places she thinks people might be frightened of one. She has little nicknames for all the dracolisks in the stables and she babytalks to them.
Art style: Art nouveau. All curving, flowing lines, nature, and artful asymmetry
Mythological creature: The alchemical salamander, creature of transformations and fire.
Piece of stationery: A postcard with cramped handwriting and a picture of somewhere lovely on the other side
3 emojis: 😘 🔥 🍂
Celestial body: Mercury, bright and fast as it sprints through the sky.
Tarot Card: Knight of Wands; passionate and enthusiastic, prone to action over thought

I recently bought this deck to use for myself (the Golden Art Nouveau tarot deck) and I cannot express how shiny and beautiful it is 🥺 If only my baby hands could hold more than three cards at a time so you could see more of the images lol but I’m sure you can Google the others. It really is stunning, and I tested it out today after getting it on Friday. I’m going to use it exclusively for me on my Sunday weekly readings from now on 💛 I just really vibe with this particular deck
