ゴヘイ

So I highly doubt anyone remembers I actually drew this exact same thing back as a traditional art piece in Christmas of 2015 on my now defunct deviantART. I no longer have the scan and probably not the physical drawing either so SOMETHING possessed me to recreate it eight years later

Ok so lately i’ve been obsessed with the idea of shrine maidens, especially green ones for some reason. So I drew this lovely art of a green shrine maiden with a comically large gohei. I’m especially proud of the pose, the coloring, and just the overall design in general. If she were a Genshin character, I’d like her to be anemo.

Her name's Keiko by the way. It basically means “happy child” or “blessed child in Japanese :)

Sitting along the side was a gohei, a traditional wand made of Sakaki wood with shide trailing down from it. It's more golden colours have a vibrancy that catch the eye; there is a distant memory that a few shrine maidens from other shrines have also been trapped here in the past,among the other victims of the mansion. Perhaps this belonged to one of them?

There is a Rainbow Wing attached to the gohei, though what could it mean?
