You'll never catch me doing a ghost AU of any ship. Fuck that. There was this old anime I was really into when I was a kid called Ginban Kaleidoscope and I have hated romances that involved ghosts ever since. Never making myself go thru that heartbreak, man.

(For those curious: It was about a figure skater who was stuck with the ghost of a stunt pilot for 100 days. They fall in love but he still passed on by the time the 100 days was over ;-; )

A new 2023 remake of my "One in a Million" AMV from 2012. Originally, my goal was to just do a remaster with some tweaks here and there, but I ended up doing a complete re-edit with lots of new scenes. i'll fetch the poast for u in a bit but basically in ginban kaleidoscope the dead canadian pilot (in this case, the transmigrator you could say) lingers in the back of the ice skater's mind as a ghost and often talks to her and sees everything she sees. sometimes he fully possesses her i think? in OUR case i'd be the transmigrator but somehow i have more control and jc's the one haunting his own body? it's odd for both of us bc we have to work together to 1) put MY soul somewhere else, 2) put HIS soul in the right place, and 3) somehow fool everyone into thinking everything is fine <3 but given that it's literally a novel of thinkers i think i'd fail so so badly. i think though that the skater was sometimes able to feel the pilot's presence so i don't see why jc wouldn't manifest in physical sensation...... biting however will be difficult as I have his mouth and he must scream

10/10: baby steps, cross game, kuroko no basket

9/10: hajime no ippo, one outs, sk8

8/10: slam dunk, welcome to the ballroom

7/10: kenkou zenrakei suieibu umishou, free, yuri on ice, ginban kaleidoscope, over drive

4/10: battery

some notes: if i read the manga, i assume i would rate hni higher, umishou is better than free in terms of swimming, i prefer ginban kaleidoscope more than yoi for ice skating despite finding it pretty repetitive
