What Is Age Related New Law For Court Marriage?
The Supreme Court recently noted that it is difficult to arrive at a "straitjacket formula on marriageable age of girls to fit every case" in the wake of a significant number of girls choosing to wed before the stipulated legal age, and experts feel that the complicated issue needs to be addressed quickly.
The Supreme Court made its statement in response to a complaint from the National Commission for Women (NCW) regarding decisions by the Delhi High Court and the Andhra Pradesh High Court that permitted young women to remain married because they admitted that they had eloped voluntarily with their beaus.
The truth of our day has been established by the Supreme Court. Many young ladies voluntarily elope with their boyfriends. Nina P. Nayak, a member of the National Commission for the Protection of Child Rights, claims that many of them are obstinate and unwilling to go back to their parents' homes (NCPCR).
Statistics made available by the NCPCR show that young females are getting married in both urban and rural locations. Nina claims that it is vital to connect with and support these girls. "We must implement awareness-raising and counseling initiatives to prevent young marriage among women. They must be given the confidence to stand by themselves, she continues.
Child marriage, according to the United Nations Children's Fund, is "the marriage of a girl or boy before the age of 18 and refers to both legal marriages and informal marriage-like arrangements in which minors under the age of 18 live with a spouse.
Child marriage is common:
It is a result of ingrained gender inequality and deeply ingrained socio-cultural norms, which ultimately have a disproportionately negative effect on girls. Girls are frequently brought up with marriage as their ultimate objective in a patriarchal culture like India.
They are not expected to enter the workforce, receive an education, or are allowed to leave the household. As a result, the families view them as a financial burden until they are married, and marrying them off early is not just in keeping with custom but also more practical from an economic standpoint.
Child marriage appears to be a solution rather than a problem for many Indian tribes due to the likelihood of an adulterous pregnancy, which might jeopardise marriage prospects and make the girl a financial obligation for an extended length of time.
So, while being against the law, child marriages are widely condemned in society. This is demonstrated by the fifth phase of the National Family Health Survey, which was just released and revealed that over one-fourth of women between the ages of 20 and 24 reported getting married before turning 18.
Despite the fact that the current child marriage rule has been in effect for more than 40 years, there has been a little decline since the survey's last round in 2015–16. Even if there was a significant decline in child marriages between 2005–2006 and 2015–2016, this might not be due to the law but rather to greater educational possibilities and other causes.
Age of consent is a challenging topic:
Young girls are frequently persuaded and under pressure to get married young by their families and the larger community. It's a complicated problem. It is correct that we must defend females' rights to marry the spouse of their choice. Yet in order to completely eradicate child marriage, especially in rural regions, regulations must also be enforced.
Worries about the law:
The proposal that would make girls legally able to marry at age 21 could have a number of negative effects.
Potential abuse of the law: A study by Partners for Law in Development found that 65% of the cases brought under the current child marriage statute were brought in reaction to elopement (not necessarily involving marriage) and were brought by relatives or parents who disapproved of the match. Regardless of the couple's age or the validity of their marriage, these cases would be falsely filed in an effort to harass them.
Possibility of an increase in sex-selective behavior: By raising the legal marriage age without altering patriarchal social standards, parents may feel even more "burdened" by their daughters' greater responsibilities, which may result in more sex-selective behaviors.
If the couple lives in Delhi then Same Day Court Marriage In Delhi can be done. Likewise, court Court Marriage In Jaipur can be done if the couple lives in Jaipur. If the couple lives in Ghaziabad then Ghaziabad Court Marriage can be done.
To address the issue, Lead India provides a variety of knowledge, legal services, and free legal advice. To get the best guidance in this case, ask a legal question for free online and talk to a lawyer.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal disorder common among women of reproductive age. Women with PCOS may have infrequent or prolonged menstrual periods or excess male hormone (androgen) levels. The ovaries may develop numerous small collections of fluid (follicles) and fail to regularly release eggs.
The exact cause of PCOS is unknown. Early diagnosis and treatment along with weight loss may reduce the risk of long-term complications such as type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
Symptoms
Signs and symptoms of PCOS often develop around the time of the first menstrual period during puberty. Sometimes PCOS develops later, for example, in response to substantial weight gain.
Signs and symptoms of PCOS vary. A diagnosis of PCOS is made when you experience at least two of these signs:
• Irregular periods. Infrequent, irregular or prolonged menstrual cycles are the most common sign of PCOS. For example, you might have fewer than nine periods a year, more than 35 days between periods and abnormally heavy periods.
• Excess androgen. Elevated levels of male hormone may result in physical signs, such as excess facial and body hair (hirsutism), and occasionally severe acne and male-pattern baldness.
• Polycystic ovaries. Your ovaries might be enlarged and contain follicles that surround the eggs. As a result, the ovaries might fail to function regularly.
PCOS signs and symptoms are typically more severe if you're obese.
When to see a doctor
See your doctor if you have concerns about your menstrual periods, if you're experiencing infertility or if you have signs of excess androgen such as worsening hirsutism, acne and male-pattern baldness.
Causes
The exact cause of PCOS isn't known. Factors that might play a role include:
• Excess insulin. Insulin is the hormone produced in the pancreas that allows cells to use sugar, your body's primary energy supply. If your cells become resistant to the action of insulin, then your blood sugar levels can rise and your body might produce more insulin. Excess insulin might increase androgen production, causing difficulty with ovulation.
• Low-grade inflammation. This term is used to describe white blood cells' production of substances to fight infection. Research has shown that women with PCOS have a type of low-grade inflammation that stimulates polycystic ovaries to produce androgens, which can lead to heart and blood vessel problems.
• Heredity. Research suggests that certain genes might be linked to PCOS.
• Excess androgen. The ovaries produce abnormally high levels of androgen, resulting in hirsutism and acne.
Complications
Complications of PCOS can include:
• Infertility
• Gestational diabetes or pregnancy-induced high blood pressure
• Miscarriage or premature birth
• Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis — a severe liver inflammation caused by fat accumulation in the liver
• Metabolic syndrome — a cluster of conditions including high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and abnormal cholesterol or triglyceride levels that significantly increase your risk of cardiovascular disease
• Type 2 diabetes or prediabetes
• Sleep apnea
• Depression, anxiety and eating disorders
• Abnormal uterine bleeding
• Cancer of the uterine lining (endometrial cancer)
Obesity is associated with PCOS and can worsen complications of the disorder.

Why Do Couples Prefer Live In Relationship Instead Of Court Marriage?
There is no denying that marriage involves a significant commitment. Being a little anxious before diving in is normal. But, current research and trends indicate that many people today appear to be not only worried about the idea of marriage, but also to be rejecting it. Cohabitation has grown to be the most popular way to start a family out of the three options available (marriage, cohabitation, or having a child unmarried).

What Is The Process Of Love Marriage In India?
Love marriages in India refer to marriages where individuals choose their life partners based on love and mutual affection, disregarding traditional or arranged marriage norms. In a country where arranged marriages have been predominant, love marriages represent a significant shift towards individual autonomy and personal choice.
Love marriages are often the result of a deep emotional connection between two individuals who decide to commit to each other, transcending barriers of caste, religion, or societal expectations. While love marriages face challenges such as familial opposition or societal stigma, they have become increasingly common and contribute to the evolving social fabric of India.
Special Marriage Act: Love Marriages
The 1954 Special Marriage Act and its relevance to love marriages can be understood through the following pointers:
Legal Framework: The Special Marriage Act provides a legal framework for couples who wish to marry irrespective of their religion, caste, or community.
Inter-Religious and Inter-Caste Marriages: The act allows individuals from different religions or castes to solemnize and register their marriage, ensuring legal recognition.
Freedom of Choice: It grants couples the freedom to choose their life partners based on love and mutual consent, disregarding societal or traditional norms.
Registration of Marriage: The act enables couples to register their marriage with the Registrar of Marriages, ensuring legal validity and providing protection for their rights and interests.
Rights and Safeguards: The act safeguards the rights of the spouses, including inheritance rights, maintenance, and child custody.
Procedure and Formalities: The act outlines the procedure for solemnizing and registering the marriage, including notice of intended marriage, objections, solemnization, and issuance of the marriage certificate.
Dissolution of Marriage: The act also provides provisions for divorce and separation, ensuring legal recourse for couples in cases of marital breakdown.
Secular Approach: The act follows a secular approach, allowing individuals to marry without religious considerations and promoting equality in love marriages.
Procedure of Love Marriage in India
The procedure for a love marriage in India generally involves the following steps:
Mutual Consent: Both individuals should mutually agree to marry and be committed to each other.
Informing Families: Inform and discuss the decision with both families, seeking their understanding and support. This step can vary in complexity depending on the family's acceptance.
Marriage Registration: Determine the applicable marriage laws based on religion or the Special Marriage Act, 1954, for inter-religious or inter-caste marriages.
Notice of Intended Marriage: File a notice of intended marriage with the local Registrar of Marriages, providing necessary information as per the specific marriage law.
Waiting Period: There is usually a waiting period after the notice is filed, during which objections can be raised by anyone having valid grounds for objection.
Marriage Solemnization: After the waiting period, if no objections are raised, the marriage can be solemnized at the location chosen by the couple, which can be a temple, court, or any other venue.
Marriage Certificate: Obtain a marriage certificate from the Registrar of Marriages after the solemnization, which serves as legal proof of the marriage.
Optional Religious Ceremony: If desired, couples can also have a religious ceremony following their personal beliefs and customs.
Informal Celebrations: Celebrate the marriage with friends and family through informal gatherings or wedding receptions, as per personal preference.
Protection Orders: Love Marriage
Obtaining a protection order from the court in love marriages is an important step to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals facing threats, harassment, or violence. There is a thorough description of the procedure-
Filing the Petition: The individual seeking protection, known as the petitioner, must file a petition in the relevant court, usually a family court or magistrate court. The petition should outline the details of the harassment or violence experienced and the need for a protection order.
Supporting Evidence: The petitioner must provide supporting evidence to substantiate their claims. This can include photographs, messages, medical reports, eyewitness testimonies, or any other relevant evidence that proves the occurrence of harassment or violence.
Interim Protection: In urgent cases, the court may provide interim protection, also known as a temporary or ex-parte order, granting immediate relief until a final decision is made. Interim protection may include restraining the respondent from approaching or contacting the petitioner.
Terms of Protection Order: The protection order may specify various terms and conditions to ensure the safety of the petitioner. This can include prohibiting the respondent from approaching or contacting the petitioner, maintaining a certain distance, directing the respondent to cease any harassing or threatening behavior, or granting exclusive possession of the shared residence to the petitioner.

What Are Sc/St Inter Caste Marriage Benefits?
India is a country with many different cultures. Even with so many individuals from various cultures residing together, each culture has its own range of limits. Inter-caste marriages are still one of India's most serious concerns. In Indian families, marrying someone from a different caste causes uproar.
It is simply not acceptable. Witnessing such trivialities when India has made such strides in technology and other sectors is disheartening. Even now, it is not uncommon for people to learn about honour killings in India. Though this is most visible in rural regions, individuals living in cities are not far behind. Although city inhabitants do not engage in honour killings, some parts of the community still do not allow SC/ST inter-caste marriages.
Those who oppose SC/ST inter-caste weddings frequently say that two different religions and civilizations cannot coexist in the same home. We, on the other hand, strongly disagree. Co-existence is never an issue when two people in love are compatible.
Eligibility for SC/ST Inter Caste Marriages
Several requirements must be met by the couple in order for them to benefit from the 'Inter-caste Marriage Program 2018'. These are as follows:
That must be the couple's first marriage.
The Married Pair Should Include Any Dalit Community Members.
The Hindu Marriage Act requires that the marriage be registered.
The Documents Needed Under the Scheme to Be Presented To The Relevant Authorities.
A married couple's annual income must not exceed 5 lakhs when both are together.
Documents Required for SC/ST Inter Caste Marriages
The documents are as follows-
The Ration Card
The Original Salary Certificates of the Couples Must Be Provided
Inter-Caste Marriage Enrolment Endorsement (Marriage Authentication), Which Is A Certificate Granted By The Sub-Office, Registrar's Panchayat President, Or A Declaration Given By NSS or SND, Might Also Be Filed.
Both spouses' castes are endorsed.
Declaration A Married Couple That Has Only Been Married For a Year. (It Has To Be Received By A Gazetted Official, MLA, or MP In The Concerned Territory).
Identification proof, such as a voter ID card or a copy of an Aadhar card
Interested in the Inter-Caste Marriage Scheme
Benefits of SC/ST Inter Caste Marriages
There are no restrictions on thoughts and viewpoints- When two persons of different faiths marry, their beliefs and perceptions shift. Acceptance grows, and you grow more tolerant of people from diverse cultures. Your mind expands daily, and you see the world in a new light.
You have the opportunity to discover new things- It goes without saying that marrying someone from a different caste involves learning new things. You will learn about a specific culture, their way of life, and their cuisine. You will also have the opportunity to celebrate many festivals, which means extra fun and festivities at home. Because of this, life becomes a joyful journey.
You will have brighter children- According to a survey; children born to different caste parents are probably more intelligent and understand significantly more about the outside world. As a result of the difference in DNA, the children will be smarter than children born to parents of the same caste.
Parenting could be done much more effectively- Another significant advantage is that parenthood will be done much more effectively. Couples from various castes have broader and more modern perspectives on life because they come from different backgrounds. Their parenting reflects this. Parents will be able to teach their children to make their own decisions while respecting those decisions. Parents of various faiths will have a wonderful blend of traditional and modern thought.
You are going to be more adaptable- Living in the same household with two different castes/cultures allows for more flexibility. You may not always want to adhere to their customs or rituals, but you must learn to adapt to their practices. For example, if a pooja is required, you will assist in whatever way necessary to make it a reality. You will gain an understanding of other people's interpretations of religion, culture, or ritual, whether or not you believe in it
SC/ST Inter-caste marriages have only positive outcomes. Those who claim that inter-caste weddings produce a lot of disputes among couples fail to recognize that the fights occur due to a lack of compatibility. Fights between couples are unrelated to caste, religion, or culture. In reality, India needs such marriages in order for people to learn to coexist harmoniously.
You will need a lawyer to help you with assisting in court marriage. If you need a lawyer to conduct your Court Marriage In Ghaziabad, then lawyers in Ghaziabad can be hired, and if you need a lawyer to conduct your Court Marriage In Mumbai, then lawyers in Ghaziabad can be hired. Similarly, the lawyers in Jaipur can conduct Court Marriage In Jaipur.
At Lead India, you can consult and talk to a lawyer. You can obtain free legal advice as well as ask a legal question online for free to lawyers at Lead India.

Our immune system is our body’s defense against infections and other harmful invaders. Without it, we would constantly get sick from bacteria or viruses.
Our immune system is made up of special cells, tissues, and organs that work together to protect us.
Normally, the immune system can tell the difference between foreign cells and our own cells.
In an autoimmune disease, the immune system mistakes part of our body, like our joints or skin, as foreign. It releases proteins called autoantibodies that attack healthy cells.
Some autoimmune diseases target only one organ. Type 1 diabetes damages the pancreas. Other diseases, like Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), affect the whole body..
Women get autoimmune diseases rate is high compared to men. Often the disease starts during a woman’s childbearing years (15Years to 44Years).
Certain autoimmune diseases, like multiple sclerosis and lupus, run in families. Not every family member will necessarily have the same disease, but they inherit a susceptibility to an autoimmune condition.
Because the incidence of autoimmune diseases is rising, researchers suspect environmental factors like infections and exposure to chemicals or solvents might also be involved. Our modern life style, working style and foods are also huge causes.
We don’t know exactly what causes autoimmune diseases. Genetics, diet, infections, and exposure to chemicals might be involved.
The lymph or lymphatic, system is a major part of the immune system. It's a network of lymph nodes and vessels. Lymphatic vessels are thin tubes that branch, like blood vessels, throughout the body. They carry a clear fluid called lymph. Lymph contains tissue fluid, waste products, and immune system cells. Lymph nodes are small, bean-shaped clumps of immune system cells that are connected by lymphatic vessels. They contain white blood cells that trap viruses, bacteria, and other invaders, including cancer cells.
White blood cells are the cells of the immune system. They are made in one of your lymph organs, the bone marrow. Other lymph organs include the spleen and thymus.
When our immune system doesn't work the way it should, it is called an immune system disorder.
• Primary immune deficiency – Be born with a weak immune system.
• Acquired immune deficiency – Get a disease that weakens your immune system.
• Allergic reaction – Have an immune system that is too active.
• Autoimmune disease – Have an immune system that turns against you.
There are some common examples:
• Severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) is an example of an immune deficiency that is present at birth. Children are in constant danger of infections from bacteria, viruses, and fungi. This disorder is sometimes called “bubble boy disease.”
• Temporary acquired immune deficiencies. Our immune system can be weakened by certain medicines, for example: This can happen to people on chemotherapy or other drugs used to treat cancer. It can also happen to people following organ transplants who take medicine to prevent organ rejection. Also, infections like the flu virus, mono (mononucleosis), and measles can weaken the immune system for a brief time. Our immune system can also be weakened by smoking, alcohol, and poor nutrition.
• AIDS. HIV, which causes AIDS, is an acquired viral infection that destroys important white blood cells and weakens the immune system. People with HIV/AIDS become seriously ill with infections that most people can fight off. These infections are called “opportunistic infections” because they take advantage of weak immune systems.
If we are born with certain genes, our immune system may react to substances in the environment that are normally harmless. These substances are called allergens. Having an allergic reaction is the most common example of an overactive immune system. Dust, mold, pollen, and foods are examples of allergens.
Some conditions caused by an overactive immune system are:
• Asthma: The response in our lungs can cause coughing, wheezing, and trouble breathing. Asthma can be triggered by common allergens like dust or pollen or by an irritant like tobacco smoke.
• Eczema: An allergen causes an itchy rash known as atopic dermatitis.
• Allergic rhinitis: Sneezing, a runny nose, sniffling, and swelling of your nasal passages from indoor allergens like dust and pets or outdoor allergens like pollens or molds.
In autoimmune diseases, the body attacks normal, healthy tissues. The causes are unknown. It is probably a combination of a person’s genes and something in the environment that triggers those genes.
There are some common autoimmune diseases are:
• Type 1 diabetes: The immune system attacks the cells in the pancreas that make insulin. Insulin removes sugar from the blood to use as energy.
• Rheumatoid arthritis: This type of arthritis causes swelling and deformities of the joints. An auto-antibody called rheumatoid factor is in the blood of some people with rheumatoid arthritis.
• Lupus: This disease that attacks body tissues, including the lungs, kidneys, and skin. Many types of auto-antibodies are found in the blood of people with lupus.
So, we should never ignore to our care for immunity system. Homeopathy medicines are a good choice for improving our immunity system.
