OC-Tober: Day 3. Friends/Best Friend

Revy's best friends are undoubtedly Alexandria and Elizabeth, but everyone calls them Lex and Liz. The twins and Revy have found themselves bound together by fate. Born on the same day and both given away to their fathers, the three Gerudo children grew up together. When Seer made the choice to go back to his homeland, the bond was so great that Rat decided to travel with his brother in arms. The trio's bond would only grow thanks to the struggles that they all endured together, be that the invasion of Frost Ones upon their home, or the inevitable return of Adda into their lives and the chaos that brought.

Revy finds herself striking a balance between the personalities of Liz and Lex, more than happy being patient and careful with Liz's cool head, or getting into mischief with Lex's antics. Both the sister's adore Revy, and greatly cherish her unwavering support when they most need it. In some ways their bond is very much a sisterhood, but no matter how they or onlookers might label it, this combination of Fire, Lightning, and Ice will always have each others backs.

Attack Twenty for 2024, for @willowthearts . This is technically a revenge for a piece they did for me a couple months back, which had Legend, Juniper and Eevee all holding Eevees (the pokemon)! So when I was looking for a pose and saw one with four characters? I knew I hit the jackpot and went insane.

OkAY Echoed of Wisdom I'm cautiously optimistic? I didn't like TotK at all and I gotta be one of its biggest haters for various reasons, I actually hate the fact EoW is getting released a little over a year after the damn game cuz it's feel....odd? Like it says a lot of things to me about devlopment and that looming question of like is this in response to people wanted to play as botw zelda and then they.....its a lot you know

Anyways if I hear good things about it from non critics I might just get it! Legally that is

Ganondorf couldn't help cringing just a little. The guise of Princess Zelda ill-fitted the pirate.

"I can't see my face, but my arms are the wrong color. How bad is it?" Tetra demanded, "What did that ghost creep do with my sword?"

She truly did not understand who he was, then. What he represented. To her, Ganondorf was merely an antagonist she'd run across, but not a serious nemesis. It would have been insulting if it weren't so amusing.

"He has made you into the likeness of his departed daughter, your ancestor," Ganondorf said bluntly. "Anything that does not fit that role has likely been discarded."

Tetra was furious. "Dorta Hailiya voe!" she shrieked, "Sa'deva!"

In flawless Gerudo.

Ganondorf had not anticipated this. Who had taught the sailor's brat Gerudo? He was the last of his people, was he not? The dark lord drew back a step and pondered this unpleasant surprise. Perhaps the Sheikah still lived. After all the generations of Gerudo they'd killed in the days before his birth, Ganondorf wouldn't have been surprised if some of them picked up the language for espionage. That added insult to injury, then.

Ganondorf drew himself up to his full height and glared down at the would-be princess. "Who taught you those words?"

Still fuming, the child paced back and forth. After a moment, she ripped off the long gloves and threw them down to be trampled. "These are not my clothes," she growled, "this is not my skin. These are not my weapons. A'ni yaigeru'orq!"

I am of the Traveling Women.

Ganondorf knew where those words had come from. Could a descendant of his ancient enemies really share kin with his people? Was it possible that the blood of one of his many daughters flowed through the little pirate's veins? The sorcerer stroked his beard and frowned. Then, he decided that it couldn't hurt anything but the king of Hyrule to see how far the girl's knowledge went.

"A'ni Ganoendorf, de'shert Gerudo," he introduced himself, "I am Ganondorf, of the Desert People of the Spear."

This halted the girl in her tracks. She craned her neck to stare up at him. After a long few seconds, she stammered, "The- the desert? It's been underwater for-"

"Generations," Ganondorf finished. His frown deepened. "I survived. As did others of my clan, obviously, if these yaigeru'orq taught you to speak our words."

Tetra's eyes widened. "Whoa! How old are you?!" She didn't wait for an answer. "You're like, ancient! A vo'baani! Hey, Vo'baani, what's your deal with Link? Sure, he's kind of a goody two-shoes, but he's just a kid!"

She planted her fists on her hips. "You don't have to make things so rough for him all the time! He's got enough trouble with that dumb talking boat Hailiyadorf that keeps dragging him into hero business."

Ganondorf couldn't be certain, but he thought he felt his right eye twitch, just a little.

Sixth AMV down the hatch! Gerudo Valley has been a song very near and dear to my heart since I first heard it as a child, and when my original idea for my next AMV didn't pan out (haven't found a cover for a particular song that I find meets my standards), I had the urge to try this one instead. And as usual I keep experimenting with these videos, this time with using TECHNICALLY fewer pieces of footage but editing them in a few where it feels like more. All in all, I just really hope I did this amazing song and cover the justice they so richly deserve! Enjoy!

Actually okay - the more I play and discover in TOTK the more it feels like an amalgamation of all the little tone theming and aesthetics of previous Zelda’s have been woven into the BOTW formula

i’ll do this one now so i read the majora’s mask manga a few days ago in like 20 minutes for a discussion and i’ll say that the pacing absolutely murdered that one beyond repair. i don’t know if they were limited to one volume or anything but streamlining the plot of majora’s mask in such a way that you can’t even touch on most side quests was an awful idea lol

Sketch-tober week 4 I'm feeling the fatigue, mainly in that i'm hitting some art block, but I think I got this, in the final stretch. Only half a week to go until Line-vember, which will be painful lol.
