Does anyone remember this german children’s series? I made my mum watch Good Omens recently (obviously she loved it) but she told me afterwards it slightly reminded her of an adult version of Simsala Grimm. (Mostly because 6 year old Rumo was equally obsessed with it back then.)

So I decided to draw them as humans and create this cursed Image lmao

Just then, Claudia appeared and instructed them to move Mads's body into the woods. This explains why Peter was upset the morning after, why Tronte had blood or red soil on his sleeves when he was doing the laundry, and why Peter has red soil in his Volvo. Claudia explained the entire time travel situation and the fact that everything is in a time loop. She likely revealed her plan to destroy the cycle and set time straight. She handed them a copy of the triquetra notebook, which states certain paranormal events in Winden and records on time travel.

--- Magnus von Hagen’s room was quiet, the soft glow of his desk lamp casting long shadows on the walls. The rest of Haus Anubis buzzed faintly in the distance, muffled conversations and laughter from the others carrying through the halls. But here, in this private little corner of chaos, it was just the two of you.

You were perched cross-legged on his bed, your signature black platform boots sitting neatly by the door. Without them, you looked much smaller—something Magnus always found amusing. And of course, he never let you forget it.

“Y’know,” Magnus teased from his desk, leaning back in his chair, “those boots are, what? Three, four inches tall? Without them, you’re basically bite-sized.”

You smirked, your dark pigtails swaying as you tilted your head. “Oh, is that why you let me hang around? So I can be your portable good luck charm?”

Magnus blinked, thrown off by your response. “I—I didn’t say that,” he stammered, shifting in his seat as you gave him a knowing look.

You leaned forward, resting your chin in your palm, your smile widening. “Aw, Magnus, are you getting flustered already? I thought you could handle me.”

He sat up straighter, trying to recover. “Flustered? Me? Please. I’m just trying to figure out how someone so small manages to be this much trouble.”

“Small and charming,” you corrected, winking. “Don’t forget that part.”

Magnus let out a laugh, rubbing the back of his neck. “Yeah, you’ve got that in spades. Too bad it doesn’t work on me.”

“Oh, really?” you said, your tone dripping with mock disbelief. Sliding off the bed, you padded across the room to stand in front of him. Even without your boots, you carried yourself with confidence, the slight tilt of your head and the glint in your eyes daring him to prove otherwise. “Then why do you keep staring, von Hagen?”

Magnus opened his mouth, then closed it again, his cheeks flushing ever so slightly. “I’m not staring. You’re just—standing in the way.”

You grinned, clearly enjoying his reaction. “Sure, Magnus. Whatever helps you sleep at night.”

Magnus groaned, leaning back in his chair as you moved to sit on the edge of his desk, swinging your legs slightly. “You’re impossible, you know that?” he muttered.

“And yet, here I am,” you shot back, crossing your arms. “And here you are. Do you ever wonder why?”

He looked up at you, his flustered expression softening into something more serious. “Yeah, I do. A lot.”

You blinked, caught off guard by the sudden change in his tone. Before you could come up with a witty reply, he reached out, brushing a strand of hair out of your face. His fingers lingered for just a moment before he pulled back.

“You’re kind of dangerous, you know,” he said, his voice quieter now. “Not just with the pranks or the boots. But… with this.” He gestured vaguely between the two of you, as if trying to articulate the connection you both felt but rarely talked about.

You smiled, softer this time. “You’re not too bad yourself, Magnus. For a schemer.”

“Thanks, I think,” he said, grinning despite himself. “But seriously, do you think the others have any idea?”

You shook your head. “Not a clue. And let’s keep it that way. I like having this… just for us.”

Magnus nodded, his grin turning into something more genuine. “Yeah. Me too.”

The two of you sat there in comfortable silence for a while, the world outside his room fading away. Even in a house as chaotic as Anubis, this little secret felt like a safe haven—a place where you could just be yourselves. And as Magnus watched you hop off the desk and return to the bed, your confidence filling the room, he couldn’t help but think that, flustered or not, he was lucky to have you.

Meanwhile, you couldn’t resist one last jab. “So, von Hagen,” you said, lying back on his bed with a smirk, “still think you’re immune to my charm?”

Magnus groaned, grabbing a pillow and tossing it at you. “Don’t push it, pigtails.”

You laughed, catching the pillow with ease. “Admit it—you’re smitten.”

Magnus shook his head, unable to keep the smile off his face. “You’re unbelievable.”

“And you love it,” you replied, grinning.

He didn’t deny it. ---
