Though, he didn’t get that far because once he exited the large office space he very nearly walked right into a woman passing in the hall. Slightly startled he took an immediate step back and was about to voice an apology.             it had been a long time since he had strolled these halls. in fact, he had only done his residency here for a few months before he went back to columbia. when he had been asked to assist on a particularly difficult surgery, however, he had gladly accepted. it was a breath of fresh air to work in a regular hospital again, with no inhumans and no agents and avengers. after the 6-hour long operation, he changed out of his shrubs and headed to the break room for a well-deserved cup of coffee. “hi,” he greeted the only other person there. “i’m making a cup of coffee. you want one?”
