He would and he would make his feelings KNOWN. And loudly so.

Angeal is your tone-deaf dad friend who sleeps through most of the movie, wakes up during the last third, and then complains that he has no idea what's going on.

Zack went in thinking it was a fun kids movie and will now be enjoying some night terrors for the next few weeks.

And Sephiroth honestly just flat out doesn't understand why the Beldam is the villain since clearly she wanted to be a mother and that little brat should have been GRATEFUL, especially since her real mother is so flawed. The irony is completely beyond his reach.
