So I bought destiny 2 couple days ago and im pretty sure blizzard had some influence on the story writing.

In the first game, it wasnt clear what your goal was in the story mission. I havent played the dlcs, only the main story and everything felt kinda bland tbh.

In the second game however, you know from the start wtf is going on and the story is really clear and well developped. I love that they gave more characters to Zevala, Cayde and Ikora, and Hawthorne, fucking love her to death.

And coming from someone that only played the basic game last time, it feels sooo good to have exotics and legendary gear before max level. And even after you can freely have them.

Overall im really loving the new game. Im at the final mission cause I failed to beat Gauhl last night so i miight team up with friends to beat him.
