A better look at Premium Bandai’s Shin Kuroto Dan version of the Gashacon Bugvisor II. As you'd expect, it doesn't JUST have his panicking visage on the cover - it also has various quotes, which also work alongside the Buggle Driver II's functions, and even plays a bit of the show's opening theme. Only the best for the Game Master!

Premium Bandai has recently opened on official pre-order page for S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Poppy Toki Meki Crisis Gamer Level X. For those who are unaware, Asuna Karino aka Poppy Pipopapo is able to become this form by using the Gashacon Bugvisor II and the Toki Meki Crisis Gashat.
The figure will include:
Exchangeable wrists (LeftX3, RightX3)
Gashacon Bugvisor II
Gashacon Bugvisor II (Arm Attachment)
Keep in mind this figure is based on her heroic self, which is represented by the suit’s blue eyes. Currently, it is unknown if Bandai Tamashii will release a villainous (“red eyes”) variant. However, it would not be surprising if Bandai Tamashii decides to release it later if the standard version sells well enough.
Pre-orders for the figure open Friday, August 17 at 4 P.M. JST and it is priced at 6,264 yen. S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Poppy Toki Meki Crisis Gamer Level X will be released next March. Those who are interested should contact their preferred middleman for more details.

The figure will include:
Exchangeable wrists (Left X2, Right X2)
Gamer Driver
Pre-orders for the figure will open later tonight in Japan at 4 P.M. JST and the item will be released in August priced at 6,480 Yen. Those who are interested should contact their preferred middleman for more details.

Rider Gashat: Kamen Rider Chronicle
Tumblr media
Kamen Rider Chronicle Gashat (仮面ライダークロニクルガシャット / Kamen Raidā Kuronikuru Gashatto)
Tumblr media
The game Kamen Rider Chronicle is a survival game in which civilians transform into Ride-Players in order to take on the Bugsters which modeled themselves after bosses from previous Genm Corp video games. There are 13 types of Bugsters across all tiers, and defeating them will get you a Gashatrophy - collecting them will unlock the final boss. The goal is to be the ultimate hero. Poppy Pipopapo - who was a character in the game DoReMiFa Beat - serves as a tutorial navigator for those who need help.
Easy Mode:
Salty
Motoise
Alhambra
Revol
Charlie
Medium Mode:
Vernier
Gatton
Kaiden
Poppy
Hard Mode:
Lovelyka
Perfect Puzzle / Knock Out Fighter
Graphite
Tumblr media
The final boss of the game is Gamedeus (ゲムデウス / Gemudeusu), an unbeatable boss that descends when all of the Gashatrophies have been collected. In concept, it is meant to give the player a noble death and continue the Kamen Rider Chronicle. However, there is a legendary hero in the game’s lore, Kamen Rider Cronus, who has the power to defeat him.
Within the show, Kamen Rider Cronus absorbs the power of Gamedeus, becoming Gamedeus Cronus - this is not referred to as a Kamen Rider, so it may be considered a monster.
Tumblr media
When used in the Gamer Driver, it displays a green image of Chronicle Gamer surrounded by a line pattern. Due to its intended use in the Buggle Driver II, the image is flipped. When used in the Buggle Driver II, the image is tilted upright, with additional line patterns.
This Gashat is entirely voiced by an ominous voice.
When used by regular civilians to become Ride-Players, a special transformation plays immediately after activation. The DX release replaces the Level 1 transformation with this.
Ride-Player:
Japanese: エンター・ザ・ゲーム!ライディング・ジ・エンド!
Romaji: Entā za gēmu! Raidingu ji endo!
English: Enter the game, riding the end!
Standby:
Japanese: レベルアップ!ライダークロニクル !
Romaji: Reberu Appu! Raidā Kuronikuru!
English: Level Up! ... Riderrr Chronicle!

Japanese: アガッチャ!天をつかめライダー!きざめクロニクル!今こそ時は極まれり!
Romaji: Agaccha! Ten o tsukame Raidā! Kizame Curonikuru! Ima koso toki wa kiwamareri!
English: Agatcha! Reach for the heavens, Rider! Engraving the Chronicle, it's time to go beyond!!
This Gashat is made to work with the Buggle Driver II, an upgraded Gashacon Bugvisor. There are backing sounds to go with the second transformation for Toki Meki Crisis and Kamen Rider Chronicle.
Primary:
Japanese: バグルアップ!天をつかめ「ウォー!」ライダー!きざめクロニクル!今こそ時は極まれり!「ウォー!」
Romaji: Baguru Appu! Ten o tsukame (Wō!) Raidā! Kizame Curonikuru! Ima koso toki wa kiwamareri! (Wō!)
English: Buggle Up! Reach for the heavens, (Whoa!) Rider! Engraving the Chronicle, it's time to go beyond!! (Whoa!)
Using this Gashat, Kamen Rider Cronus is able to stop time as he pleases, attacking his targets while they are defenseless. The Gashat has no established level.
When used in the Gamer Driver, Taiga Hanaya uses two Gashats for specific fiction reasons, but it does not seem to add any additional power. As Kamen Rider Cronus, he is able to summon all of the Gashacon Weapons.
When inserted into the Kimewaza Slot Holder, it triggers the Rider Critical Strike. When inserted into a weapon, it triggers the Rider Critical Finish. Other finishers attached to the weapon mode are Critical Crews-Aid and Critical Judgement.

Rider Gashat: Toki Meki Crisis
Tumblr media
Toki Meki Crisis Gashat (ときめきクライシスガシャット / Tokimeki Kuraishisu Gashatto)
Tumblr media
Toki Meki (typically spelled Tokimeki) can refer to a heartbeat, or throbbing heart. The name bares a resemblance to a real dating sim called Tokimeki Memorial, though it also brings to mind the vastly unrelated Doki Doki Panic in its naming scheme.
The game Toki Meki Crisis is a dating sim in which the player must raise their appeal to win the affections of a person of the opposite gender. Although it's never addressed, the character on the game's cover art resembles Poppy Pipopapo from DoReMiFa Beat, which could be in reference to a character part of another series getting their own spinoff.
Tumblr media
A character of an unspecified role is Lovelyka (ラヴリカ / Ravurika), which the Bugster game virus manifests into the Lovelyka Bugster. This Bugster has a human form by the name of Ren Amagasaki, transforming into his true form using the Gashacon Bugvisor. He has a charming voice that can hypnotize women, such as Poppy Pipopapo. The Bugster Viruses under his control wear maid outfits, who swoon over him - he refers to him as his Lovely Girls.
Tumblr media
When used in the Gamer Driver, it displays a pink image of Toki Meki Crisis Gamer surrounded by a line pattern. Due to its intended use in the Buggle Driver II, the image is flipped. When used in the Buggle Driver II, the image is tilted upright, with additional line patterns.
This Gashat is entirely voiced by Poppy Pipopapo, much like her variation of the DoReMiFa Beat Gashat exclusive to the toyline. A unique quirk is the activation sound, which sounds more menacing when she is brainwashed.
Standby:
Japanese: レッツゲーム!めっちゃゲーム!むっちゃゲーム!ワッチャネーム!アイムア仮面ライダー!
Romaji: Rettsu gēmu! Meccha gēmu! Muccha gēmu! Waccha nēmu! Aimu a Kamen Raidā!
English: Let’s game! Totes game! Hella game! Whatcha name?! I’m a Kamen Rider!
Primary:
Japanese: レベルアップ!背伸びしたいけど!ちょつぴり照れるわ!ときめきクライシス!
Romaji: Reberu Appu! Senobi shitaikedo! Chotsu piri tereru wa! Toki Meki Kuraishisu!
English: Level Up! I want to reach out, I'm just so very shy! Toki Meki Crisis!
Secondary:
Japanese: アガッチャ!ドリーミングガール!恋のシミュレーション!乙女はいつもときめきクライシス!
Romaji: Agaccha! Dorīmingu gāru! Koi no shimyurēshon! Otome wa itsumo Toki Meki Kuraishisu!
English: Agatcha! A dreaming giiirl, a lovely simulation! The maiden forever in a Toki Meki Crisis!
This Gashat is made to work with the Buggle Driver II, an upgraded Gashacon Bugvisor. There are backing sounds to go with the second transformation for Toki Meki Crisis and Kamen Rider Chronicle.
Primary:
Japanese: バグルアップ!ドリーミングガール! 「ウォー!」 恋のシミュレーション!乙女はいつもときめきクライシス!「ウォー!」
Romaji: Baguru Appu! Dorīmingu gāru! (Wō!) Koi no shimyurēshon! Otome wa itsumo Toki Meki Kuraishisu! (Wō!)
English: Buggle Up! A dreaming giiirl, (Whoa!) a lovely simulation! The maiden forever in a Toki Meki Crisis! (Whoa!)
When inserted into the Kimewaza Slot Holder, it triggers the Toki Meki Critical Strike. When inserted into a weapon, it triggers the Toki Meki Critical Finish. On the Buggle Driver, pressing the B button triggers the Critical Crews-Aid.

Got another theory regarding the next episode! I hesitated to share this since it might spoil what could be a fun surprise but... this blog is full of spoilers anyway.
This features two ways this could go, or three if you count my cynical joke at the end!
Tumblr media
Episode 30 will feature what appears to be Kamen Rider Genm making a return using Proto Mighty Action X Origin, giving him a Level 0 form. It's certainly led to some excitement from fans of Kuroto, disgust from people who suspect a redemption arc is on its way for a character that doesn't deserve it, and/or simply confusion over how a Level 0 form could take on a Level 99 form and not immediately die. That last one falls under the category of "Well the episode is airing soon so who cares?"
But I am skeptical of Genm's return... even if a redemption arc isn't terribly unlikely. It's more a matter of how he's brought back. Wouldn't really take his "I am an immortal god" talk too literally. So here's two possibilities.
Tumblr media
I mean it would be so perfect if it were Genm. He's even got the Gashacon Bugvisor II in hand here, taking on Para-DX. And the resemblance between Cronus and Genm is of course undeniable, since Kuroto Dan's baby is Kamen Rider Chronicle. Could it really be him?
Tumblr media
In episode 29, Poppy has memories from the person she infected, which lead her to Kuroto's old hiding place, as well as a Gamer Driver and Gashat... Very mysterious.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The way that they frame this stuff in the episode preview for episode 30 is also interesting. It almost seems to be deliberately implying that Poppy is going to be using this Gashat herself to transform into Genm.
The preview even features her saying "Kamen Rider Genm: Level 0," something you could imagine her saying after transforming. It would also explain the Bugvisor II Genm is wielding!
Unfortunately...
Tumblr media
This shot is alarming. It features Poppy looking down at her hands with the colors fading, all while Taiga is talking about the dangers of Proto Gashats. This certainly does not look good for Poppy... and if she were to be killed off, I suppose that's one way for Cronus to receive his Bugvisor II. Biting my knuckle at that notion.
Tumblr media
But since this photo is the same location as the last one, there's a faint hope of an alternative! Toei's blog contains some photos from the episode, one of which depicts this generic Bugster Virus sitting on one of the Mighty Action X blocks as Poppy looks on.
The fact that we're actually seeing a generic Bugster Virus without a wacky costume makes me wonder if this one is supposed to be special. And the fact that it's involving a Mighty Action X prop also suggests that she's seeing this Bugster while Mighty Action X is activated.
I’m expecting this to be a Kuroto-relevant Bugster that Poppy convinces to team up with them.
Tumblr media
It's more of a blind shot in the dark, but I wonder if this is going to give us some indication of what happens to Riders who die. Maybe some data is left behind and it can manifest into a human form. Maybe we aren't getting an unnecessary Kuroto redemption arc, but instead a virtual memory of Kuroto fighting alongside Emu to at least give our poor boy the peace of mind that this psycho wasn’t born evil.
Or y'know, it could be a revived and seemingly redeemed Kuroto who fights alongside Emu, then when the battle is over they exchange a smile... followed by a closeup on Emu's face as he receives a punch to the gut, gets called a manchild, then watches as Kuroto runs away cackling with the Bugvisor II. Fully prepared for that to be the case.
At this point, literally anything could happen. And I must repeat, I like that I can't guess which of these is more likely! This series keeps you guessing.

Premium Bandai listed the order page for their next exclusive S.H.Figuarts, S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Genm Action Gamer Level 0! For those unaware, Kamen Rider Genm is from Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, and early on was referred to as the Black Ex-Aid. However, the character is revealed to be the CEO of Genm Corp, Dan Kuroto (Tetsuya Iwanaga), who eventually becomes one of the most popular characters from the series. This version of the character is the final version of Genm in the series, where he is able to cheat death through his “Continue-System.” The figure is shown to also feature that ability as an effect part, and will include an in-scale Shin Dan Kuroto display piece. Whereas, for the figure’s base accessories it will include three pairs of optional hands, a Gashacon Breaker (Sword Mode), and Gashacon Bugvisor II. Below is the official gallery from Premium Bandai:
Pre-orders for S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Genm Action Gamer Level 0 open Friday, March 9 at 4:00 pm JST. The figure will be sold for 6264 yen, and set to be released this July. Those interested in pre-ordering this item should contact their preferred middleman, or online retailer for more information.
