Lui capisce al volo me la ritorna facendomi l’occhiolino e sussurrandomi I got you 😉
Ma come risposta spontanea mi è uscito: No, but you got my card
Raga ma chi cazzo vi credete di essere? Non solo ti stavi futtennu la mia carta, che poi sai a dire non sapeva era mia… c’è la mia foto stampata. Cie

Rangers 2 St Johnstone 0 RECAP as Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Kent find the net
Rangers continued their perfect start in the league under Gio van Bronckhorst with a comfortable 2-0 win over St Johnstone over at Ibrox.
There were goals from attackers Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Kent either side of half-time but the Ibrox side could've had more with the Saints offering very little at the other end.
Kent's goal was his first in the GVB era and on this showing, will be looking to add to that as the fixture schedule heats up over the festive period.
The Dutchman is unbeaten in all competitions since taking the reins from Steven Gerrard with his side top of the pile. The transition couldn't have went better so far.
Struggling St Johnstone have had a disappointing start to the season and the result at Ibrox means five defeats on the bounce for the Perth based side.
Callum Davidson's side remain rock bottom in the Premiership following a top six finish and cup double heroics last season and have scored the fewest goals in the league this season.
Rangers: McGregor, Tavernier, Goldson, Bassey, Barasic, Kamara, Arfield, Aribo, Hagi, Kent, Morelos. Subs: McLaughlin, Simpson, Patterson, Lundstram, Bacuna. Wright, Sakala.
St Johnstone: Clark, Gordon, Brown, Crawford, Rooney, McCart, Craig, Butterfield, O’Halloran, Vertainen. Subs: Parish, Booth, Dendoncker, Bryson, Solomon, May, Muller.

Guided By Voices: Self-Inflicted Aerial Nostalgia
Band: Guided By Voices
Album: Self-Inflicted Aerial Nostalgia (1989, Scat Records)
I decided to try out some old GBV albums. 1992′s “Propellor,” from what I’ve heard, is the beginning of them being a “good” band, and the earliest one I had listen to. Yet, they released four albums previously.
I’ve only heard of GBV’s 80′s albums before. I’ve read them discussed as the band’s early work that doesn’t rival the quality of their “golden era” albums of the mid-90s or their consistently good work since. (They just released an excellent album this year, for instance.)
I found the albums on Apple Music, so I figured I would listen to them. What a joy! Today, I’ll take on 1989′s, Self-Inflicted Aerial Nostalgia. It’s their third album, so by this time they’d developed some songwriting (and playing) chops.
The album starts slow, with the repetitive “The Future is in Eggs.” The title, of course, is fantastic, and it has the skeleton of a decent set of riffs. And Bob Pollard’s inventive vocal melodies make it worth a listen. But it lacks the memorable punch it goes for.
From there, the album picks up. Apple Music gives “The Great Blake Street Canoe Race” a star to mean it’s a popular track. I see why. It has a wonderfully understated rhythm guitar riff, with similarly cozy drum style to give it a laconic, empathetic feel. At the chorus the band does what it does best: playing unexpected melodic and harmonic changes. It’s laden with strong emotion, the kind of sincere sadness that I love about this band. It’s palliative to the mostly middle-class, male, white audience that feverishly follows this band.
From there, the album takes wonderfully delightful turns that can be arresting on first listen. Yet, it’s strange. It’s recorded on shit equipment and the words can be hard to discern even as they are prominent in the mix. Still, Bob Pollard shows what an excellent vocalist and lyricist he is, with clever melodies and rhymes in his singing. And yes, there are terrible songs too, but that’s typical for GBV: I’m sure they’ll grow on me, anyways.
I love the simple structure of “Chief Barrel Belly,” which takes on a structure of a edgy, hard verse to build up tension, and a joyous chorus for catharsis. GBV repeats the pattern again in “Radio Show (Trust the Wizard).” About all Pollard tells us is a repeated refrain of “Radio show, radio show, trust the wizard, here we go,” followed by an uplifting chorus of “it’s another day today.” It’s all so simple, and pardon me if I sound cheesy, but it’s a great reminder that indeed each day is new and to keep your head up. I won’t bother interpreting if wizards and radio shows have any particular meaning, and I don’t care: I’d sing along in concert.
Another interesting point: “An Earful of Wax” has the most technically proficient, straightforward guitar solo in the band’s career. I’m not sure if that’s Pollard or Tobias Sprout or any official member of GBV, but it’s got some noodling to rival well, just about any band. Maybe to rival Dinosaur Jr if you need an indie rock reference. I’m guessing those solos died with the band as the form became uncool with grunge in the 1990′s.
I’d easily recommend Self-Inflicted Aerial Nostalgia to any GVB fan who owns three or more GBV albums. Otherwise, it’s a historically unimportant, little-known blip on the radar of rock history, and the lo-fi recording might make it impenetrable for you. But it has its charms. So to GBV geeks and people who love digging through as much old rock music as possible, have fun and soak it in. You’ll like it.

Rangers Football Club Official Statement:
“RANGERS Football Club confirms today it has parted company with manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst. The board would like to put on record sincere thanks to Gio for all his efforts since his appointment as manager.
Arriving at the club just over a year ago, Gio led the club to a fifth European final and won the Scottish Cup last May. He also led the team to the club’s first Champions League qualification in 12 years.
Unfortunately, results and performances over recent months haven’t met expectations and the decision was made today by the board to terminate the contract of the manager.
The search for the new manager is now underway.
Chairman, Douglas Park, commented: “I want to thank Gio for the hard work he has put in over the last 12 months and, especially, the achievements of taking the club to the Europa League final and winning the Scottish Cup last season.
“Unfortunately, recent results have not met neither our nor Gio’s expectations, and we have taken this difficult decision today. Everyone at Rangers wishes Gio every success in the future.”
