Despite Gwyneth's age is 21 in LazyTown, what about Glanni Glæpur í Latabæ? The one made in 1999 and by translation means Robbie Rotten in LazyTown. But her age at that was different since she would've been 18 in GGÍL compared to her LT which she is 21. She aged up about 3 years, which is why she appeared to have the face of an 18-year-old.

1. My own theory is fae!Robbie using glamours (he convinced people he was a cow ffs. AND A DINOSAUR). They usually don't work on an elf but this one had to be extra strong, possibly because he also has to trick a girl that literally lives with this man

2. "It's the scene we deserved in GGÍL" do NOt make me imagine this episode with the Rikki Rikki disguise and attitude especially the aforementioned "Robbie's hand on Sportacus's chest" I need to breathe thx

Guess who did not die and brought a new animatic!

I wanted to make a video about Glanni with this song for a long time, because it is 100% about him. Soooooo this animatic is literally the plot of GGíL with some exaggerations (you'll see)

A small explanation: for me Latibær and Lazytown are different places (which is why I took Solla's design from the first play - not to confuse her with Stephanie). Latibær is a big city and Lazytown is a town on the suburbs.

Glanni Glæpur í Latabæ takes place about 16 years before Stephanie arrives in Lazytown. So Glanni is 23 years old here, Íþró is 32.

Íþró is the hero number 9 and Sportacus' elder brother, he is the hero of Latibær.

Ok, so... This was my first personal LazyTown Headcanon, therefore, it could have been written better. Honestly. It's more of a series of connections trying to justify some of the show's inconsistencies.

I'd like to justify them in a different way now. Since nowadays I do prefer the Áfram Latibær and GGÍL Sportacus to be Number 9.

-What is Milford talking about in "Defeeted"? - He is talking about Number 9, he confused him with Sportacus just like in "Welcome to LazyTown" -Why is the airship filled with baseball equipment when Sportacus doesn't know how to play baseball? - Probably N°9 put it there, or Sportacus had them because he knew he'd had to learn someday. -Why does the Sportacus from the theater plays has the N°10 when he's N°9? - Because of esthetic reasons. -Why did Robbie never used the Dan Can and Richy Rich costumes ever again? - This one stays the same. N°9 found him out and Bessie and Milford probably remember them.

What If...

So, I know creating headcanons for LazyTown is kinda… 2021-ish. But I wanted to share this so badly. If it succeeds, maybe I’ll post more, but if it doesn’t then fine. I won’t.

Instead of being 10 crystals that had been handed down from generation to generations, I’ll base of from DeviantArt user MadJesters1′s headcanon about there’d always being 10 heroes, the main difference being that each one of the heroes handed out their crystals to heirs, pupils, apprentices, etc. Eventually Crystals 9 and 10 ended up in the hands of two brother. Number 10 was Sportacus and one day he ended up in LazyTown. Que the events of Áfram Latibær and Glanni Glæpur í Latabæ.

Glanni at some point “got rid” of Number 10, Number 9 found out about this and made it very clear to Glanni that if he ever tried to do something else to his family he would pay a high price. 

(Number 9 coming to LazyTown at some point just to menace Glanni would also explain how the Mayor confused the number around when telling Stephanie about LazyTown’s old hero)

This left Glanni many emotional scars and it lead to him changing his name to Robbie. Number 9 decided to name his son Sportacus in memory of his brother. And since N°10′s “disappearance” was preety sudden, it was decided (either by the Council or N°9 himself) that Sportacus would took his uncle’s mantle instead of his father’s. Since N°9 had Sportacus in his 30′s or so for when he retired. Since was conscious he couldn’t hand out his superhero work to a baby. So, Sportacus was sent to LazyTown in what used to be his uncle’s airship, since he couldn’t inherit his father’s air balloon. (the fact Sportacus’ airship isn’t exactly his own would explain why there is baseball equipment in there, despite Sport not knowing how to play baseball)

When Robbie saw Stephanie trying to contact Number 9 he was scared and when he saw Sportacus with a Number 10 he was even more scared and confused as he thought that it may had been Sportacus (the og N°10 from the plays) coming back from the death for revenge. Robbie did realize Sportacus was actually the nephew of the hero he “got rid off” at some point but was still scared by N°9′s menace, so that’s why he mainly tries to kill him from a distance so that no one realizes it is him and obviously with disguises. (Maybe N°9 found out he was Richy Rich and Dan Can and that’s why he never used those disguises in the show 👀)

So, yeah, that’s preety much it. It’s likely that Stephanie will recibe Sportacus’ crystal at some point and she’ll be the next Number 10 rather than Number 11 (or maybe she’ll just wear an S on her chest)

i have been having Thoughts. So everyone usually characterises (fanon) Glanni as hella sexual and stuff, and thats all well and valid, but consider,,,,

(i have Actual Reasons, so hear me out)

In the play, he flirts with pretty much all the adults (snogging stína, smacking lolli’s ass, etc) but its only ever when hes disguised as Riki Rikki, and is pretty quick to toss them aside (glanni, literally 3 minutes after kissing Stína half to death: “Your hair’s ugly and I hate it. Change it!”) And yeah i guess you could say it’s just because hes a morally bad person but !! (mayve this point is kinda a stretch... )

In terms of fanon too, he’s usually shown using ~seductuon~ to get his way, but any actual feelings on his part are usually fake ,, well arent asexuals immune to the power of seduction? so it would make sense for him not to feel anything👀

Also asexual doesnt mean he cant still be sexy since its a pretty intrinsic trait of (fanon) Glanni. Plus asexual =/= s*x repulsed so ?? go wild ig??

I think he’d suit an ace ring. It would go rather well with his all black clothing aesthetic (yes this is a valid point, leave me alone)
