I've been packing and cleaning getting ready to move across the state to Wilmington NC. Today was used to clean up and pack up clothing and the pantry along with the outdoor furniture cushions and rug. I've changed the bed linens and look forward to sliding Into bed with crisp fresh sheets. I've also changed the size of the rental truck because I fear that I have too much stuff for the smaller truck I originally rented. My main anxiety inducing situation is the house in Leland. I haven't received all the final paperwork needed to occupy the newly built cottage. Oh well all I can do is wait.

here is a HEADCANON list ( 1/? ) essential to understanding the personality of Mr. Jesse Girard.
jesse has two goldfish, kubrick & hitchcock ( named after his favorite directors ). he adopted them last year in an attempt to ignite a paternal instinct. if he can keep up them healthy and stable for a few more months, he’s considering getting a dog.
he owns a small studio apartment in west hollywood, not because of lack of pay but because he doesn’t really require a lot of space. he also likes the money he’s saved by not buying or renting a bigger house or apartment. he sends money to his parents ( despite the fact they never respond to his generosity ) and places the rest into a nice retirement fund for himself.
he collects vintage books from library sales and he never reads them because he struggles staying focused on it for too long
he has a record player but he can never find records he wants to listen to, so it has become a furniture piece until he becomes less picky or finds a record that’s worthy of his collection
he LIVES in dad sweaters. u know, those ugly 90s dad sweaters ? yeah he’s got a closet full of those. every now and then he’ll buy a designer sweater but the rest of his sweaters are from his uncle ( vintage and very loved ).
he works out to chopin, which is one of his strangest quirks. he lifts weights so he likes something that will soothe his mind while his muscles scream bloody murder at him.
his apartment is very minimalist. not for an aesthetic but because he’s absolutely clueless when it comes to decorating
however, he does have one wall covered in vintage movie posters. he collects them, because he likes the art deco era and he thinks this is decorating ( its not )
his one ( 1 ) relationship was freshman year of high school n it was a mess because he didn’t really know how to be a boyfriend .. it was a mess. he did everything wrong. he was too honest, he never texted back, he broke up with her on her bday.. it was a mess
he’s NOT a virgin, however. he had a couple of hookups in college.. but only like one of them didn’t blow up in his face. so his casual hookup days are over.
he was born in wilmington nc & attended university of north carolina wilmington for his film degree. while he grew up by the beach, his favorite place is the mountains. he hopes to move to maine when he retires.
he would kill a man for a bowl of pasta
but he’d also kill a man for anyone he cares for. he’s a soft bitch, don’t let his stoic expression fool you. if someone targets any of his friends he’s gonna throw hands !! ( what an image, matthew daddario in a turtle neck, throwing hands for his favorite person )
while he isn’t looking for a relationship (actively), deep deep deep in his tar pit of a heart, he wants to be loved. and maybe thats why he’s so cold and distant ( bear with me here ). he just envies anyone who has that special bond even though he holds everyone at an arms length.
probably owns three pairs of shoes.. and five pairs of slippers
he spent most of his break on the east coast... trying not to think about Things that may or may not have happened after the wrap party.
he claims he was working on a screenplay.. but he really holed himself up in a cabin in maine, making quesadillas and listening to kendrick lamar, miguel, and frank ocean until he felt valid again.
he’s one of those guys that isn’t great with kids, but kids are drawn to him. like all of his cousins want to be his best friend and he just... pats their heads
“i made this drawing for you jesse”
“thank you small human, i will put this on my fridge”
that was probably an actual conversation
he has a nice cozy bed but he naps on the couch like it’s his damn job
he likes sports but he’s way too intense so he cannot watch sports with anyone else in the room
especially football
god help you if you watch a football game with jesse.
even if they’re winning he’s screaming at his TV set.
he’s a damn good kisser !!!! who even knows how that happened.
drunk jesse is not much different from sober jesse. except hornier.
didn’t celebrate his 30th birthday, he basically made sure no one knew when it was because he doesn’t like gifts. he bought himself a new car, however. a dodge charger.. solely because it had heated seats and he loves a good tush toaster.

North Carolina’s Most Expensive Home Offers Up a Touch of Hawaiian Flavor
realtor.com
Modern with a dash of Hawaiian inspiration, the design of this waterfront mansion is unlike any other in Wrightsville Beach, NC.
And the price is a major differentiator. The 8,622-square-foot house on Auditorium Circle is on the market for $16,490,000, which makes it North Carolina’s most expensive home.
The home sits on almost a quarter of an acre right next to the Wrightsville Beach Causeway. It’s the easternmost dwelling on Harbor Island, which sits between the Intracoastal Waterway and Banks Channel.
Construction on the home began in mid-2016, and was recently completed. The home was designed for indoor/outdoor living and has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms spread across two stories of livable and enclosed space.
A ground-level floor is devoted to recreational space, with a decadent pool area.
The house was put up by the Parker Construction Group, and published reports say it’s made of many tons of structural steel, hundreds of concrete bridge pilings, and more than a million dollars worth of glass. It’s built to withstand a Category 5 hurricane.

The house’s style is unique among beach homes along the North Carolina coast. Marketing materials describe the style as Mid-Atlantic Hawaiian Modern and cite the architect Vladimir Ossipoff as its inspiration.
Ossipoff was of Russian descent, but grew up in Tokyo during the early 1900s. His family moved to Hawaii in 1931, and he began to develop his style based on simplicity and clean lines.
During his career, he earned many honors for his designs throughout Hawaii and his style of “midcentury modernism would define Hawaiian architecture.”
Using Ossipoff’s designs as inspiration, the owner and engineer, Christopher Parker, and the architect Michael Ross Kersting designed the North Carolina house with privacy and views in mind.

Inside, you’ll find a mix of wood, metal, and glass, offering awe-inspiring views of the town, water, and the bridge. A center area takes advantage of the home’s height, with dramatic balconies and staircases. There’s also an elevator.
The Wilmington-based interior designer Suzanne C. Moss designed the furniture package, with warm colors including lots of orange, yellow, and red. The furnishings have the same clean look as the house itself.

The kitchen features high-end appliances that remain hidden from view and a huge island with plenty of seating. The nearby dining area uses the view to its advantage, with a long table along a wall of glass. A butler’s pantry is close by, to use as prep and storage space.

The house also has plenty of space for recreation. A lap pool seamlessly flows from the indoors to the outdoors. Much of it is shielded from direct sunlight, while portions of it are out in the open. A fireplace is part of the pool deck. There’s also a gym, sauna, media room, and boat dock.

This modern marvel is the Tar Heel state’s most expensive home by a large margin. In fact, it’s nearly double the price of North Carolina’s second most expensive home.
The current runner-up is a $9 million, 250-acre estate in Rougemont that serves as a sort of traditional counterpoint to the state’s priciest property.

TIPS TO DECLUTTER AND DOWNSIZE YOUR HOME
https://ift.tt/2OmrLT0
Tumblr media
One important thing when it comes to downsizing is to get rid of the things you don’t need in your life. It may seem quite simple but it’s a cumbersome process. You need thoughtful consideration and time. So, if you don’t have that much time or if you are not considering the consequences, you will wind up committing mistakes. You need to be smart when decluttering and downsizing.
Are Your Moving? Downsize The Big Stuff.
If you are moving to a smaller home, there’s no reason for you to bring too much stuff. Hauling big furniture will cost you a lot of money and if you have no place to put it in your new house, you’ll end up paying for a storage unit, which means extra cost. Check the floor plan of your new home. You can also do a walk through using a tape measure so you’ll get a feel of where you can place your sofas, chairs, and tables. You should make these decisions before moving. It will save you money and time.
Bring The Small Stuff With You
If you no longer want the clutter in your house or if you are moving to a new place, you may be tempted to sell or give away many of your small items like décor, clothing, or dishes. Don’t take this step too fast. Go through your stuff slowly and get rid of the general junk that accumulate over time. However, don’t be quick to get rid of things that you use all the time or you love using.
Keep items that you are using currently or seasonally. Don’t get rid of things that serve a practical purpose or has sentimental value. Others that no longer serve a practical purpose can be given away or sold.
Go Through All of The Boxes
You’ll be amazed at how many boxes will follow you as you move to a new place without you even looking inside them. Many of these boxes are filled with keepsakes from your loved ones. So, before you move, make sure to go through all of your boxes. You may be able to get rid of a few boxes that contain stuff that you won’t miss. Every box matters especially when you need all the space you can get. Spend some time to go through every part of your house from your closets to your attack and to your garage and then to your cabinets. If you have not used the item in more than a year or if you don’t think you’ll be using it over the next six months then consider selling, giving it away, or tossing it out. You should also think about selling your things to a thrift store or organizing a garage sale.
Plan Your Storage
After separating the things that are of no use to you anymore, you will still have more items you think you have space to store. At this point, it will be tempting to give away items to free up more space. But, before you do that, you should check what you can use, what you need or want and then asses and plan your storage.
Follow the One Year Rule
It can be very tempting to hang on to things that you once liked but no longer use or those that you think you can use someday. But if you have not used the item for at least one year, then it’s possible that you won’t be using it next year. Maybe it is time to sell or give them away. Of course, if the item is expensive or serves a specific purpose, then you should think twice before giving them away.

Gamers4Gamers
Tumblr media
Gamers4Gamers - Helping those who can not help themselves... On Sept.14th, 2018, a Category 1 hurricane destroyed parts of coastal North and South Carolina. The storm surge flooding wiped away lives, destroyed houses, and ripped apart anything standing in its watery way. While many were in safety inland, or in other states... I could not help but feel for those poor souls that were left with nothing. What if your house was wiped out? Flooded with 5.5 - 6 feet of storm surge water? Everything you have is now under water. Pictures, clothes, furniture, and your trusty computer. For many, this is the reality they are now dealing with. Everything is gone. Digital and physical alike, floods make no distinctions. Water is the enemy of electrical components, and a flood will simply ruin everything. As I sat in my dry house, looking at the many blessings I have in my life, I began to think: "What can I do? What can we do?" "What can I organize to make a difference?" "What can *we* do?" That was a very liberating thought. Then it occurred to me, gamers will be missing their rigs! Those wonderful contraptions that transport us to other worlds, and give us a brief respite from our daily grind... except in this case, the daily grind is the arduous task of putting your life back together. For those that have computers, they are life savers. You can purchase and have items delivered, you can research and know proper answers, you can game, and have a little fun in the midst of all of the insanity around you. I imagined how much kids, who have so little to go on early in their lives, were straining under the weight of the loss of their computer. I thought of the adults that are doing what they can on their smartphones, but could get "so much more done on a computer". To all of them that were thrillists and escapists using their circuits to travel to far away places.... far away from the destruction they see every day... if only they could get away, if even for a few short jaunts...
Tumblr media
I thought about the shelters for families, those on the run from an abusive spouse... or the cool off rooms that are sometimes in police or fire stations. Safe places where kids can go and relax knowing they are safe. How many of those have been affected? How many machines have been lost? How many people have been unable to let off some pressure, with a little gaming? Then it was cemented when one of my Destiny 2 clanmates spoke on our Discord server about losing everything. That was it. I had to find a way to do something, but what that something was seemed daunting. Almost laughable. Millions impacted, Thousands in need... and me, with a couple of computers? But to those couple of people/families/entities, they would be invaluable. "I need to find a way to replace some of those lost gaming rigs. I need to build machines that will be able to be used to bring a person back into the gaming world. I can't replace their software, they will have to do that. But I have enough contacts over the years to put machines together! I can piece them together! But how many can I do? So I set the number at 10. 10 complete machines. If I can do more, I will, but 10 seemed to be a reasonable number for a lone builder to shoot for. I have time on my side too. This disaster is slow moving. Because the flood waters are still receding in many places, they are still in peril. 2 weeks after this storm made landfall (writing this on 9/28), the flooding is still happening. Water that was pushed inland by the pressure of the hurricane, is now draining out. Some people came back after the hurricane only to have what little they had, washed away by the secondary floods. When I say I have time, I mean that these machines will need to be delivered when the recipient has a safe place to stay, electricity, broadband, etc. that is going to be weeks... months even. There is no HURRY on this...
Tumblr media
My plan, in its most rudimentary form, is to build replacement gaming computers for individuals and agencies, that lost these assets in the hurricane and/or flooding. This is the area we are focusing on, right at the North Carolina and South Carolina borders where the states meet at the ocean
Tumblr media
Who all has signed on? I am so very thankful to the early adopters of this crazy idea of mine! These vendors are all on board with the premise, and have donated, or plan on donating to the cause. Without these early adopters and supporters, this would be a very difficult task to get off of the ground.
Tumblr media
Thank you! As the parts arrive I will begin banner creation and sponsorship posts. For the grid below, please scroll to the right to see the parts status on all 10 machines. Vendors, please reference the below table so as to ensure minimal overlap: DATE: 10.6.2018 Comp 1 Comp 2 Comp 3 Comp 4 Comp 5 Comp 6 Comp 7 Comp 8 Comp 9 Comp 10 Case x x x x x 5/10 Cases Power supply 0/10 Power supplies Motherboard 0/10 motherboards Processor 0/10 processors CPU Cooler x x x x x x 6/10 CPU Coolers Memory 0/10 memory Storage 0/10 Hard drives Video card 0/10 Video Cards Fans x x 2/10 Fans Monitor 0/10 monitors Keyboard x x x 3/10 keyboards Mouse x x 2/10 mouse Headset x x x 3/10 headset   The goal is to have as many vendors as possible so that no one vendor shoulders the load. I am trying to gather the following items for delivery:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
If you can participate/donate, I appreciate any and all help.
Tumblr media
Let's do this, -=Craig Tate *UPDATE* 2/14/2019 It has been much more challenging to find partners in the areas affected. I realized that maybe my focus was too specific and difficult to target. So I altered my scope to look for kids and families in need of computer resources in the affected, instead specifically for gamers, and I am excited to say I have found an ally for this charitable outlet. Coastal Horizons Center, of Wilmington, NC. Working with their CIO, we have identified families and children in need of these resources! We have identified 6 people/families that need this relief: 4 families in need Family 1: family of 6; client is 13, limited financial resources, client has been sitting in in-school-suspension (ISS) because she does not have a computer at home to complete school projects (sounds unbelievable, but true). Family 2: family with 5 children, ranging from 5-15 years old (4 of these children are clients), limited financial resources; lost beds, furniture, roof during hurricane (we found a resource that provided beds for them and worked on their roof), living in Wallace, needing computer mostly for school projects and homework. Family 3: family of 3 children; client is 16, limited financial resources, lost everything in the hurricane, will be moving into their own home in Feb. Family 4: family of 2 children; client is 8, limited financial resources, in the process of repairing their trailer, (we connected them with resources in the community to provide clothing and cleaning supplies) Coastal Horizons Employee from one of our rural locations have an employee who was hit particularly hard and had to relocate from her home. I also know she does not have a computer at home, so this would make a world of difference for her. Client from our Wilmington Office Client with horrible living conditions and wants to move but says she needs to sell many of her things first. She has mentioned many times to her therapist that she needs a way to post things online.   As noted in the chart on the previous page, We are still lacking core components. However, with the broadening of the scope, many of the computers have become more general purpose, rather than gaming machines, which should make producing them easier. Simplicity and reliability will be key. Main things in need of now are motherboards/processors/RAM/SSD's for 6 machines Keyboards and mice for 3 machines Monitors for 6 machines We have the ability to make a difference in peoples lives with what we know and what we do. We have targets, we have a verified distribution outlet, and we have a tangible goal number that is reachable. I will be reaching out to people to complete the build parts list topo make this mission a reality. Lets give people something to feel good about, something to help themselves with. I thank you for your generosity and support as we help those who currently are doing without. -=Craig Read the full article

NEW BERN, N.C. — As the death toll from Florence mounted and hundreds of people were pulled from flooded homes, North Carolina is bracing for what could be the next stage of a still-unfolding disaster: catastrophic, widespread river flooding.
After blowing ashore as a hurricane with 90 mph (145 kph) winds, Florence virtually parked itself much of the weekend atop the Carolinas as it pulled warm water from the ocean and hurled it onshore. Storm surges, flash floods and winds scattered destruction widely and the Marines, the Coast Guard, civilian crews and volunteers used helicopters, boats and heavy-duty vehicles on Saturday to conduct rescues.

Survivor, the kitten survives Florence's deadly onslaught
The death toll from the hurricane-turned-tropical depression climbed to 11.
Rivers are swelling toward record levels, forecasters now warn, and thousands of people have been ordered to evacuate for fear that the next few days could bring the most destructive round of flooding in North Carolina history.
A 40-foot yacht lies in the yard of a storm-damaged home on East Front Street in New Bern, N.C., Saturday, Sept. 15, 2018. The boat washed up with storm surge and debris from Hurricane Florence.
Stream gauges across the region showed water levels rising steadily, with forecasts calling for rivers to crest Sunday and Monday at or near record levels: The Little River, the Cape Fear, the Lumber, the Neuse, the Waccamaw and the Pee Dee were all projected to burst their banks, possibly flooding nearby communities.
Authorities ordered the immediate evacuation of up to 7,500 people living within a mile (1.6 kilometres) of a stretch of the Cape Fear River and the Little River, about 100 miles (160 kilometres) from the North Carolina coast. The evacuation zone included part of the city of Fayetteville, population 200,000.
Members of the Nebraska Task Force 1 urban search and rescue team help load an elderly resident onto a bus as they evacuate an assisted living facility to a church as a precaution against potential flooding the city could see from tropical storm Florence in Fayetteville, N.C., Saturday, Sept. 15, 2018.
John Rose owns a furniture business with stores less than a mile (1.6 kilometres) from the river. Rain-soaked furniture workers helped him quickly empty more than 1,000 mattresses from a warehouse in a low-lying strip mall.
“It’s the first time we’ve ever had to move anything like this,” Rose said. “If the river rises to the level they say it’s going to, then this warehouse is going to be under water.”
//
On U.S. Route 401 nearby, rain rose in ditches and around unharvested tobacco crops along the road. Ponds had begun to overflow, and creeks passing under the highway churned with muddy, brown water. Farther along the Cape Fear River, grass and trees lining the banks were partly submerged, still well below a highway bridge crossing it.
“It’s hard to believe it’s going to get that high,” says Elizabeth Machado, who came to the bridge to check on the river.
Rescue personnel use a small boat as they go house to house checking for flood victims from Florence, now a tropical storm, in New Bern, NC., Saturday, Sept. 15, 2018.
Fayetteville’s city officials, meanwhile, got help from the Nebraska Task Force One search and rescue team to evacuate 140 residents of an assisted-living facility in Fayetteville to a safer location at a church.
Already, more than 2 feet (60 centimetres) of rain has fallen in places, and forecasters are saying there could be an additional 1 1/2 feet (45 centimetres) before Sunday is out.
“I cannot overstate it: Floodwaters are rising, and if you aren’t watching for them, you are risking your life,” Gov. Roy Cooper said.
Officials were warning residents not only to stay off the roads but also to avoid using GPS systems.
“As conditions change, GPS navigation systems are not keeping up with the road closures and are directing people onto roads that are confirmed closed and/or flooded,” the state Transportation Department said on Twitter.

Florence weakened to a tropical depression early Sunday and was crawling west at 8 mph (13 kph). At 5 a.m., the storm was centred about 20 miles (35 kilometres) southwest of Columbia, S.C. Its winds were down to 35 mph (55 kph).
Two young women cross Main St. near the University of South Carolina as remnants of Hurricane Florence slowly move across the East Coast Saturday, Sept. 15, 2018, in Columbia, S.C.
In Goldsboro, N.C., home of Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, roads that frequently flood were already closed Saturday by rushing water. Dozens of electric repair trucks massed to respond to damage expected to hit central North Carolina as rainwater collected into rivers headed to the coast. Hundreds of thousands of outages have been reported.
A creek that feeds into the Neuse was rushing over a road near Phil Eubanks’ home Saturday. Another creek backed up into their basement Friday, but based on past experience Eubanks and his wife think the worst is over for them.
“I didn’t sleep last night. It was creeping up those steps” from the basement, said his jittery wife, Ellen. “It came up. It went down today. I think we’re OK.”
On Saturday evening, Duke Energy said heavy rains caused a slope to collapse at a coal ash landfill at a closed power station outside Wilmington, N.C. Duke spokeswoman Paige Sheehan said about 2,000 cubic yards (1,530 cubic meters) of ash were displaced at the Sutton Plant and that contaminated storm water likely flowed into the plant’s cooling pond.
A Corvette sits damaged after a large tree fell on it, on Sept. 16, 2018 in Wilmington, N.C.
Sutton was mothballed in 2013 and the company has been excavating ash to remove to safer lined landfills. The ash left behind when coal is burned contains toxic heavy metals, including lead and arsenic.
In New Bern, along the coast, homes were completely surrounded by water, and rescuers used inflatable boats to reach people Saturday.
Kevin Knox and his family were rescued by boat from their flooded brick home with the help of Army Sgt. Johan Mackie, whose team used a phone app to locate people in distress.
“Amazing. They did awesome,” said Knox, who was stranded with seven others.
Kevin Knox loads his cat, Sasha, into a boat that came to rescue his family from its flooded neighbourhood as a result of Florence, now a tropical storm, in New Bern, N.C,. on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2018.
New Bern spokeswoman Colleen Roberts said 455 people were safely rescued in the town of 30,000 residents. She called damage to thousands of buildings “heart-wrenching.”
Spirits were high, though, at the Trent Park Elementary School in New Bern, where 44-year-old Cathy Yolanda Wright took shelter after being rescued from her flooded home Saturday. Wright, who sings in the choir at Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist, led residents at the shelter in an energetic singalong.
People clapped and shouted, “Amen!” and “Thank you, Lord.”

Across the Trent River from New Bern, Jerry and Jan Andrews returned home after evacuating to find carp flopping in their backyard near the porch stairs.
Coast Guard helicopters took off across the street to rescue stranded people from rooftops and swamped cars.
The Marines rescued about 20 civilians from floodwaters near Camp Lejeune, using Humvees and amphibious assault vehicles, the base reported.
A fallen tree is shown after it crashed through the home where a woman and her baby were killed in Wilmington, N.C., after Hurricane Florence made landfall Friday, Sept. 14, 2018.
The dead included a mother and baby killed by a falling tree in Wilmington, N.C. South Carolina recorded its first death from the storm, with officials saying a 61-year-old woman was killed when her car hit a tree that fell across a highway.
Three died in one inland county, Duplin, because of water on roads and flash floods, authorities said. A husband and wife died in a storm-linked house fire, officials said, and an 81-year-old man died after falling while packing to evacuate.

Shipping A Package? Make Sure It Arrives Safely
Delivering a package sometimes appears to be more confusing compared to a regular task. Leave the confusion to others and adhere to these reliable product packaging safety and security pointers to ensure a safe and hassle-free arrival. Ways To Ensure Your Packages Arrive Safe
Container Solutions Initially, select the right container or box for your item. Products confined in an envelope or box requires a little breathing space to keep the pressure of being transported, hauled and delivered. This is why a space in between the product being delivered and the container is essential.
You have seen how packages are sealed but easy to open? According to TheUPS Store in Wilmington, the objective is to develop one of the most thick internal box space possible while keeping the ideal out-of-box experience for the client. An example is cutting yourself while struggling to open a package. This is why items should be placed in a box easy enough to open, but secure enough to shield your product or gift.
Fill up open spaces There are a number of packaging products you could use to fill in open spaces in a package. Find the best solution below to ensure your items will be more secure.
1.Foam peanutsare light, fill spaces well as well as offer pillow security. However this product also known as popcorn, could be untidy, have high static electrical energy and occasionally challenging to recycle. Anti-static choices are readily available, and can cost you a little bit a lot more.
2. Bubble Roll Wrap is an excellent gap fill because it has outstanding cushion security, and easier to recycle. There are special types of bubble rolls such as self-cling and anti-static. One thing about this is, it is not form-fitting, thus items could move throughout transportation. The UPS Store recommends taping around the item to develop a more secure package. As soon as those bubbles pop, the cover is no longer safe from direct collision.
3. Using packing paper has a cleaner look compared to peanuts. It also provides adequate extra cushion for lighter things. Pick a heavyweight paper so that will not compress quickly.
For someone who ships bundles of monitoring equipment such as teddy bears with video cameras as well as pens with voice recorders, there is always that discussion about selecting packing products.
Select a gap filler that works best on the item and end customer when delivering packages. You can use Bubble Roll when security and image are vital, while packing paper is used when presentation is not a concern.
The best result is to trust the packaging team at The UPS Store in Wilmington to package your products or gifts. They offer aPack and Ship Guaranteeso you can rest assured your package will arrive safely.
Packing for fragile items What packaging solutions can be done for fragile breakables, vital legal files, or something truly heavy? Below are a couple of added factors to consider to take a look at when packing products that require a better degree of security:
1. Breakables. Include an added layer of protection around the product, load void space with an additional layer of either peanuts or Bubble Roll, as well as put a Fragile label on the outside. For a number of little products, pad them fully and then utilize stretch cover to team them with each other so they do not get broken in the fill. You could also acquire a china as well as glass security set that covers all the foundation.
2. Legal Files/Papers. When sending legal files by mail, do not take chances. Utilize a cushioned mailer with stiff sides, a level cardboard envelope so documents do not collapse. When sending out anything of significance or high value, take the insurance coverage.
3. Heavy items. Crucial deliveries likeshipping art, furniture or publications, could precariously shift en route, so keeping them secure is crucial to preventing injury or damage to the product. Load the area to the border so motion is limited, as well as make use of stretch cover and whitewash sheets to safeguard furniture from scuffs. You can also use durable sealing tape as well as boxes-- worth the added cost making sure the bottom does not drop.
By complying with these basic techniques of the profession, your packages are most likely to arrive precisely as a consumer or service companion envisions them.

DECLUTTER: HOME CLEANING TIPS IN UNDER 15 MINUTES
https://ift.tt/3gorHxW
What happens when sudden unexpected guests show up on your doorstep or call just to tell you they will be coming in 15 minutes? You start to hysterically conceal every mess or clutter that you see.
Stop it immediately! Professional organizers have something in store for you to help in this dilemma.
Time-Saving Decluttering Guide
Outdoor mess
You could not be considering the outside of your house, however, it is the very first thing that visitors will notice when they get there. If your outdoor furniture is disarranged, see to it it is straight and cushions are clean. Bring boots and umbrellas inside, return vacant planters and those backyard tools to the garage, and simply coiling your hose pipe will create a big difference.
Living Room Clutter
A lot of cushions and couch covers could look unpleasant, so make sure to fix it before guests arrive. Store extra bed linen in the storage room or utility room as well as clean exactly what’s left. Next off, eliminate the coffee table as well as side tables. Arrange magazines and newspapers and put them in a basket, pile publications on close-by racks or under the coffee table and put remotes, DVDs as well as other electronic devices in the TV console. Provide uneven photo frames a fast repair before doing other tasks.
Guest Bedroom deal
If you took on the coat wardrobe, shut the door and start doing other home organizing tasks. Otherwise, you’ll require another place to keep visitors’ coats and bags. Do away with tidy garments and shoes first, yet leave the dirty clothes. Next off, clear fashion jewelry, documents and other clutter away from the vanity, cabinets or night tables. Bring glass with you to the kitchen area.
 Kitchen disorder
Another decluttering tip is to move your drying out shelf and other unnecessary home appliance on the counters to closets or cellar racks so you have space to prepare food for your guests. Secure the waste as well as recycling (this maximizes flooring area, also), then concentrate on the refrigerator: remove old bills and notes, straighten out pictures and ref magnets. It only takes a few minutes to arrange mail and bring crucial documents to your work desk. Return anything else left on the table to its appropriate place.
Dining room dilemma
Have your partner or children help you clean by sweeping or vacuuming the area as you performed in the kitchen area so you could move your cleaning tasks to the following rooms.
