i reread ftfo and oh my goodness the dynamic between guard and shield itches that one spot in my head so so good i’ve wanted to draw these two for a long time

(the scene is when they were rushing to aftertale neutral’s inn <3)

the scene is the redraw because of a few design inconsistencies in the original so here’s the original too lol

This was a lot of fun to draw, and a nice challenge since there were so many characters! I thoroughly enjoy FTFO and Gillan's art, so their DTIYS contest was a perfect combination!!
