So, this is from a sketch I had pretty much abandoned since almost a year ago, but I picked it up again to practice some coloring and lighting types, and I ended up with 2 versions that I like and I decided to post both of them ✨️

I know I haven't posted any art in a long while, but I've been busy with both work and school.

Dragon Yuya x human Yuzu

In this AU, even though dragons are going extinct because humans fear them and hunt them, Yuya —descendant of the evil dragon Zarc —and Yuzu —a human princess forced to run away from her home —are able to bond and become close after a fated incident that brought them together.

"You know Yuzu..." Yuto spoke, his voice low and in camaraderie, as if he didn't want any of the friends and allies they'd met along the way to hear them.

That piqued Yuzu's curiosity. This other dragon was too fond of his friends to leave them in the shadow of any relevant info.

"Hm?" so she paid attention.

And with what seemed like a smirk, he said in her ear:

"Dragons express their feelings with their tail, regardless of whether they're aware of them."

She knew what color had dyed her cheeks when the sly dragon chuckled and left her to her thoughts. A memory being instantly evoked by her mind as a warm feeling of realization filled her chest.

Funny how everyone but them knew about those feelings.

So believe it or not, my Neopets named after Yuya and Yuzu just gave me this idea with an item that's a giant plushie.

Yuya taking Yuzu to the fair for a date and proceeding to win her this GIANT performapal cheer mole plushie from one of the game stands. Like the thing is easily five feet tall. Yuzu has no idea what she's going to do with it, but puts it in her room later.
