But just to keep things simple I’ll just say that they’re at least straight.#They would also be super supportive of their children if they ever came out - make no mistake.#GrandPat IMO is straight because he had to have a wife once upon a time in order to have Cecil. Plus it was revealed...#... in the episode “Backpay Payback” that he’s dating Granny Tentacles. So based on these facts alone - GrandPat...#... is most likely just a plain simple straight old guy. You’d better believe he would be supportive of his grandkids though.#Squidina was a bit harder to decide on as she hasn’t had any romantic interest in any other characters her age on the show.#However - her friendly chemistry with Pearl is beyond adorable and after seeing some super adorable fanart of them...#... as a couple later on in life - I have decided on her being a lesbian. I may change my mind on this later...#... and I may not. But for now - lesbian feels like a good fit for her.#Anyway these are my HCs for TPSS! As usual please be respectful.
