Uniforms under Napoleon, Unique print and photo montage with vintage stamps. But before that, let us stop on the stamps allowing to illustrate this creation. They are unused and pre-canceled : the year 1974 can be read on the stamps. Curiously, the philatelic catalogs which refer to it mention a year of publication of 1977 by Equatorial Guinea. (Yvert and Tellier, Michel, ...) Find the error ! Nevertheless, we can consider that they are vintage. For this creation, I chose to make photo montages, one with the return of Napoleon from the island of Elba, the other with a canvas of the battle of Iena. On the two I added uniforms of the time. The stamps themselves are military uniforms displayed on foot. This creation is a unique piece like everything I create and it is a gift idea for those who love the military, Napoleon 1st and history enthusiasts in general. You can see the two A4 prints that are part of the sale item on the first view. To better showcase them, I searched the web for an original presentation; you can see my choice on the last picture. The criteria sought: Old gold colored Périgueux wooden frame with A4 size photo mount: 21x29.7 cm (8.26x 11.69 inches) Of course this is only a suggestion, because you have to take into account your existing decoration, the frame colors that suit you, their material, their shape and the budget you want to devote to them. In short, the choice is yours, you have to take this suggestion as the beginning of the path to follow.
