Location: Work From Home from anywhere in India and Outside
Salary Range: 10k to 30k (depends on how good is the candidate)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday from 10AM to 7PM. Sunday is OFF Day
Evaluation Period: First One Month
Important: After a Telephonic Interview, Candidate will need to give a Remote Technical Test from his home wherein he will be asked to develop and deliver a specific module or two within a specific time period
Keys Requirements:
1. Extremely passionate and serious towards his career
2. Great Problem solving skill
3. Core knowledge in C Language and expert in Phython and php development language
4. Should have some knowledge of HTML & Graphic Designing as well
5. Candidates having prior knowledge of developing CRMs will be preferred
6. Smart, Dynamic, Forward
7. Serious towards job
Employee should have following Devices & Services:
1. Computer / Laptop with a Fast Processor
2. Atleast 100 mbps Broadband Speed Internet Connection
3. WebCam
4. Smartphone
5. Candidate should be okay to have various Employee Monitoring Softwares installed in his devices by the Company

What Are the Changes to the New Regime in Budget 2023?
The new regime is the default regime if the employee doesn’t make a choice
New tax rates and slabs have been relaxed to benefit employees
A Standard Deduction of INR 50,000 applies to salaried persons. Those earning a family pension are also eligible for a deduction of INR 15,000 or one-third of the income, whichever is lower
The tax rebate has been raised from INR 5 lacs to INR 7 lacs
The surcharge for those earning more than INR 5 crore has decreased from 37% to 25%
Other Amendments That Impact the Payroll
The leave encashment exemption limit (lifetime) has been increased from INR 3 lacs to INR 25 lacs
The salary threshold for Professional Tax (PT) has been revised from INR 15,000 to INR 25,000 for Karnataka State
The EPFO extended the deadline for exercising the option to contribute to a higher pension to March 3, 2023
