Christine's Cardio Fitness is your prime destination for fitness classes that focus on cardio exercises and dance. With eight years of experience teaching classes throughout Mills River, NC, we offer classes in multiple locations, which means that you can learn from certified dance instructors and format trainers in the most convenient spot for you.
At Christine's Cardio Fitness, we have several different types of cardio classes to get you started on your path towards health and wellness. Choose from our Zumba classes, Bokwa classes, kickboxing classes, and other mixed-format classes. Whether your goal is healthy weight loss, toning muscle, or simply picking up a new activity, we offer the type of community-based classes that will have you coming back regularly.
