HC Potpurri: Red Matador - THE BENCH

Writing this post was hell incarnate, that's all I'll say. I've tried to be brief, but dunno about the final result. Either way, if you're curious about anything/anyone on particular, you can always ask for more info.

The Red Matador bench is unfortunately not very united like other teams. There's the reserve keeper Juan, mostly a loner, there's the DF Laudi, always on his delusions, and then there's... Them.

Isaac, Carlos, Federico. The killer trio. Las divinas. The golden kids. The Holy Trinity. The icons. Or how they are named on their own language, "Los Bellos".

...Nah, but seriously. Although separated on RM's early days, the moment these three teamed up they became unstopabble. And while at first they were also rather unknown to the public (Even pre-FFI), soon their popularity grew so much it started to compete with those of the field players (plus the current holder of the "most popular with girls" title, Rafael). And with even the coach also starting to favour them more than the rest... Yeah.

The three seemed quite happy with this position, at least. Isaac loves attention, specially from girls, so he'll take any chance to stand out. Carlos is (secretly) cunning and he enjoys when things go his way. And as for Federico... He's just a really friendly guy. Past grudges with soccer aside, he is very happy with his new friendships and the popularity raising around, yet without any egoistical intentions. In fact, he even wants the leftover benchers to be more popular too, but without success... :(

Whenever the team has free time, Los Bellos go to conquer the world... Or at least to conquer the hearts of innocent girls around the spanish team area (?

Though, it comes to relationships between the team, they are... So and so. They are inoffensive, but its true they can feel detached from the rest, a gap that got bigger as the final Spain match was coming. Add to this some rivarly between this group and the Slingshot Jocks (Querardo, Samuel, David) and it seemed a storm was coming.

...And it did, right around the Spain vs Japan friendly match. One snarky comment was enough to light up an entire wildfire of discussions between field and bench. It got BAD. Isaac boasted too much, Carlos only added more fuel, Laudi didn't help at all nor Juan, and Fede just couldn't pick a side. The coach tried to step in, but it was futile. RM was too heated by other things already, and this added even more to the burden.

Unfortunately yes, these new cracks showing within the team were one of the things that led to the inevitable loss vs Brockenborg. At least, this was able to make everyone step back and realize their own faults. With nothing else to do, they soon all made peace and returned to their usual lives. A bittersweet ending, but at least with many new friendships and experiences formed in the way. Even after the tournament, Los Bellos still keep in contact to this day, and the three love to meet at their respective cities.

Now, as for the other two... Despite what it seems, Juan doesn't always enjoy being a loner. In fact, his sole reason for joining soccer was because he wanted to combat his social anxiety, but there's still things to improve. He never expected to become a main keeper at first, that's for sure.

At least he's not neccesarily alone. Rafael and Antonio are friendships he keeps from the Spanish Community Cup, being all representatives of Andalusia. So the DF group keeps him on mind, and he even gets invited to play when it's party time. Besides, right around the end of the Qualifications (+ Unicorn Fiasco), Juan also had managed to befriend Fede, given both came from similar situations. Even with the whole "Los Bellos" deal, Fede never left Juan aside, specially on the moments he needed support the most (Such as him straight up getting benched). It is rumored that not only these two also meet in their own nowadays, but also that Zubeldia has composed special songs just for him.

One last thing, but also unlike other FFI teams, the relationship between keepers isn't that strong. Sure, they are in good terms, but that's about it. Juan never formed a deep friendship neither with the original reserve keeper nor Fermín. Instead, it was Laudi who took that spot. Let's just say that out of the whole team, it is him who misses the expelled GK more than anything :( But hey, maybe Fer can fill that hole in his heart. Not to mention, "Sanchez" sounds familiar...

No because sometimes I find some Naoya memes funny where people are shitting on him and even his character is sometimes SO ridiculously misogynistic it’s funny like how do you even exist?? I love naoya slander jokes fr though (I forgot but it’s literally so ironic apparently the way Naoya speaks is a bit lost in translation and he kinda talks like a little girl according to some jp users who’ve pointed it out?? Like BRO) but yeah the only thing he has going for him is his face card maybe (also I originally thought his hair was gonna be green but)

And excuse the collateral slander one of which is a bear, the other quite literally cannot talk, one who acts like a bully, one who was BULLIED like adding ocs helps broaden the dynamic possibilities a lot more?? Like there’s ofc no problem NOT adding ocs but I don’t see how you can blame someone for wanting to add them because that’s literally the tiniest class of students I’ve ever seen?? Let’s give our protag some more friends…also if you don’t like it just close the tab and go for a different fic?? I seriously don’t understand the need to vocalize complaints like this when they won’t benefit the anyone in any way like also wait THAT WAS THE COMMENT?? I’m ngl I was fr just a reader/lurker until recently, I actually used to just use the web version without an account because I was too lazy to set one up and have another thing potentially entering my email inbox until the site started forcing you to get the app which requires an account so I was like ok well gotta do what you gotta do….and then I proceeded to do exactly what I did before (literally just lurking and silently enjoying LOL) and not try to explore any of the app features and uh. Well here I am!! there def are some side ships (togetullia, mrs l/n and toji, elakshi and noritoshi) but for the most part yes there’s not a ton of romance going on!! plus of those three relationships only one even works out so 😓 truly the strength of pi imo is the platonic relationships it has (tullia and y/n will always be famous to me like it’s not at all romantic but the way they loved one another is so integral to the story it makes me emotional 🥹)

it def is a learning curve but once you get it it feels intuitive ig?? until they throw another curveball at you 😰 even now i’m still discovering features that i didn’t realize existed 😳 i was def a silent reader/lurker for a while too!! i feel like i still am a lot of the time haha it doesn’t help that i rarely read other people’s fics because i’m usually working on my own 😓 if you ever need help w anything on here lmk though i will do my best to give advice 💪🏻

well 👁👄👁 there r quite few,,, and the main reason is colouring most of these r comps and i a b s o l u t e l y sucked at comps and esp at making the colouring consistent there lol so lets begin lol  1 (u have no idea how muchi love this set) 2 (i fucking mastered it i wanted to remake it for two years and i finally did!! 60 fps smooth good moments iconic performance iconic hair colour his attitude bruh and ofc the fact that i could do sth with colouring,,,,,, and chose such an unusual colour scheme that i doubted jckdckfdk and it still worked out 🥺) 3 (lol i had this idea written down since 2018 as well and this year i could finally collect all moments i needed and oh boi yeah,,, AND COLOURING I COULD ALMOST yeah almost do sth decent with it there r still couple moments id changed but im pleased) 4 (im so happy whenevr i see this CUZ IT ALL WORKED OUT it was such an impulsive comp i literally only saw couple moments for past few years as well where i could see three of them in one frame and suddenly I WAS LIKE I FUCKING MUST POST THOSE MOMENTS SOMEHOW and im so proud of colouring it looks so well T_T) 5 (the colouring ofc im still :o that i could get rid of that shitty shit dkksjkj AND THE MOMENTS ITSELF?????? AND BLACK SWAN???????? EVERY PERFORMANCE???? HAIR?????? OUTFIT???????? EVRERYHTIGNM???????? HIS FUCKING STARE? FACE??? ohhhhhhhh i think this one cuz the moments were long i couldnt decide what do i want to include + it ts file so u kno,,, the speed,,, of processing,, + somehow decided to put them all together + fucked with colouring + had to get rid of the logo and as we know japan likes a lot of big braight text around haha and draw hair in moments where logo made it look blurry + had to adjust the order and all that stuff but getting rid of logo was the longest part

“Hm,” she lets out a soft hum as her gaze moves to the menu displayed, scanning for the menu she’d like to have. “I think I’ll go with the single burger, and strawberry lemonade,” she answers. Grayson nods his head and takes out some amount of money out of his wallet to pay for their meals.

“Anyway, where’s Alana?,” Bianca arches her brow as she looks around to find Alana one more time.

“Uh, she told me she needs to go to the 7-eleven, why?,” Grayson arches his brow in return. “Do you need something?,” he asks once again.

“It’s just—“

“Oh, thank you,” Grayson nods his head as he takes their orders from the waiter. Bianca has to stop for a while since the waiter called for Grayson. Once he got all of the orders, he motion his head towards the bench outside as he looks over at his girlfriend. “Let’s take a seat and talk, yeah?,” he smiles. Bianca just nods her head slowly as she follows him.

Grayson sits on the bench and placed the bag on his lap before he takes out one burger. He carefully unwraps the wrap-paper and hands it to his girlfriend, being a gentleman. “Here you go,” he gives her another smile. Bianca takes the burger and brings it up to her mouth to take a small bite of it.

“Gray?,” she mumbles.

“Yeah?,” Grayson replies as he unwraps his own burger, way too focused that he’s not even moving his sight to meet hers.

“So you’re in the same major with Alana?,” Bianca asks.

Grayson immediately turns his gaze to meet hers, eyes lighting up in excitement as he speaks. “Shit— I forgot to tell you that, but yeah! Crazy isn’t it?,” he shrugs.

“What’s crazy...?,” Bianca mumbles as she takes another bite of her burger.

“I had no idea that we’re going to be in the same major! So, as soon as we arrived in LA, I asked her why she wanted to leave New Jersey, and she told me that it’s all for college. And the moment I asked her about which college that she’s attending, she told me that she’s going to Los Angeles Film School. I was like— ‘hey, me too!’,” Grayson explains enthusiastically. “And on the first day, we met again in class! And that’s when she told me that she’s majoring in Film too. Like me,” he adds.

“Oh,” Bianca nods her head slowly as she moves her gaze from his features, to her own burger. “Are you...,” Bianca pauses for a while, not sure if she should continue.

“Am I what?,” Grayson manages to respond as he leans against the bench.

“Are you... still into her?,” Bianca mumbles, her eyes remains locked on her burger, instead of looking at her boyfriend. Grayson frowns, not even sure if he got the question right since she was mumbling.

“Am I into who?,” he arches his brow.

Bianca takes a deep breathe as she looks up to meet his gaze, sucking her cheeks in before she repeats her question. “Grayson, are you still into Alana?,” she sighs.

Grayson remains quiet as he squints his eyes, watching her closely for a second before he shakes his head. He looks away as a light chuckle escapes him. “God, Bianca Reine. What the hell is wrong with you?,” he responds.

“Is it yes or no?,” Instead of giving him an answer, Bianca asks once again.

“Hey, look,” Grayson turns to his side to face his girl as he takes her free hand in his to interlock their fingers together. “What makes you think so?,” he tilts his head for a bit as he keeps his gaze locked on hers.

“Gray, she’s Alana Whitman,” she replies, followed with another sigh as she looks down at her feet. “Alana fucking Whitman. Everyone in New Jersey knows her. The daughter of Connor Whitman, the governor of New Jersey,” she adds.

“So?,” Grayson replies briefly as he takes another bite of his vegan burger, eyes remain locked on his girlfriend.

“So?! Grayson, look at her! She looks ten times better than me! Straight blonde hair, eyes as blue as the sky, way much taller than this midget, and—“

“Yeah, so?,” he arches his brow as he watches her getting tense.

“Stop saying ‘so?’!,” Bianca spats his hand away, pulling her hand away to brush her hair back as she’s getting tense.

“Sooo,” Grayson grins as he watches her close, waiting for the possible reaction for saying ‘so’ once again.

“Grayson—“

“— are you jealous, Bianca?,” he shoots her a teasing glare before a light chuckle falls out of his lips.

“Jealousy is only for those unconfident souls,” she scoffs as she shoots him a death glare in return. But slowly, it fades away and she moves her gaze back down to her feet as she mumbles, “and... I’m feeling unconfident right now.”

Grayson can’t stop himself from smiling. He knows that he’s not supposed to smile, but looking at her being insecure makes him love her even more. Bianca being real and honest about what she feels, she’s really just one pure soul.

“Hey, look at me,” Grayson reaches for her hand once again to interlock their fingers together. She lets him taking her hand in his, but she keeps avoiding the eye-contact.

“Bianca,”

Still no response.

“Bianca Reine, please look at me if you love me,” he coos softly, knowing that it’ll work, and of course, it works. She turns to face him.

“See this one over here?,” Grayson sets his burger down on his lap so he can move his hand up to touch the padlock hanging from her necklace. Bianca remains quiet and nods her head slowly. “Do you know the reason why I got you this one?,” he asks.

“Because you love me?,” she mumbles.

“I once read this article on the internet that padlock can be symbolized as someone taken with a strong relationship. And that’s what I feel about our relationship,” Grayson explains.

“Grayson, we’ve only been dating for 2 weeks,” she sighs.

“And? I don’t care. I love you— God, I’m so madly in love with you, Bianca,” he smiles. “I can see my whole life with you, baby,” he goes on.

“Grayson, she’s your ex-crush, I’m just scared of you falling for her once again,” she looks up at him, sinking her teeth into her lower lip. “I don’t want to lose you,” she mumbles.

“I’ll always be yours, Bianca. I promise,” Grayson scoops the girl sitting next to him into a hug, and rests his chin on top of her head. He gently caresses her back as he mumbles, “God, jealousy Bianca is the cutest.”

Bianca slowly pulls away to give him another death glare, but Grayson chuckles, finding her antics cute. “What? I really mean it, you look ten times cuter when you’re jealous,” he snickers.

“Whatever,” Bianca playfully pushes him away as she finishes her burger. “Anyway, this one really tastes bomb,” she comments.

“See? I knew you’d love it— though I’m sure that i’m still the one you love the most— ow!,” Bianca nudges his rib playfully to stop him from talking.

“Shush, don’t you want to go home?,” Bianca rolls her eyes back in playful manner as she gets up and makes her way back toward Alana’s Jeep Compass.

“Welcome home!,” Grayson chuckles as he sets her suitcase down on the floor, leading Bianca into the bedroom that he is going to share with for the rest of their days in LA. “Not as big as my bedroom back in New Jersey, but I think it’s enough for us,” he shrugs.

Bianca steps into the bedroom as she looks around the room to check it out. One king-sized bed, a fake fur rug by the end of the bed, a small walk-in closet that she can share with him, and a small bathroom.

“I’m sorry,” Grayson breaks the silence as he wraps an arm around Bianca’s waist.

“Sorry for what, Gray?,” she questions with an arched brow.

“Sorry that I can only get this plain apartment for us to share with each other— and Ethan too, of course,” again, he shrugs as he plops himself down on the edge of the bed. He gently draws Bianca closer to him as he looks up at her. “I couldn’t find a better place,” he adds.

“Grayson, don’t be. I don’t need fancy apartment to live in,” Bianca shakes her head as she sits on his lap, with an arm thrown around his shoulders. “All that matter is that I’m sharing this room with you, my favorite man alive. Other than that, I don’t care,” she explains, hoping it’ll comfort him.

Grayson remains quiet as she talks, having his attention fully drawn to the girl sitting on his lap. Once she’s done, Grayson moves his hand up to cup her cheek as he coos, “Damn, you’re really the sweetest one. I love you,” with that, Grayson pressed his lips against hers, kissing her gently.

Bianca snakes her arms around his neck to keep him close as she eagerly returns the kiss. Her eyes flutter closed as her boyfriend begins to deepen the kiss.

“I missed you, Bianca,” Grayson mumbles against her lips as he gently sinks his teeth onto her lower lip to tease her. “I missed you more than anything, baby girl,” he coos softly.

Like a magic word, the word ‘baby girl’ turns her on so much that she teasingly begins to grind her hips. “Baby, I missed you too, I fucking do,” Bianca whimpers as she grips on his shoulders tightly.

“Aren’t you tired from the flight?,” Grayson rests his hands on her waist as he hums. “Baby, really, we don’t have to if you’re ti—“

“Shh, please, Grayson. Make me feel good,” she whines as she slowly pulls away. In a matter of second, she’s already busy taking her trench coat off, leaving her in her jeans and tank top.

“If you say so,” Grayson replies as he eyes her being eager this time. Once she threw her coat onto the floor, he reconnects his lips with hers once again. His hand slowly makes its way up to fondle her breast as they continue to kiss.

“Let’s play this game called ‘one-question-and-take-a-thing-off, yeah?,” Grayson whispers.

“Bet. Have you locked the door?,” Bianca asks.

Grayson gives her a sly smirk as he responds, “That’s your first question?,” he asks in return as he bursts into laughter.

“Wait, n—no!, I mean— I was making sure that the door’s locked. I don’t want Ethan to run into us banging,” Bianca shakes her head quickly as she playfully pushes Grayson away.

“It’s locked, baby. No worries. But rules are rules, therefore, take a thing off,” he snickers.

“Fine, fine,” she pouts as she reaches down to grab the edge of her tank top before she peels it off of her, leaving her upper body covered by her push-up bra. “Question?,” Bianca turns her focus back to him.

“Hm,” Grayson hums as he sucks his cheeks in, thinking for a question for Bianca. “Do you want me?,” he finally asks after spending a few moments thinking. As he waits for her answer, in a swift move, he takes his plain black t-shirt off and throws it onto the floor to join her coat and tanktop.

“Yes, hell yes,” Bianca answers as she gently brushes her pad of thumb against the skin of his cheek. “My turn, do you love me?,” she mumbles before she reaches down to unbutton her jeans. She eagerly pushes it down to her ankles as she keeps her eyes locked on his feature, waiting for him to answer.

“Yes, I do,” Grayson answers. His gaze quickly shifts to her ankles, as he reaches down to help her taking off the jeans. “Hm, have you been such a good girl ever since I left?,” he asks as he eagerly pushes his shorts down to his ankles, leaving him in nothing but his Calvin Klein boxers.

“You don’t even need to question it,” she whispers as she gives him a smile in return. “Do you love me?,” she asks, repeating her previous question as she reaches behind her back to unclasp her bra. She lets out a soft hum as she tosses her bra onto the floor.

“You’ve already asked me that question,” Grayson frowns, getting confused with her decision to go with the same question. “Of course I do. Are you okay, babe?,” he murmurs before he flips them over, so now he’s having Bianca laying underneath him. Grayson eagerly removes his boxers and throws it onto the floor, leaving him fully exposed in front of his girl.

“I’m okay...,” Bianca nods her head.

“Last question?,” Grayson coos as he gently caresses her cheek. Bianca shuts her eyes closed for a moment, gently biting her lower lip.

“Babe? What’s wrong?”

She opens her eyes once Grayson called for her, looking up at him with a glimpse of tears in the corner of her eyes. She sucks in a deep breath as she rests her palms on his bare chest, opening her mouth to speak once again.

“Grayson, do you love me?”

WLW Fic Rec List

I promised a random anon I would give ‘em a more complete list of recs several months ago so here- in no particular order I have, Glee, Pretty Little Liars, Pitch Perfect, Girl Meets World, Supergirl, The 100,  The Good Place, and Riverdale. 

There’s very little porn without plot in here, but I went through my favorites on fanfiction.net and my history on Ao3 and if I recognized the fic I put it down. So some might have slipped through.

As I was going through these and rereading some old favorites I forgot about I wrote little bios. If your work, or a work you really like doesn’t have a bio it’s just cause I remembered it was really good and didn’t feel a need to reread it. If you want comment your own and I’ll edit the post and give you credit. 

The minimum qualifications for all of these were:

At least 2k words for a one shot, if it was a multi chapter there had to be at least 1k words per chapter (For example: 14 chapters, 14k words)

It had to be completed or updated in the last year ish (but like I was flexible based on the quality, and if I knew the author or the deal or not)

It had to be Ao3 or Fanfiction.net and tagged appropriately (so I could find it)

Also I never really got into g!p stuff because I ran into a lot of transphobic or just really offensive stuff early on which put me off of it.

Or the alpha omega stuff, when my goach found out I was reading fanfiction she said ‘great just nothing with alpha omega shit okay” and that was like four years ago but I don’t care enough now to start. So none of those are on here (maybe in faberry but I don’t think so)

And they also had to be english, my spanish is still pretty bad so I can’t really read any of those- sorry :(

But let me know if the link ain’t right. And if you think something should be added let me know too, and I’ll read it and add it, and give you credit. My tastes have changed over the years to be slightly so if there’s something here that you think is distateful message me being like “can you reread this?” because it might’ve slipped through. Or I might be like “m8 thats some gay ass shit right there, agr33 to disagr33.” We’re all just here to read out otps getting together again and again in different ways, let’s just be chill about it

a year of sundays - a bit of a slow read at times and a bit mind boggling at times that they don’t figure it out sooner but very fluffy and amazing and very in character

your hand in mine and it’s sequal your hand in mine (pt. ii) - at the time of my writing this I have not yet finished part two but the first one was mastered so well I can only imagine its counterpart will be of a similar nature. Also there’s smut in this

Nails For Breakfast, Tacks For Snacks - a series about clexa in the middle of a turfwar, it’s just three well written one shots that are gripping and have a lot of imagery and realism. 

Something Suspicously Close to Hope - read if you like crying and Stranger Things, it’s a series of one shots about Eleven being adopted by Clexa and I love them

beat the devil’s tattoo - I haven’t read the one for anya but I imagine, if it’s anything like this- it’s pretty darn good

And I am driftwood, found. - really emotional, I read the first part but never finished it but this forced me to go back and reread it. Definitely worth it.

Feels Like Home - a short but satisfying read with very good characterization

a hand to hold on to series - definitely prioritizes family over romance but the kids were very realistic and I liked what they did when they placed Lexa in such a new situation so fast. I feel like people characterize her as bad with kids a lot but I don’t think she was...

or what you will - realiztic and heartfelt, I liked the poetry it was additive and insightful

enchanted. - are there ever enough harry potter AUs? Could’ve done with some more angst but this was acceptable.

Kiss Me, Kill Me; It’s Just The Same Isn’t It? - lexark, a little bit of poetic fluff thrown in there but it hit just that perfect mix of clexa and lexark, very good

the earth, that is sufficent - written for clexa week I loved every chapter of it. Each peice was a standalone but also worked cohesively with the others. Flawless, seriously.

Into the Wild Blue - I just love southern clexa okay? Leave me alone

it’s called contraband for a reason - written by one of the best clexa authors of all time it’s hilarious, sweet, in character, poignant and well done. At times the format takes away more than it adds but it allows the reader to compare and contrast the beginning and the end and see the character’s develop more clearly.

there is no sweeter innocence (than our gentle sin) - this author may or may not be a genius Imma go binge all of their works and let you know. This was vv good at least. One shot

we’re only young & naive still (the bittersweet between my teeth) - part of that gaf au (you can find here) that I love so much... just a one shot but the different perspectives are done really well which is a hard thing to do well

Before Words, Beyond Silence, and it’s unfinished sequal, In the Screaming Silence - it has that satisfying instant clexa connection while not sacrificing plot or angst, no trust me, it didn’t sacrifice angst. I think the ice queen plot was a little rushed but it’s still fantastic and I’m excited to see where the sequal goes!

Skylark -  A superhero fic that’s pretty damn cool. Clarke and the gang had illegal experiments done to them by Mount Weather and it gave them superpowers. They fight crime while trying to remain anonymous as well. This story is so clever and incorporates the City of Light/chips/ flame so cool, and Clexa are badasses, and just…read it, trust me. You See The Smile That’s On My Mouth (it’s hiding the words that don’t come out) -  A childhood modern au where Clarke and Lexa are fuckin soulmates and best friends and it takes them a ridiculous amount of time to figure that out. Essays in Existentialism: FtWD - a writer on tumblr publishes a lot of fics, either multi or oneshots under the ‘essays in exstentialism’ I haven’t read any beyond this lexark multi but this lexark multi was pretty fricken amazing ngl. Unfortunately hasn’t been updated in more than a year so it’s a pretty big risk

You Ask My Name (and All I do is Listen) - I had every sort of feeling about this, it’s super in character and incredibly well done

The Library - a bar au with a perfect mix of instant connection and angst, really well done

possibility days - a celeb au that’s well written and annoyingly filled with useless lesbian themes for both our idiots

Hooked on a feeling - an HP au I waited a million years to be updated and then finally was and what I’m trying to tell you is it’s amazing and worth it and wonderful and fluffy and I’ll love it forever

gera’s step-sister au - a lot of porn, Idk why but I tried to read this a billion years ago but I reread it recently and loved it. But yeah - definition of porn with feelings

Come Morning Light - this author writes a lot of kid fics but this is one of my favorites. In character and well written with a heartbreakingly poetic style. I love it.

most ardently - like some of these authors fics are amazing (like this one) and some are dumb as shit and like? Are there co authors? Are you like multiple people? I don’t know but this was amazing, historical clexa is historical clexa. Has some themes of the suffragette au from my first rec list but carves out a nice space for itself.

Punchline - a oneshot where Clarke wanders around the world and runs into Lexa a lot except it’s angsty and beautiful and there’s a lot of imagery

clexa eternal au - painful heartbreaking well written fantastic. I love most of the stuff by this author too so like you can’t really go wrong

pump mud through my veins - I wasn’t sure about the structure at first but they did something really cool with it and honestly well done

Zoo Parks and Restoration - I got annoyed with plot exhaustion but the amount of well done clexa in this made it perfect. I never really like modern aus that much but I love this

we could be immortals - put this off for some reason I don’t know why. Very in character, very true to high school I think, and funny and sarcastic and well written. it’s a highschool au but it’s more in character than that, and there’s plenty that links it to canon. I prefer canon tbh, but this was a nice fluff break

The Taste of War and Heartache - angsty and unfinished this is another incredible work by thefooliam. I would ten/ten reccomend because where it leaves off is pretty okay. It’s a canon au but it has some modern elements for those who prefer that. Really a great fic.
