Yes, Sibylla doesn't have a clear canon (still) other than she's bore... But for now it is known that she could communicate with Cosmo and Wanda, while always being amazed by their carelessness

But at the same time, she secretly admires their strong, loving relationship. But to maintain her image as a serious fairy, she will never admit it
