AU: After being freed by the Trix, Valtor's first order of business is revenge on Griffin. He's surprised to find her offering her partnership again only to disappear on him with her friends from the Company. Sick of his attempts at cornering her, Griffin contacts him to shed light on her betrayal. The Ancestral Witches forced her to leave by threatening harm to him. They'd rather destroy him than allow for his freedom from their control. Her awareness of his weaknesses prompts him to imprison her for the sake of eliminating any vulnerability but Griffin evades him once more. Upon witnessing his demon form for the first time only to be mocked by him that she cannot handle the truth of what he is, she is ready to draw the line but Valtor talks his way back into her good graces.
