-Fallout AU- Been a long time since i messed with this au

(cough a year cough) So a redesign of my Fallout AU! Just a pair of bots roaming the wasteland and trying to survive by selling random scraps to those they come across.

Sunshines are built more as an indoor house model before the blast, and Midnight models where built as high tech security and protection.

Its well hinted these models rarely or never get along.

Summary:

Time had abandoned the pre-war synths, Sun and Moon. Lost in the dust of the ruins of their time. Everything was gone. The daycare, the park– all of it was gone.

Yet, they were still here. Centuries later, and they still lived. Civilization still survived.

The life they knew was gone, but the world was not.

It was suppose to be a simple expedition into the old war ruins of the Fazbear Theme Park. A simple trip to show Gregory more of the world while scavenging. All Gregory had to do was just listen to Soleil’s warnings and instructions.

Except, he wasn’t the best at listening. And now she’s saddled with two synths who completely unaware of the new world.

You're just a simple mechanic. You run a scrap, mechanic shop. You mentor a young kid, Gregory in your field. This wasn't supposed to happen. It was just going to be a simple scavenging at the old Fazbear Theme Park. In and out. Gregory's first experience out in the Glowing Wasteland. Yet, you end up facing two synths Gregory accidentally wakes. What are you to do when you're faced with two pre-war synths that have no idea 200 years have passed? Time can pass, but civilization will always find a way to survive.

I've been enjoying fallout content again recently and it got me thinking...

Has anyone made an AU for Sunny and Moon [DCA from FNAF] yet?

Cuz if not... Y'all mind if I throw them boys into the nuclear apocalypse microwave for a bit??

I already thought of their stats and what perks they might have lmao

Here Me Out:

Sunny would be the tank style character, he'd use mainly melee weapons and heavy armor.

Moon would be the sneaky smartass that can pick locks and use explosives, but he hates wearing armor so he dips from fights and then pops back in after Sunny deals with raiders or whatever?

And then for a human counterpart [like how people make Y/n characters to go with Sunny and Moon in their AUs], I think a Mechanic style player character would be fun. Super good at tech weapons and can repair the boys as needed, they're the one that always talks them outta trouble with human settlers, but their Luck stat is absolute garbage.

I think it'd be cool if they were like combinations of different types of robots within the fallout storylines, like part assaultron and securitron? Like they have the face screens that Yes Man has, so they can keep their cute goofy faces but maybe it's more animated than just one image so they can express emotions that way?

I dunno, just some fun thots :o] feel free to share your ideas if ya want too!!

my fnaf fallout au is so silly in this its basically fnaf existing in the fallout universe and the bombs fell right before pizza sim so everyone is still around 200 years later in the wastland my ideas for wasteland springtrap and mike and so neat and the originals are there too but after so long they look more like the ignited animatronics from joy of creation im writing a fan fic for it rn if anyone is interested (also i know i had a owl house fallout au called fallowl and i havent posted about that in a while i will get back to that maybe make it a fic too)

Surprise!! I was your secret skeleton/Santa! I tried my hand making a design for your fallout new Vegas fnaf au you shared in the discord. Though since I couldnt really ask you about details I went off on a limb and hoped for the best with these guys. I would love to chat sometime if you're willing :DD

While the two drawing above are the only ones I colored I did do quite a few more sketches with this design which I shall place below the cut

Most of my drawings now a days tend to be on the back of receipt papers while I'm at work so I put together each and every drawing of my process on figuring out your design onto these pages

The top corner here was part of my original plan for ur gift, which would have been a scene from the one fanfic you linked. Sadly tho I really couldnt get my head wrapped around on how to draw that to my satisfaction so I instead moved onto figuring out how ur fallout au designs might work

For my own fallout fnaf au I didn't really put much thought into how sun and moons switching might differ from cannon, due to this being a different Universe with different technology of course. Your au seems to be far more grounded within fallout and I did my best to reflect that with my design choices here.

One idea that I went with(and stems from how I had originally thought sun and Moon's face plate had worked when I first saw them) is that The DCA's under face plate spins around depending on whos fronting rather than their face also swaping colors( which I could imagine being made with similar technology to a stealth boy) bc of this their face is most likely painted on with nothing moveable. Due to this, instead of seeing through thier fake eyes theres a camra at the middle of their face. reminiscent of an assaultron.

Old Habits Die Hard.  A Reader x DCA Fallout AU Fic

The Fic

In the apocalyptic wastes of Oregon you find yourself ,a vault robotics mechanic, captured by raiders.  After Sun has saved you you agree to become him and Moon’s mechanic in return for them keeping you alive and safe in the wastes. 

World Info

 ~ The PizzaPlex was around and had the virus for a short amount of time when the bombs dropped 

~ FazCo was one of the top robotics manufacturers right alongside RobCo and General Atomics. However FazCo focused on the entertainment and child care sectors. As such FazCo robots aren't that uncommon, a large part are sapient AIs.

~ FazCo bots are often stigmatized against since they are known to have started rebelling right before the nuclear fall out. They are still well known to be dangerous. However, settlements will trade with them. All FazCo bots are pre war.

~ Save for the addition of FazCo, the world of Fallout isn't changed much. This fic takes place in Oregon after the events of Fallout 4.

The Y/N, Scavy/nger

~ A mechanic recently expelled from their vault(68) for breaking the rules of the vault.

~ Before this they were in a close relationship with MoonGlow, a MoonDrop Security Bot gen4, that was head of Vault security.

~ A very good mechanic with an interest in FazCo bots and has several blueprints for different kinds in their pipboy. 

~ Easily swayed by things that were luxuries in the vault such as: good food, Sugary snacks, Booze.

~ just dog shit aim. Totally reliant on V.A.T.S. when it comes to guns. Give them something Close range.

~ Does not care about pain. High pain tolerance

Top 3 Special Stats:  Intelligence, Luck, Enderince

Perks: Weird Wasteland, Robotics Expert, Toughness 

Weapon of choice: Mr.Handy BuzzBlade

Sun & Moon

~ Have been traveling the wastes since a few years after the nuclear apocalypse. Mostly they get by doing odd jobs and scavenging what they can. 

~ Used the virus to rewrite their own code so they could both defend themselves.

~ Have taken in orphaned children from the wastes on many occasions, currently though they aren't razing one.

~ Generally they think kids are sweet but all too often in the wasteland something goes wrong and they grow up into something terrible. As such they dont trust most humans, Sun usually does all the bartering in settlements.

~ Both have figured out how to make Sundrops and Moondrops and modify the recipes. 

~ Moon is great at stealth, while Sun goes in guns blazing

Top three stats - Sun: Agility, Perception, Charisma | Moon: Perception, Agility, Intelligence

Perks -  Sun: Demolitions Expert  | Moon: Mr.Sandman | Shared: Child at heart

Weapon of choice: Sun: Pistol, SunDrops (actually small cherry bombs) | Moon: sniper rifle, Claws.

There is a lot more, but it's either spoilery or wouldn't make sense yet.  Or I'm not sure how to fit it into this post.

DCA Fallout AU - Stats and Perks

This is regarding my DCA Fallout AU!! I'm probably gonna call it something like "The Sun, The Moon, and The Mechanic" since it's simple enough!! Here are the Stats and Perks for all 3!!

Sunny's Stats

Strength: 9

Perception: 3

Endurance: 7

Charisma: 8

Intelligence: 6

Agility: 3

Luck: 4

Sunny's Perks

Bloody Mess: +5% overall damage; he goes a little overboard when he needs to protect you...

Strong Back: +50 carry weight; he regrettably acts as your pack mule companion...

Polar Powered: +2 Strength and +1HP per second outside between 6AM and 6PM; he gets a little sluggish and grumpy as it gets darker...

Moon's Stats

Strength: 5

Perception: 8

Endurance: 6

Charisma: 2

Intelligence: 9

Agility: 5

Luck: 5

Moon's Perks

Friend of the Night: eyes adapt quickly to low light conditions; he keeps a watchful eye on you during your well-needed rest...

Fortune Finder: considerably more bottle caps are found everywhere; he pays for all your meals and supplies...

Night Person: +2 Intelligence and +2 Perception between 6PM and 6AM; he's infamous for his midnight heists...

Bisexual Menace: +10% damage to everyone and everyone is easier to persuade; your wild charms know no bounds...

Robotics Expert: +25% damage to all robots and can shut off robots by sneaking up behind them and deactivating their systems; you also fulfill all of the boys' repair needs...

Finesse: +5% critical chance; your dexterity comes in handy even when holding a gun...

FOR CONTEXT!!

I specifically used the term "Bisexual Menace" for one of The Mechanic's perks as a reference to Fallout New Vegas!! In that game, you can choose to have both sexuality perks at the same time [Black Widow/Cherchez La Femme for female couriers and Lady Killer/Confirmed Bachelor for male couriers], and because both options have their individual +5% damage to their respective gender, bisexual couriers canonically do +10% to everyone [which has always been hilarious, especially to me as a bisexual]!!

However, all folks can enjoy this!! Not just bisexuals lol the perk was just for the silly reference to Fallout New Vegas!!
