ok ok ok ok, before any one of you say that I'm delusional over the chance of this working (and I am), let me give you my point of view;

Imagine, being brought into this world with the sole purpose of finding a solution to a certain conflict, however due to the meddling of a public figure who wanted to achieve success, power and victory through selfish means, eventually resulted in your very breakdown.

But here's the thing; One of them experienced it, on an extreme level. Was forced to do a task that ultimately caused their psyche to break, and the only way they were able to get through it is by on-goingly doing the said task they were able to memorize. While the other never really gained the exact way to stop doing a similar task, and thus longed for a way to finally "understand", even if it meant going overboard. But the former had done something once that it calmed down that the latter wasn't able to: It was able to understand. And not just understand, it found a new purpose. One that still involved creating, but it wasn't harmful to them or to others anymore. It helped make them feel at peace with itself.

And just as a thought; in a hypothetical scenario, one where the latter someway or another gotten the chance to meet this peculiar specimen, one that was so alike yet so different, there could be a chance that it could also find peace and perhaps feel complete once more.

The Creation - A Short CWACOM fic

K, so for day two of the cwacom 15 year anniversary celebration, I decided to write a short fic about the FLDSMDFR!! (Hope you enjoy!!)

(In Flint`s lab, 2009)

Anticipation weighed heavily on the young inventor as he stared at the small machine in front of him. The creation was getting closer to being complete and a mix of excitement, dread and nervousness was taking over Flint`s mind. Would this be his best invention ever? Or would it become yet another failed invention? Would the people of Swallow Falls finally accept him into society for it? Or would he be shunned and labelled as a failure?

Flint had spent a good six months planning and creating this invention and was excited to show it to the rest of the world. He had finished the interior of the machine, but the exterior was still needing a few more details. He was yet to paint his signature stripes down the side of the machine. He figured orange would go best with the white body. His little creation would be able to transform water into any kind of food.

In his mind, it would be a huge success what with the lack of proper food on the island. Swallow Falls was famous for Sardines and as soon as the world got tired of them, the locals were forced to eat them for the islands economic survival. The Flint Lockwood Diatonic Super Mutating Dynamic Food Replicator would enable locals to eat whatever they desired without the gross taste of sardines.

Of course, Flint was yet to test the functionality of the machine, but he would do so once he finished the putting the radiation matrix inside along with finish painting the sides. Overall, he was fairly confident in his invention and was proud of all the work he had put into it`s creation. He only hoped others would think the same and finally accept him as a great inventor.

Any time I see long fandom acronyms that I have no idea what they mean I immediately think of Flint Lockwood from Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs and his FLDSMDFR

🎉NEW CWACOM AU🎉

Story:

Swallow Falls quietly lives its life, eating sardines all over the city, which does not suit anyone, but the residents have no other choice. So it goes on until one day a strange boy comes to town, full of strength and hope. It turns out his name is Filbert Lockwood and he is 26 years old. Short for Filby. He is a novice pastry chef and, after learning about the Swallow Falls, its inhabitants and their "rich" food, decides to come here and open his own restaurant. He does it, his food is simply amazing for the residents, soon Filbert becomes a famous float chef. Life begins to acquire new bright colors, previously unseen.

There will be no events from films 1 and 2 in this AU, since there are no reasons for such fantastic catastrophes as a Food Storm. Filbert is an ordinary chef who is not able to arrange something like this. However, he is able to create foodimals together with his best friend Flint.

Friends:

Filbert is not only a cook, but also loves science, just like Flint Lockwood, the local notorious inventor. Filbert is Flint's second cousin, as a child he often visited Fran, Flint's mother and his great aunt, because Flint and Filbert know each other well. In the end, these two support each other in their hobby (for Flint, a profession) and Filbert does not consider Lockwood strange at all, rather on the contrary, the sanest in Swallow Falls.

Filbert will also make friends with Sam, as she is Flint's first best friend and they will love to talk about the weather. Filbert will dream of edible rain, which in reality, of course, does not exist.

Filbert won't be on good terms with Brent because he's an upstart, a so-called "wet chicken" (Filby loves to call him that) and he's bullying Flint. In addition to Brent, Filbert will not love Gil either, because he considers him to be the same upstart and a person who wants not to remain in the shadows and always attracts attention to himself, and Filby does not like such people. He doesn't know about Gil's abusive relationship with his father, lol.

Filby will avoid Bella because she is his ardent fan, who also loves the kitchen and this young, still in the prime of life, chef.

But Filby will be on good terms with Cal and Joe.

Interesting facts:

- Filby is about the same height as Flint, a couple of centimeters taller than Flint.

- His restaurant is called "Chewandswallow".

- Since Filby is a kind and soft-hearted guy, he tries to dress up cool and show himself from a cold and relaxed side at various conferences, meetings, interviews, etc. He does this because he wants to have a reputation not just as a chef, but as a respected, strict and demanding chef and the head of a large restaurant chain, which is worth being afraid of. Only people close to him know that this is an image and in fact Filbert is not at all what he seems in public.

- Together with Flint, they will create a new kind of life - foodimals. These are lively foods, some of them look like animals.

- Filbert will notice that Flint's idol and a well-known scientist, Chester V, who is too painfully interested in animal products, has appeared in the Swallow Falls. Filby doesn't believe him a bit.

- Filbert is for healthy lifestyle, he does not drink and does not inject, but sometimes, quite infrequently, he is not averse to lighting a cigarette.

- Filbert is asexual and does not have a romantic relationship with anyone.

- Filbert loved Fran very much and was even depressed for a while after learning about her death. Together with Flint, they often come to her grave.

I'm not giving up on the AU where FLDSMDFR is a human robot, it's just that I now have as many as 3 CWACOM AU🐥

What are your favorite AUs you have for the roblorbos?

Hoooh, there's like a hundred of them, many of them I'm not really able to count, but If I had to pick one, my personal favourite might be the Main AU.

The plot for the main AU takes place after the events of both respective movies, where the FLDSMDFR is now the main core of the island, and The Fabrication Machine has long been destroyed in its own universe. Now, through multiple escapades, The FLDSMDFR gets stolen by someone, and through a little bit of tinkering, the person puts a chip onto the FLDSMDFR where once activated it causes the machine to gain a touchable, solid hologram human body. Alongside this, said mystery person also through unexplained events recreated The Fabrication Machine, also gave it a similiar treatment. Eventually, The Fabrication Machine made a run for it out of an angry and volatile response, dragging The FLDSMDFR along with itself. But unbeknownst to them, they've actually are faaar beyond their respective homes, even further than they would be able to reach. So now the two are stuck together, trying their best to accomplish their goals of reaching back into their worlds, and along the way meeting other robots akin to them, and also granting them with the similiar ability that they have (albeit the importance of the chip may vary between variants of this AU).

Sooooo yeah :] the plot of Rio but with machines :o)
