Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken wings. 1/4 cup hot sauce. 2 tbsp soy sauce. 2 tbsp honey. 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro optional, for garnish.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Garlic powder, black pepper, honey, soy sauce, cayenne pepper, and hot sauce should all be mixed together in a bowl. Put chicken wings in a big bowl or plastic bag that can be closed again. Add the wings to the bag, close it, and toss the wings around to cover them all. For the best flavor, let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours. Cover a baking sheet with foil and set a wire rack on top of it. Lay the chicken wings that have been marinated out in a single layer on the wire rack. Place the wings in an oven that has already been heated and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Flip them over halfway through cooking. Take it out of the oven when it's done and let it cool down a bit. If you want, you can add chopped cilantro as a garnish before serving.
