How to solve the problems of the disc granulator machine during use?
Common organic fertilizer granulators include: double roller granulator, rotary drum granulator, disc granulator machine, new organic fertilizer granulator machine, new two-in-one organic fertilizer granulator, flat die granulator machine, ring die granulator, and various granulators have their own production characteristics. The disc granulator machine can be used in both the organic fertilizer production line and the npk production line. Today, let’s learn how to solve the problems of the disc granulator during use?
Tumblr media
Fault 1: Strong vibration of the body of the disc granulator machine?
Solution: Fix the base of the granulator firmly, and check whether the gears of the fuselage are meshed normally (some organic fertilizer equipment manufacturers leave "tire belt" faults during the production process).
Fault 2: Intermittent operation.
Solution: This kind of failure is generally caused by bearing damage, disc weight loss, abnormal motor voltage and other reasons. The operation failure of the disc granulator can be quickly eliminated through wire drawing and timely maintenance.
Fault 3: How to adjust the disc tilt too much?
Solution: When the disc granulator machine is in use, there are no specific parameters for your reference, but it should be based on the formation of suitable spherical particles. The adjustment measures are to adjust the bolts at the bottom of the disc, and change the position and viewing angle of the reducer to achieve normal use.
Fault 4: The material is difficult to form
Solution: In addition to the subjective factors of raw material composition, the granulation of the disc granulator also has an important relationship with the particle size of the raw material, water content, addition of auxiliary binders, and the angle of the disc operation. These problems should be constantly tried to achieve the appropriate ratio according to their own material conditions, and make improvements to achieve our expected value.
Fault 5: uneven particles
Solution: The treatment of this type of problem is divided into two parts. Improve moisture content and control the size of shaped particles. Then, through post-drying screening and selection, our selection narrows down.

Legends of Myriad: Tales from the Starlight Path - On Opposite Sides
Tumblr media
Boots struck the sandstone cobbles with sharp, rhythmic thuds and rifles rattled against armoured backs. Grains of dirt trapped in the cracks skittered in the filtered breeze to escape being trodden under the weight of passing troops.
Crouching behind the upper railing, Rhena waited in position. Her red tousles fought the wind, and she quickly retrieved a pin from her jacket pocket to tame the unruly strands. She couldn’t afford any distractions, not even the soft flutter of her own hair.
The streets stretched like a winding chain below her, devoid of activity except for a few individuals scuttling home, evading any contact with the military patrol. Nobody dared to stay outside too long once the army marched into the lower levels, especially when those indistinguishable helmets travelled in such large numbers. All dressed in deep brown and sandy shades, they blended in with the grit and the dirt.
However, Rhena’s keen eyes didn’t miss a thing. She noticed the slight shifts of the newer soldiers as they tried to endure their uncomfortable clothing and stay attentive, and the scolding glances from the seasoned troopers.
“Truck is at the northern bridge,” the stoic voice of rebel leader Bren came through her earpiece. “Get ready.”
“In position,” Rhena confirmed. “Counting two patrols nearby. Most of them seem to be newbies, so that should work in our favour.”
“Nice to know. Beta team six. You ready?”
“Beta team six ready,” a female tone crackled. “Let’s grab Harlan before those fuckers realise what’s going on.”
“Wait for the signal and proceed at will, Rhena.”
“Understood,” Rhena replied. “Standing by.”
Minutes ticked and the temperate wind blew away the seconds. Like a dragon roaring from the depths, fire surged into the air in the east. Moments later, an explosion rocked the western reaches. Another bellowed until the city thundered. From her vantage point, the blasts appeared so lifelike she had to remind herself they weren’t real, and she made a note to commend the tech team when she returned to base.
The troops below hesitated, dithering and uncertain until their radios burst with urgent commands and scattered them.
Go time.
Rhena raced across the overhead walkways and flat tops of the city’s shopping district, clocking the black truck advancing towards the crossing. In her mind, she calculated the vehicle’s speed, observing the rapid spin of the wheels and the sway of the hulking back. Sturdy cars emerged from attached side streets and she doubled her pace, reaching the halfway mark on a connecting bridge and hoisting herself over the barrier.
She landed on the roof of a rebel vehicle with a hard thump and grabbed the mesh net on top to steady herself.
“Touchdown on car one,” a burst of excitement echoed through the open communication channels from the driver inside.
“Good,” Bren encouraged. “Keep going. Patrols are arriving at the distraction sites, but there is still time.”
Time, Rhena thought to herself with a scoff. Timing her jumps perfectly during vector races was a challenge in itself, but now she also had to be mindful of the vehicles zooming past her and the potential enemies skulking in the truck. Who was Bren kidding? She didn’t have time at all. All of this was down to the wire. One slip, a tiny mistimed leap, and it all came crashing down.
Ignoring the voice of doubt, she vaulted to the next car and used the vibrating momentum to propel herself onto the top of the moving transport truck. There was nothing to hold on to up there, no safety net or harness, just a sleek, slippery panel.
She wiped her sweaty palms on her cargo trousers, the rough fabric scraping away her anxiety, and snatched the cutting tool from her belt. With the precision of an adept mechanic, she manoeuvred the saw and sliced a square into the roof. The loose hatch dropped into the back of the truck with a resounding clang, and she waited for responding gunfire, but none came.
Shielding his eyes from the blaring sun, Harlan peered through the gap and reached for Rhena as she stretched her hand into the opening, fingers grasping at air.
“Gonna need you to help me here,” she grunted, face contorting and muscles straining as she tried to lower herself a little more without tumbling boots over head into the transport.
The dishevelled prisoner climbed onto the side benches and found a stable foothold in the grated racks, relying on Rhena’s firm grip as he launched himself upward.
Rhena braced herself as best she could and hauled him the rest of the way, exerting her strength to keep them both secure as the truck juddered. “We’ve got to move,” she said, sticking a slim device into the latch of his handcuffs. “No guards with you?”
“They don’t need to bother when you’re wearing these,” Harlan pointed out and tossed the unlocked restraints onto the road with a clatter. “Deactivated the shockers in them within minutes of them putting them on me. Stupid idiots were totally oblivious.”
“No surprise there,” she snickered. As a rebel car drew closer, she signalled and clutched one of Harlan’s hands for extra support as he stooped and hopped across. Scrambling for the rope net, he clambered through the window and the pursuing cars escaped into the tangle of sprawling alleys.
My turn to get out of here, Rhena thought. The truck lurched, and she rolled towards the edge, burying her fingertips into the slackened joints and pushing down on the soles of her feet to slow the sudden momentum. “Oh, this driver is good,” she muttered to herself.
Spotting a ledge up ahead, she hunched and prepared to dive. As the freighter trundled beneath her, she focused on the imminent jump, her career speciality. After all, she hadn’t won numerous vector trophies on luck.
Steady, she encouraged, regulating her breaths. One. Two. Th-
In the second before she made her leap, the building on her right erupted, disintegrating into countless shards. The sheer force slammed into the vehicle and sent it careening onto its side wheels before it overturned completely and skidded into the upper valley slope.
The moment Rhena hit the road, her trousers tore, and the continued friction scraped the skin of her legs. Arms outstretched, she desperately struggled to slow her movement and managed to force herself into a battered stop.
“Who the fuck set off the explosives?” she demanded through heaved wheezes, the lower half of her body screaming. “We agreed they were only to be used as a last resort. Harlan was out and away!”
“Probably a malfunction,” Bren said.
His flat tone triggered a cascade of alarm bells. The ammunitions team consisted of seasoned experts and experienced explosive producers, and they had never failed before. Why now?
Startled by the sound of raised voices, she crawled round to face the twisted metal of the crashed truck. Two guards supported a third between them and a fourth bent down to the driver’s side.
“Cas is still alive,” he called to his superior. “We should-”
“Leave her! Get going! That’s an order!”
Without a word, the guard obeyed, barely sparing the driver a glance as he scrambled to join his comrades on the road leading to the upper stretches of the capital.
Rhena spluttered in the smoke and falling debris dust. Covering her mouth and nose with her forearm, she plunged into the wreckage. If there was another soul left alive, she refused to abandon them, regardless of their allegiance. She had seen car ruins on the vector tracks, witnessed the pure, fiery mayhem as it devoured and consumed. Nobody deserved that fate.
“Anyone there?” she called. “Can you hear me?”
Nothing.
She reached the driver’s door and yanked it open. Inside, a woman slumped motionless, her arms hanging and blood seeping from a gash on her head. She stirred but didn’t wake.
“It’s all right,” Rhena said, unclipping her seatbelt. “I’ve got you.”
Doggedly, she hoisted the injured driver out of the wreckage and into a clearing where the wind dispelled the worst of the smoke. She barked a cough as she sunk to her knees, rubbing the sting from her eyes and regretting it as the dirt on her hands only aggravated them more.
Her earpiece whistled. “Rhena?” Bren demanded. “Rhena, respond.”
“I’m here,” the racer replied through gasps. “At the crash site and ready for pickup.” She glanced down at the soot-covered woman, dragging a cloth from her belt and putting pressure on her shoulder wound. “And I’ve got someone else with me.”
* * *
Bright white spots danced in the blur, as if the bulbs were determined to eliminate any trace of darkness in the room. Chatter emanated from some distant place, but from where, Cas couldn’t tell.
She roused and wriggled before a blazing pain burst through her shoulder. She let out a short whimper and a firm push on her other arm kept her still.
“Try not to move too much,” the warm, accompanying voice said. “You took quite the hit.”
Her gaze shifted to the right, and her eyes focused, capturing the image of a red-haired woman seated by her bedside. She appeared at ease, leaning back on the metal chair, her hands folded in her lap, and a friendly grin highlighting the freckles on her cheeks. Speckles of dust and ash clung to the tufts of hair that escaped from the ponytail resting over her shoulder.
Cas noted the sterile white walls, the neatly arranged rows of occupied beds, and the overpowering scent of surgical alcohol surrounding her. “Where am I?”
“You’re in the rebellion medical centre,” the woman replied. “Look, I’m sorry for what happened. Those explosives were never supposed to go off. They were a deterrent, an escape strategy, if our mission went south.”
“Never really liked that truck anyway,” Cas winced, consciousness settling and the stark reality of her situation sinking in. “Or the job, for that matter.” With resolve, she painstakingly inched her way backwards to the pillows her companion had arranged and propped herself up. “Were any of the other troops taken? Are they being held captive here too?”
“No. They…” Rhena squirmed in her seat. “They left you. By the looks of it, one of your pals found you breathing, but they fled. I’m sorry.”
Cas’s teeth clamped. She had formed deep connections with many of the other soldiers, sharing laughter and meals with them in the cafeteria, confiding her thoughts, and offering support during similar circumstances. And they deserted her, left her still alive in a burning wreckage to be rescued and captured by a rebel.
“And we’re not holding you captive,” Rhena confirmed. “Once you’re well again, you are free to go.” She expected some sort of response, even a simple nod or grunt, but she remained fixated on the empty wall opposite. “Nice driving, by the way. You came close to shaking me off, and that is not an easy thing to accomplish. We could do with drivers like you.”
Rhena watched as the woman’s eyebrows dipped and her stare lowered to the thin, crumpled bedsheets of the medical cot. She squeaked the chair forward. “I’m Rhena,” she said, hand offered in greeting.
The stranded soldier accepted the proffered gesture, her tired eyes meeting the hopeful glimmer in her rescuer’s features. “Cas,” she replied. “My name is Cas.”

Closet System With Drawers
Tumblr media
Well, that takes organization to a whole new level! Get ready to discover the benefits of having drawers in your closet system and learn how to choose the right ones for your needs. So let’s dive in and transform that cluttered mess into a beautifully organized haven.
For more: Closet System With Drawers
Benefits of Having Drawers in Your Closet System
Having drawers in your closet system can greatly enhance the functionality and organization of your space. With the ability to neatly store and categorize various items, drawers offer numerous benefits that can make your daily routine more efficient.
Drawers provide a hidden storage solution for items you may not want on display. This helps maintain a clean and clutter-free appearance in your closet, creating a peaceful environment for getting ready each day.
Additionally, having designated compartments within the drawers allows for better organization. You can separate socks from underwear, accessories from clothing, or even divide clothing by season. This makes it easier to find specific items when you need them without rummaging through piles or stacks.
Furthermore, utilizing drawers in your closet system maximizes the use of vertical space. Instead of relying solely on hanging rods or shelves, adding drawers allows you to take advantage of every inch of available space. This is especially beneficial if you have limited square footage in your closet.
Moreover, with carefully chosen drawer dividers or organizers, you can customize each drawer’s layout according to your specific needs. Whether it’s adjustable partitions for different sizes of clothing or compartments designed specifically for jewelry and accessories – these additions help create an efficient storage system tailored to fit your lifestyle.
Having drawers also helps protect delicate fabrics and accessories from damage caused by hanging them up or folding them improperly. By providing a flat surface inside the drawer where items can be neatly stacked or folded away without creasing or stretching them out – you can extend their lifespan while keeping everything easily accessible.
Different Types of Drawers for Closet Systems
When it comes to choosing drawers for your closet system, there are several options available that can cater to your specific needs and preferences. Let’s explore some of the different types of drawers you can consider for your closet system.
1. Wire Basket Drawers: These drawers are made from wire mesh and provide excellent visibility and ventilation. They are ideal for storing items like towels, linens, or bulky clothing.
2. Fabric Bins: If you prefer a more lightweight and flexible option, fabric bins might be the perfect choice. They come in various sizes and designs, making them versatile for organizing smaller accessories like socks or belts.
3. Plastic Drawers: Plastic drawers are durable and easy to clean, making them suitable for storing items such as shoes or handbags. They often feature multiple compartments to keep things organized within each drawer.
4. Wood Drawers: For a touch of elegance and sophistication, wood drawers make an excellent addition to any closet system. They offer a timeless look while providing ample storage space for folded clothes or miscellaneous items.
5. Acrylic Dividers: While not technically “drawers,” acrylic dividers can be used within existing shelves or cubbies to create separate compartments without adding extra bulkiness.
Remember that the type of drawer you choose will depend on factors such as the size of your closet space, the items you plan on storing, and your personal style preference.
How to Choose the Right Drawer for Your Needs
When it comes to choosing the right drawer for your closet system, there are several factors to consider. First and foremost, think about your specific needs and what you plan on storing in the drawers.
Next, consider the size of the drawer. Measure the space available in your closet and determine how much room you have for a drawer unit. You want to make sure that the drawer will fit comfortably without taking up too much space or overcrowding your closet.
Another important consideration is the material of the drawer. While wood drawers offer a classic look and durability, they may be more expensive than other options such as plastic or fabric drawers. Think about your budget and personal style preferences when deciding on the material.
Additionally, think about whether you prefer open or closed drawers. Open drawers provide easy access to your belongings but may not offer as much visual appeal if items are not neatly organized inside. Closed drawers with fronts can help keep things hidden away and create a cleaner aesthetic.
Don’t forget about functionality features such as dividers or compartments within each drawer. These can help keep smaller items organized and prevent them from getting mixed up or tangled together.
DIY vs. Professional Installation for Closet Systems with Drawers
When it comes to installing a closet system with drawers, you may find yourself wondering whether to tackle the project on your own or hire a professional.
DIY installation can be an appealing choice for those who enjoy hands-on projects and want to save some money. With the right tools and a little patience, you can assemble and install your closet system without outside help. Plus, there is satisfaction in completing the job yourself.
However, keep in mind that DIY installation requires time and effort. You’ll need to measure accurately, follow instructions carefully, and ensure everything is level and secure. Mistakes could lead to wasted materials or an unstable closet system.
On the other hand, hiring a professional installer offers convenience and expertise. These professionals have experience working with various types of closets systems and can ensure efficient installation. They also have access to specialized tools that may not be readily available at home.
By opting for professional installation, you can eliminate any worries about measurements gone wrong or wobbly shelves. They will handle all aspects of the project while you sit back and relax.
Of course, hiring professionals does come at a cost – both financially and in terms of relinquishing control over the process. It’s essential to weigh these factors against your budget constraints before making a decision.
Maintenance and Organization Tips for Closet Systems with Drawers
Maintenance and organization are key when it comes to keeping your closet system with drawers functioning smoothly. Here are some tips to help you keep your closet in top shape.
First, regularly clean out your drawers. Take the time to go through them and remove any items that you no longer need or want. This will not only declutter your space but also make it easier to find what you’re looking for.
Next, consider using drawer dividers or organizers. These can help separate different types of clothing or accessories, making it easier to keep everything neat and tidy. You can find a variety of dividers that fit easily into most standard-sized drawers.
In addition, take care when opening and closing the drawers. Avoid slamming them shut as this can cause damage over time. Instead, gently push them closed using the handles or knobs provided.
Another helpful tip is to rotate your clothing seasonally. If you have limited drawer space, store off-season items in bins or vacuum-sealed bags elsewhere in your home until they are needed again.

Sculptured And Painting
Sculpting wrap up:
So after finishing the face came the hardest part the body and required lots of retries. I once again tried my trusty tutorials from Tiny Robots Studios. It needed slight adjustments to what I was doing but came out in the end. But the most difficult of all was hands. The first pass was horrible because they were uncanny. Whenever I tried get them remade, the wrist were to small, the knuckles were flat and elbows were too curvy. So I ended up doing the hands differently by replacing the cylinder fingers with tubes. They were easier then trying reshape something rigid. After that was redone, I attached them to the arms. The arms were adjusted slightly because they were too long. However the results ended up being better then the last attempt and I was pretty happy. Next came clothing, I started off with shirt. I did a cylinder with a hole, placed over the model, and then re-meshed by by using the drag+move tool to make it fleshed against the body. Then tried adding wrinkles though did not translate well with design. Moved on the next thing which were the sleeves. Did the same method as before. The belts were used similar method as the others but required removing the arms temporarily see the rest. One of them required a mask to make the top of it being thinker then back to normal. The bottom belt was a pain because it needed be trimmed to square but came back with this weird thin/ none existent side view. The skirt also had the same issue in a way but that was later fixed and it replace. The fur was easy to do but unfortunately could not add the extra fur because it swallowed the other belt. It eventually it was all finished and ready for painting.
The paint and pain:
I knew on some level it would be difficult but didn't know how much. I tried grouping and doing it all in one go but it all needed individual treat meant. However I could just unwrap it, I had to wire frame and Decimate 29 pieces. The having to lessen wires to 50%-30% then unwrap those same pieces again another 29 times. But even after that, I had to refill the gaps in the hair and lips like five times. The skin needed to redone a couple of times because it very lifeless. Then came the bread, redone that once. The eyes I wanted to make look pretty ended up looking to much like a filter and Disney princess. But after everything, It finally to where I am happy for now.

🔥 Hayseed Junkrat cosplay [ Overwatch ] 🔥
Love this skin design! ❤️🧡💛 I’ve been upgrading this project over 2 years. 📷 tags: (1) E.Hua Photography (3) Snap Happy Ian (4) Magic Missile Studios (The rest are from my solo shoot) ⚙️ Detonator 3D printed kit: birchprops
Some progress shots can be found on my Instagram: dashycrafts
Construction notes below in ‘read more’ link:
💥 Mask:
Mostly eva foam; heat formed around a cast of my head
Foam sealed with Flexbond, painted with Angelus acrylics and finished with a satin acrylic clear coat
Hair dome is detachable from the mask (3 velcro+elastic attachments)
Pony tail section is detachable from the dome via velcro inside the grey band on one half of the circle; an LED battery pack for the two pony tail lights is stored inside that band in the other half of the space
Flickering LEDs are from those LED candles; I've removed the LEDs and re-wired them to some compact, thin button cell battery holders
Orange plastic sheet (document folder) for the lenses - sprayed with “CLEAR DE-FOG”
Vision is fairly limited, especially in low light with the LEDs on
RE: Breathing: There are gaps in the mouth hay and between the hay dome and mask at the top
💥 Tyre, back mount and logs:
Hay is individual strips of eva foam glued on covering a foam base
Back panel removable, small items can be stored inside
Spikes are eva foam and worbla, attached with bolts and wing nuts (ended up being a hassle to screw them on/off, I should have tried something else)
Tyre attaches with a wooden peg that fits into a slot on the back mount - Apoxie Sculpt molded around the peg inside a PVC end cap which is bolted to the mount
Back mount is worbla heat-shaped over a bowl and eva foam
Logs rest on a metal bracket bolted inside the back mount, there is also webbing bolted on which wraps around the logs to secure them
Logs are eva foam cylinders with scored and heated detailing
Logs can be dissembled for travel with a threaded plastic rod inside
Rope has been tinted with some acrylic paint
 💥 Singlet and waist wrap:
Cotton flannel 'buffalo check plaid' found on Etsy
Started the pattern by cutting up a cheap plain singlet, transferred that basic shape to paper then drafted the rest
Shoulder straps have strips of eva foam inside to make them sturdier, these are embedded inside the clips
Clips and patches are eva foam
I ironed on fusable interfacing to the patches and clips to try sewing them on but had some issues with the edges not sitting flat so finished them off with some glue
Darkened areas of the flannel with some watered down fabric paint, sponged on
Bottom raw edges were coated with 'Fray Stoppa'
Rivets are googly eyes
Waist wrap fabric is from the right pant leg cut off! The original colour of the pants is close enough and has a nice linen texture; dug out some fabric from my stash for the backing to make it sturdier; features sewn-in snaps
Attached a clip and keyring combo to the rope with electrical tape
💥 Arm armour and hand:
Eva foam and worbla for fingers
Hand patterned by drawing onto a disposable rubber glove (should have allowed for wider gaps for better flexibility, also probably should have used eva foam instead)
Hand pieces completely separate from black under glove, joined together by elastic (this ended up being annoying to put on/take off, next time I make gloves I’ll try attaching the pieces directly to a glove)
💥 Pants:
Started off as 2nd hand linen pants found on Ebay; dyed darker brown
Rope and patches hot glued on
Weathered with some fabric paint
Hay thigh held in place with elastic that loops around a belt
💥 Peg leg:
Pine furniture leg
Upper section is eva foam construction, front and sides only
When posing my knee rests on a support inside - dowel screwed into the leg, part of a knee pad screwed into dowel (ended up trimming most of it off as it was too bulky), added some worbla to make a curve then some foam on top for padding
Elastic straps attached to secure it around my leg, also one longer strip goes up to my belt and loops around tightly
💥 Red glove:
Started as a yellow leather glove bought on Ebay
Patterned a gauntlet cuff, made with eva foam; other details also foam
Painted with Angelus acrylics
💥 Trap:
More eva foam construction!
PVC pipe base
Jaws swivel open and closed
💥 ‘Bare’ foot shoe:
Traced around my foot to make a pattern, added a bit extra all the way around to ensure my foot doesn’t touch the ground
Clear PETG base cut with small holes drilled in for the straps (two overlapping like a cross at the middle, another over my big toe)
Eva foam added for padding/comfort, cut slightly smaller than foot, matching holes, taped on
Mesh fabric straps threaded through the holes, ends taped down (holes kept the fabric tight)
💥 Detonator - 3D printed kit by @birchprops
Glued parts together
Hours of sanding the raw PLA
Sprayed layers of filler primer
Hours of wet sanding primer
Masked and sprayed the colours on then more sanding
Completely reconstructed the printed bracket from thermoplastic as I accidentally broke the section where it bends; fragile part that ideally should be actual metal. I think it has a bit more flex than the PLA now; screwed into the body
Drilled a hole into the bracket so the antenna could be attached with a screw
Drilled out a large cavity in the top of the main body underneath the button plate to make space for an LED and button cell battery holder
Drilled out holes for magnets to hold the plate on
Glued magnets onto the plate
Filled in the magnet holes with Apoxie Sculpt and squished in the magnets to help with making the holes the right depth and alignment
Made a new translucent button that can be illuminated to replace the original opaque one. Cut and sanded acrylic rod. Dyed red.
Drilled hole for button to fit into
Wired a red LED to a button cell (2) battery holder
Glued magnets into the 'metal' ring at the top so it can swivel separately to the red cap
Cut, sanded and painted the orange and grey wiring
Drilled holes for the wiring to slot into
Made a thermoplastic cover piece for the grey wiring
Wrapped 2 different kinds of tape around; bottom layer is silver cloth tape, top is Scotch transparent tough tape for more noticable texture
Applied Rub n Buff to 'metal' parts
Painted weathering details
Sprayed clear coat
