“Okay,” Steve does Eddie’s tie for him. He’s wearing a pale lemon yellow button up and the blue tie he picked out, “say it again for me.”

“English is my second language, I’m still learning,” Eddie says haltingly, and with great concentration.

“Okay, and if they ask anything about you being able to work in the US?”

“I have my passport, and a work visa. I pay my taxes.”

Steve sighs with relief, “you’re getting so good at this. Okay, why do you want to be a postal worker?”

“I like to walk a lot. I like people. And I like being very punctual.”

The last bit still sounds a bit weird to Steve, like Eddie’s favorite hobby is showing up on time, but he lets it slide. It’s as good as they’re going to get right now.

“Okay, you got everything?”

Eddie holds his envelope tightly; it’s got all his I.D and his reference from Hopper, plus a cover letter they wrote together, “yeah.”

“Okay, how are you feeling?” Eddie flaps his fingers in front of his middle, “like butterflies?”

“Yes. Horrible.”

Steve laughs, “nervous. You’ll do good, I know it.”

This is a more updated design for anatoly, I found his first one a bit boring. I love stupid fish man dad

so yeah i cant remember how much i talked about anatoly before but

-he was originally a fish that somehow found his way into some polluted ass zone water so hes a shapeshifter now!

-awful at regulating his emotions HE WILL CRY if youre mean to him

-loves to bake! gets good at it

-used to be bullied in the big ol lake because he isnt native to the country at ALL and was a pet fish dumped there bc he was considered too hard to take care of

-design was kinda based on nikita. hes like nikita but didnt leave his girlfriend to explode

theres like some story to him but not in depth at all.

Christmas is, if the displays in the shops are to be believed, looming.

Here's what I would like to do; my in box is now open for Christmas themed Fish Guy prompts. I'd like to produce some fun, fluffy shorts that I can put out over the Christmas period, as a thank you for all of the enthusiastic support my little Fish Guy has had. I obviously can't promise I will fulfill all of them, but I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts for making Eddidie's second ever Christmas and first ever birthday really fun.
