Consequently, shareholders will receive the Postal Ballot Notice solely through electronic means, and physical copies will not be dispatched. The cutoff date for determining eligible voters is August 9, 2024, and the voting period will span from August 15, 2024, to September 13, 2024. The company has engaged KFin Technologies Limited (KFinTech) to manage this electronic voting process.
The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Mahesh Kumar Gupta, a Practicing Company Secretary, as the scrutinizer to ensure that the voting process is conducted transparently and fairly. The results of the voting, along with the scrutinizer’s report, will be disclosed on the company's website, KFinTech's site, and communicated to the stock exchanges by September 14, 2024.
