I still have 4 hours before my alarm rings, but I'm feeling sentimental right now, knowing that this could possibly be my last week of sophomore year. I believe I still have 2 more years to take advantage of student discounts, which means I'm getting closer to the adulting phase. 😭 As of now, I really want to continue my studies as long as I have the opportunity. If something happens, I'll rethink my plans. Being a college student is a gift I want to cherish the most. I'm so grateful that I've made it this far. Thank you so much, world! ❤️

First two weeks this second semester is crazy. I'm not joking. Had to do a lot of work for research, psych, and med-surg. There would be times where I felt so exhausted, I'd sleep at around 8:30 without brushing my teeth. Yikes! Hoping this week would be better.

Also, the matcha latte was ok taste wise. The gyudon was great! Hope it had more meat though 😌

I'm trying out a monthly spread for my journaling again! It's also my first time using a lined notebook since I wanted to try using this drugstore notebook freebie as my journal.

Got my cards read today and it said that 2024 will be full of self-care and independence. The year is looking good so far!

week dump of what happened recently. Nothing much but started to gather materials for our thesis but managed to only capture pics of my commute. It has been hard and rocky but perservere. Commute is tiring and draining as usual but finding time to listen to podcasts and music :>. Toodles!

new stickers for my journal spreads! 🤩 can’t wait to use these next year. ♡ for my spread designs, i usually print out pictures from pinterest & then add washi tapes. but since i am getting a lot more busy with work, i am buying stickers lately so it will be easier for me to create my spread. i hope everyone had a blast from yesterday’s christmas. 🎄

law school so far ⚖️☕️👜

most of my study hours are allotted to reading cases bc i (almost) always read the full-text and make my own digests even tho we have a class digest pool

have yet to discover the most efficient study routine that works for me. hopefully i find it soon so i could get back to my 8 hours of sleep instead of the 3-5 hours ive been getting since school started 3 weeks ago 😵‍💫😵‍💫

February / week of 11-17

• Didn't really fill it all up because I was very tired and fatigued the whole week. I was also stressing out towards the end of the week because I need to pack for a 4-day work trip.

• One of my stressors was the fact that my commonplace journal has been out of stock for the last two months lmao and I was afraid that it might be phased out already so I messaged the company last week and they said that it's just really out of stock. I don't know but that still stressed me out so I stopped myself from commonplacing for like the longest time and did my research instead in the hopes to find a new book to work with. Unfortunately that made me a lot more stressed because I can't find any good replacement - my current one is just perfect for all my needs. Then this morning, I awoke to a notification from the company's official shop saying that it has restocked! So I ordered two and am actually pondering if I should order one more or is that too overkill 😅

starting off with a five-hour class in the morning isn’t usually my cup of tea, but tackling and discussing a few cases on pituitary disorders was pretty helpful in reviewing the concepts i’d studied prior. attended three more classes this afternoon, followed by a quick one-episode break of the last czars. ended up studying obstetrics 2 and doing practice tests for the rest of the night, to prepare for a 7am quiz tomorrow.
