What I believe to be some type of rubber tree or ficus elastica. Not quite 100% sure though since the stems running through the center of the leaves aren’t a reddish color like the ones I see. The newer leaves come out purple/burgandy as you can see in this picture and as they age, they turn to a green and white/cream color.

Anyone have any ideas?
