The procedure that made this incredible video possible is called a fetoscopy.
It is most often used in performing fetal surgeries in utero. Below is another video of a fetoscopy in action, this time to aid doctors in surgically correcting a dangerous case of TTTS in 20-week-old preborn twins.

An insight into parenthood
Infertility is the inability to get pregnant. In natural ways, even after trying for months together, it can be found in both men and women for many underlying reasons such as medical history, age, etc Infertility affects 10%-15% of couples. This is one of the most common diseases for people between the ages of 20 and 45 years Book an appointment at the Janya fertility centre where we Make your dreams a reality.

With more than 15 years of experience in our centre, having a child of their own is considered the most precious thing, even though the fertility treatment process is both physically and emotionally stressful. We offer the best treatment that just suits your individuality with the utmost care.
Some of the most common causes of infertility
Thyroid problems: If the thyroid gland is too active or not active enough, it can cause a hormonal imbalance that makes it hard to ovulate.
PCOS is a hormonal condition that can make your periods come more often or last longer than usual, and it can also make it hard for you to ovulate.
Smoking significantly increases the risk of infertility in both sexes, and it may undermine the effects of fertility treatment. Smoking during pregnancy increases the chance of pregnancy loss. Passive smoking has also been linked to lower fertility.
Some chemotherapy drugs can result in ovarian failure or significantly reduce sperm count.
Radiation: If this is aimed near the reproductive organs, it can increase the risk of fertility problems.
comfort services that we offer to you
Cryotechnology
Cryo is the method used to freeze and preserve the embryo (a cellular structure formed with the fertilisation of an egg by sperm).
Surrogacy
Surrogacy is a method of assisted reproduction where intended parents work with a gestational surrogate who will carry and care for their babies until birth.
Embryoscopy
Embryoscopy is a newer version of fetoscopy that uses a much thinner needle. It lets doctors see an early embryo directly and in great detail, and it also lets them look at the embryo's blood flow.
SEMEN Bank
It is an enterprise that purchases, stores, and sells human sperm. The semen is produced and sold by men who are known as sperm donors. The sperm is purchased by or for women to achieve a pregnancy
Laparoscopy
A laparoscopy is a surgical procedure used to inspect and operate on the organs inside the abdomen (the belly) and pelvis. A laparoscopy is known as "minimally invasive surgery".

Pneumoperitoneum Needles Market Size Estimated to Observe Significant Growth by 2024
Pneumoperitoneum needle, also known as Veress insufflation needle, is used in laparoscopic surgery to introduce gaseous fluids into peritoneal cavity to inflate the peritoneal cavity and create pneumoperitoneum. Laparoscopic and endoscopic surgery ae widely used in surgical procedures to treat number of disorders that were done by traditional surgical techniques. The pneumoperitoneum needle consist of a housing, a tubular body prolonging from a distal surface of housing, and a long, hollow tubular rod slidably inserted within the tubular body. The tubular body includes a passage for the administration of gas. The global pneumoperitoneum needle market is growing substantially driven by increasing abdominal disorders and their treatment involving laparoscopic surgery. In laparoscopic procedure, pneumoperitoneum gases are introduced into the peritoneal cavity (interior of abdomen) by creating a small incision to expand the peritoneal cavity, away from the peritoneum cavity wall and vital organs. Laparoscopic procedures are performed in general surgeries such as appendectomies, anti-reflux surgeries and hernia repair, cholecystectomies, urological surgeries such as prostatectomies and nephrectomies, gynecological surgeries, colorectal surgeries, bariatric surgeries such as sleeve gastrectomies, gastric banding, and gastric bypass. Constant advances in pneumoperitoneum needles and their significant role have made them an integral part of operational procedures.

The rise in the Pneumoperitoneum Needles Market with increasing laparoscopic surgery is attributed to the technological advances in the laparoscopic instruments. Key drivers of the global pneumoperitoneum needles market are advantages of minimal invasive laparoscopic surgeries such as reduced time spent at the hospital and quick recovery. Pneumoperitoneum needles are used in laparoscopic surgeries involving bariatric surgeries. Furthermore, increasing number of cholecystectomy surgeries performed globally are making significant contribution to the growth of the pneumoperitoneum needles market. Moreover, growing patient and physician preference for laparoscopic surgery as compared to open surgery, rise in geriatric population, and rise in prevalence of colorectal cancer are likely to boost the global pneumoperitoneum needles market.
Request for Analysis of COVID19 Impact on Pneumoperitoneum Needles Market- https://www.transparencymarketresearch.com/sample/sample.php?flag=covid19&rep_id=20936
High cost of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgeries is projected to hamper the growth of the market. Furthermore, lack of skilled professionals to perform these surgeries is expected to restrain the pneumoperitoneum needles market.
The pneumoperitoneum needles market can be segmented based on application, distribution channel, and region. In terms of application, the market can be segmented into gynecological surgery, urologic surgery, and general surgery. The gynecological surgery segment accounts for the major share of the market. This is attributed to widespread use of laparoscopic surgery in gynecology and obstetrics, particularly in procedures such as myomectomy, hysteroscopy, amnioscopy, fetoscopy, hysterectomy, and ovarian cyst removal. Based on distribution channel, the pneumoperitoneum needles market can be segmented into hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers. Geographically, the market can be segmented into five main regions: North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Middle East & Africa. North America is anticipated to dominate the pneumoperitoneum needles market, followed by Europe, due to technological advancement, advanced clinical facilities, and large number of manufacturing companies in this region. Asia Pacific and Latin America are expected to witness strong growth, attributed to advancement in medical facilities, developing health care industry, rising awareness about laparoscopic surgeries, and increasing number of product launches in developing nations. PRENATAL
The first step in the development of an individual human being happens at conception, when each of us receives a combination of genes that will shape our experiences throughout the rest of our lives. Ordinarily, a woman produces one ovum per month from one of her two ovaries, midway between menstrual periods. If the ovum is not fertilized, it will be expelled as part of the menstrual fluid. However, if sexual intercourse happens and the egg cell and sperm cell unite, a single cell is formed called zygote. As we all know, every cell in the human body contains 23 pairs of chromosomes or strings of genetic material. At conception, chromosomes in the ovum and the sperm, collectively called gametes, combine to form 23 pairs in an entirely new cell which is the zygote. This chromosomes are composed of molecules of DNA that can be further subdivided into segments called genes, each of which influences a particular feature or developmental pattern. The 22 pairs of chromosomes are called autosomes which contains most of the genetic information for the new individual. The 23rd pair however is the sex chromosome. Zygotes containing two X chromosomes develop into females and those containing one X and one Y develop into males.
During pregnancy, of the 3% of births in which the health of a newborn is impaired, about 30% are the result of harmful genes or errors in the process of early development that have altered a child’s chromosomal makeup. Many disorders appear to be transmitted through the operation of dominant and recessive genes. Autosomal disorders are caused by genes located on the autosomes. Phenylketonuria, sickle-cell disease, Tay-Sachs disease, and Huntington’s disease can be categorized into this. Most disorders caused by recessive genes are diagnosed in infancy or early childhood unlike disorders caused by dominant genes. The process that ends with the birth of a baby involves two sets of experiences: those of the pregnant woman and those of the developing zygote, embryo, and fetus. Pregnancy is a physical condition in which a woman’s body is nurturing a developing embryo and is customarily divided into trimesters-three periods of 3 months each. Du ring the first trimester, a woman experiences morning sickness, breast enlargement, and fatigue. As the woman's abdomen enlarges during the second trimester, her pregnancy becomes noticeable. She feels fetal movements for the first time and experiences an increase in her appetite. During the third trimester, the woman gains weight and may experience breast discharge in preparation for nursing. Because prenatal development is strongly influenced by maturational codes that are the same for both males and females, there are only a few sex differences in prenatal development. Early studies suggests that male fetuses may be more active than their female counterparts. They also develop more slowly and are more vulnerable to most of the potentially negative influences on prenatal development. In most cases, deviations in prenatal development can result from exposure to teratogens- substances such as viruses and drugs that can cause birth defects i.e. maternal diseases and drugs. The general rule is that each organ system is most vulnerable to harm when it is developing most rapidly and because most organ system development most rapidly during the first 8 weeks of gestation, this is the period when exposure to teratogens carries the greatest risk.
To identify problems in fetal development, techniques such as fetoscopy, ultrasonography, chorionic villus sampling, and amniocentesis are used to diagnose chromosomal and genetic disorders. In the United States, most babies are delivered by physicians but for uncomplicated, low-risk pregnancies, delivery at home or in a birthing center is as safe as hospital delivery. The normal birth process has three parts: dilation and effacement, delivery, and placental delivery. Doctors, nurses and midwives use the Apgar scale to assess a neonates health immediately after birth and the Brazelton Neonatal Behavioral Assessment Scale to track a newborns development over the first two weeks of life. Neonates weighing less than 2,500 grams are designated as having low birth weight. The lower the weight, the greater the risk of significant lasting problems such as low IQ or learning disabilities.
REFLECTION:
The first stage of development which is prenatal made me realize that being a mother comes with great responsibility. The choices you make in here doesn't only affect you and your well-being but the child as well. This stage made me realize how important family planning is and how pregnancy should be taken seriously. I have also realized in here that every woman who bore a child have sacrificed one or may be a lot of things for the benefit of their own neonate. That is why for me, it is the most delicate among the stages of development.

^ a video of a surgery performed to save the lives of a pair of preborn twins, while still in their mother's womb
Thanks to modern technology, we now have fetoscopies and can literally see preborn humans in the womb 🥰 The twins in the above video are at 20-weeks gestation, but this link shows a video of a fetus at just under 7 weeks! Please watch to see the marvel of the earliest stages of our lives, and remember these are the people who abortion kills and dismembers in the name of women's rights. By all means continue supporting abortion, if that is what the bodily autonomy of the more privilaged person involved leads you to conclude is justifiable, but do not take lightly the real cost involved.
I am literally astounded by the number of pro-choicers recently stating “yeah I know a fetus is alive, but that doesn’t matter because I don’t want it in my body inconveniencing me and my life, so I deserve the right to terminate it.”
Was I naive to think the debate would end when science finally convinced everyone of the life in the womb? Was I naive to think, in this the age of human rights, social justice, philanthropy, and equality, that those same basic human rights would be applied to the human life growing in the womb?
“It’s a life!” “I know.” “It deserves human rights!” “I don’t care!”
Where do we even go from there? Logic and morality simply hit the brick wall of the pro-choicers’ adamant refusal to let go of their “right to choose.”
