i would've given anything, actually, to see the inevitable zealotry that would've come out of the agents of fen'harel. surely some of them would've still thought of him as a god, no matter how he denied it. a god of the people, a rebel god who would fight and kill for them, but a god nonetheless. surely there would be those among them who would serve him completely, with a devotion so unquestioning i imagine it would disturb him. surely there would even be some who would take a new vallaslin. one solas has never seen before, and never wishes to see again. it would be antithetical to his stance, and his purpose, after all. but what religion or movement hasn't had its dogma twisted, given enough time? given enough desperation?

Tried out a bit of a different style. I have been so inspired by Catholic/religious imagery recently. I felt like the bits of religious trauma woven into an elven Solrook’s dynamic made it fitting to create a piece of them with some Catholic inspiration.

Fen’Harel may seem stressed, but this is important enrichment for him. For optimal health, trickster deities must be pursued by 2-5 larger, angrier deities at all times. This allows them to express their natural instincts to Run, Deny Involvement, and Proclaim Themselves “Just A Little Guy”.

God that Dragon Age: The Veilguard gameplay trailer looked absolutely AMAZING. The graphics, character designs, atmosphere, voice acting… all top tier.

And you better believe I 100% started sobbing when I saw Solas… I am not going to be well when the game comes out this fall :))))
