you know, we actually forgot why we had a "no sympathy for game publishers" mindset for a long time. we just chilled out for a bit. and then we learn that Sony, despite backing down on the "you need a PSN to play Helldivers 2" thing, started delisting the game on steam in a shitload of the countries that weren't going to be able to play it if they went through with the PSN thing, and not only did the actual developers of the game, Arrowhead, not know that Sony was doing this until they were told by players, but said developers also cannot stop Sony from doing it, because the publisher apparently has more power over the availability of the game than the real developers do, and just have to appeal to them and hope they listen.

and then we remember why we hate game publishers.

As helpful as this is, it is very clearly directed towards people who already use reddit.

Most of these subreddits have rules that require you to have a certain amount of karma, to have an active so and so amount of days old, to have so and so amount of posts and comments within a certain amount of time.

Some of us don't the time to drop everything and learn a completely new website for no other reason than to eventually make a post begging for help two months later. This post makes it sound like you can just drop everything and throw a post up onto reddit.

We don't have time to make a two month old account with 400 karma just to beg for help in the assistance sub for our moving fund.

Where are the resources for people who don't have enough time to meet all of these requirements that these subreddits want.

To people who are desperately asking for fundz/donations on tumblr.

I never see anyone actually getting any significant donations on tumblr and to be honest, tumblr is the worst place to ask for assistance. Use it as your last resort, it frustrates me to no end seeing people begging for help, reblogging the same post over and over, the same types of posts over and over, to no avail, when people are waiting to help you on a different part of the web  GO TO WHERE THE HELP IS. IF YOU WANT DIRECT ACTION TO WORK STOP WITH TUMBLR AND USE REDDIT.

It might be the fact that I don't follow that many people but HOW come Blank The Series has been flying under the radar in my QL sphere here?????? It is literally so good! It's incredibly well-acted and -produced, the leads have great acting chemistry, it's set in the same universe as GAP The Series and thus has Sam and Mon as characters, it's really character-focused which I love in romances, and it continues to hit hard! you know we really love when the dragonfable devs are trying new things and having fun with boss mechanics, but it really feels bad when we run into a main story boss that essentially counters every strategy we know by heart and feels impossible unless we leave and farm for all the best ice resistance items in the game at our level.
