Sarkari Naukri: हरियाणा सरकार का बड़ा फैसला, प्रोबेशन पीरियड पूरा कर चुके जेबीटी शिक्षक होंगे स्थायी

Sarkari Naukri: पिछले कई वर्षों से फतेहाबाद जिले के सरकारी स्कूलों में जेबीटी शिक्षकों के रू�� में प्रोबेशन पीरियड के तहत काम कर रहे शिक्षकों के हित में हरियाणा सरकार ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है। प्रदेश शिक्षा विभाग ने जेबीटी शिक्षकों को तोहफा देते हुए 31 मार्च 2021 तक अपना प्रोबेशन पीरियड पूरा कर चुके जेबीटी शिक्षकों को स्थायी करने का निर्णय लिया है। इस फैसले के तहत जिला मौलिक शिक्षा अधिकारी ने सभी खंड शिक्षा अधिकारियों को पत्र जारी कर दिया है। स्थायी करने संबंधी मांग पूरा होने से जेबीटी शिक्षकों में खुशी का माहौल है।

वहीं, हरियाणा विद्यालय अध्यापक संघ के जिला प्रधान सुरजीत दुसाद, फतेहाबाद जिला सचिव देशराज माचरा, वरिष्ठ उपप्रधान डा. नीतू रानी व अन्य सदस्यों ने इसके लिए जेबीटी शिक्षकों ( Jbt teachers ) को बधाई दी है। जिला प्रधान सुरजीत दुसाद ने बताया कि हरियाणा विद्यालय अध्यापक संघ शिक्षकों की मांगों व समस्याओं को लेकर लगातार संघर्षरत रहा है। अधिकारियों के समक्ष इन समस्याओं को उठाकर इनके समाधान की मांग करता रहा है।

जांच का सामना कर रहे शिक्षकों को नहीं मिलेगा इसका लाभ

शिक्षा विभाग ( Education Department ) की ओर से जारी लेटर के मुताबिक जिन जेबीटी मुख्य शिक्षकों ने 31 मार्च 2021 तक जिला फतेहाबाद में नियुक्ति उपरांत प्रोबेशन पीरियड पूरा कर लिया है, उन्हें विभाग की ओर से स्थायी किया जाएगा। पत्र में स्पष्ट किया गया है कि जिन शिक्षकों के खिलाफ किसी भी प्रकार का कोर्ट केस, विभागीय जांच व आपराधिक मामला आदि विचाराधीन होंगे, उन्हें इसका लाभ नहीं मिलेगा। बता दें कि 2000 व 2011 में नियुक्त जिन जेबीटी शिक्षक को उच्च न्यायालय अंगूठे के निशान व हस्ताक्षर सही नहीं पाया था या आपराधिक मामला विचाराधीन है, उन्हें भी स्थायी नहीं किया जाएगा।
