Peter:

Ron Howard in his younger years when he was playing Opie Taylor on The Andy Griffith Show. He’s got the tall, thin look; the bright red hair; a cute, charming yet cocky grin. He’s perfect.

Hook:

Naveen Andrews. In later Disney material, Hook has a somewhat olive complexion and brown eyes. Plus Naveen has that gorgeous naturally curly/wavy hair he often keeps long��no wig necessary! And he can pull off the very refined British-sounding villain super well. He IS Hook.

Look at you, Captain. A pirate in sheep’s clothing. You have forgotten how to listen to the wind, you haven't seen a mermaid for so long that you can no longer tell them apart from fish. And so the twins gave their full attention, hanging on to every word as their great-grandfather narrated the classic tale of Peter Pan and the Lost Boys, and their battles against Captain Hook and his crew. For most of the story, neither twin made so much as a peep, too focused on both the harrowing tale and their great-grandparents' presence. In fact, they seemed almost hypnotized in a way, as they listened to August's words, and took in every colorful, expertly drawn illustration that populated the story's pages.

Once the story finally came to an end and Captain Hook was finally defeated, it was (surprisingly) Erika who was first to speak up.

From her place on August's lap, she peered up at him, appearing rather puzzled as she asked, "Why didn't Peter Pan want to grow up?"

She and her brother could hardly wait for their fifth birthday! Why would Peter Pan want to stop growing up, and never celebrate a birthday again? And why would've he chosen Neverland over having a loving family? Hadn't he had parents, aunts and uncles, and grandparents who'd adored him? Why would he give all of that up just to never grow up? Had he really thought it was worth it?

"I bet Peter Pan never gets birthday presents, or a birthday cake," Lon commented, sharing his sister's sentiment. It was so exciting to get older! Why would Peter Pan want to be a child forever?

Setting aside the book of fables, August knelt down and pondered his options: The children's little bedroom bookshelf was pleasantly packed with a number of fairy tales, fables, myths, legends, and other stories. Plenty were of the spookier variety, while others still were old favorites retold through the timeless power of animation. His brow furrowed as his eyes roved over the spines, and he stroked his chin in thought.

"Having a hard time choosing?" Josephine asked, leaning over her husband's shoulder to kiss his cheek, at which he smiled, saying, "Well, they want to hear something new, and I'd like to do just that...I suppose you could say that I'm just weighing my options."

"Well, there's certainly a lot to choose from," she replied with a chuckle, reaching over to pull out an illustrated treasury of Disney-told stories, all in beautiful red and gold, and look it over-it seemed quite promising, in all honesty, with its variety of classic princess tales, silly symphonies, and other original tales told by the company.

"Lady and the Tramp...Cinderella...The Little Mermaid..." Josephine murmured as she thumbed through the pages, before glancing at August, suggesting, "How about Peter Pan?"

"Perhaps," he murmured, though he made a face; seeing the amused look in his wife's eyes when she caught this expression, August explained, "I just don't think Peter's a particularly good role model for our grandchildren. He's a bully and a braggart and something of a brat. Not someone I'd like either of them to emulate."

"Are you saying you're sympathetic to pirates, Auggie?" she teased, at which he chuckled, "Not necessarily. But at least the Captain has some gentlemanly qualities for a man of the seas. He's still a scoundrel and a villain, of course, but he does seem to believe in good form, something that Peter does not."

"Well, let's see what the children think, hmm?" she suggested with a smile; despite having tried to put the pair to bed, Josephine had no problem with sitting down beside August at the foot of Erika's bed, with both children crowding around their grandparents to listen; Lon beside Josephine, her arm around him, while Erika sat on August's knee.

Dessa forma, o projeto conta com um espaço físico aberto para visitação, no qual você consegue observar diferentes animais aquáticos em fase de reabilitação expostos em grandes aquários (grandes mesmo!), para que os habitantes compreendam a importância do cuidado com o meio ambiente. Se você falar excessivamente alto ou tentar incomodar alguns dos animais, você é automaticamente teletransportado magicamente para fora e recebe uma punição temporária, que vai depender do quão mal você fez. Constantemente o projeto Ocemar tem eventos envolvendo contato com animais, liberação de filhotes em diferentes corpos de água, observação de animais em água doce e salgada, além de recrutar volutários ocasionalmente para a limpeza da praia.

11. Faceclaim

This one was hard! In the Disney verse, Peter and Hook have some very distinct and obvious features that I took into consideration when trying to find the right faceclaim, but Wendy, Tiger Lily, and Jane are a little more generic looking in the face. (No shockingly red hair like Disney Pan or Hook’s dark curls and exaggerated features to go on.) Also, I’m gonna give a disclaimer and say that most of the faceclaims for these kids are no longer actually an appropriate age to play them (because I don’t know of very many child actors currently in the appropriate age range). Not 100% satisfied with these, but I tried to do the best I could.

Wendy Darling (child) - Isabelle Allen

She has the right hair and eye color and the sort of delicate, feminine features that Wendy possesses. Also I loved her in Les Mis as young Cosette, so I might be biased but she can pull off an absolutely adorable, sweet, gentle kid.

Wendy Darling (adult, as in Return to Neverland) - Jane Seymour

What can I say? I grew up watching Dr. Quinn and in that show, she definitely pulls off the mom vibes. Very “do no harm, take no BS” which is what Wendy’s attitude always has been. Also she just has the perfect face for it.

Jane Darling - Georgie Henley

Disney’s Jane has more reddish hair than her mom as well as slightly more rounded and tomboyish features. I think Georgie fits the bill perfectly.

Tiger Lily - Jashaun St. John

I definitely wanted to go with an actual Native American actress here, but admittedly, I don’t know of many so my choices were rather limited, but I think Jashaun has the right look for the part. She has the rounded, childlike features and while she’s pretty, she usually seems to prefer to show off her natural look without a lot of extra makeup or flashiness. She has the simple beauty of someone who is naturally confident in who she is.

She reached out and gripped his hand tightly, pulled him towards her and onto the bed. »𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙮 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧, 𝙋𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙧!« Wendy cried out and clasped his face with both hands. A dozen crystals sparkled in her eyes, a few of them tumbled down her cheeks and landed on the white bed sheet, marked the spots where they landed a bit darker.

»Yes, Wendy. Yes, I can – and I will,« Peter replied, his emerald green eyes wide and focused on her. »And so will 𝙮𝙤𝙪.«

depuis combien de temps fais-tu du rp? j'ai commencé en 2011, donc ça fait... 13 ans oh god

quel était le premier personnage que tu as créé? joseph "jay" kepler, c'était un étudiant en photographie avec l'avatar de jean-luc bilodeau, parce que je le kiffais dans kyle xy 😭

quels sont les faceclaims que tu utilisais souvent à tes débuts? j'avais pas de fc récurrent, j'aimais bien varier, mais mes premiers étaient brittany robertson, jean-luc bilodeau, hayden christensen et emma watson

y a-t-il un genre/univers dans lequel tu n'aimes pas du tout rp? les trucs de dark romance misogynes et qui tournent qu'autour des fesses, no thanks

quelles sont les dynamiques entre personnages/types de liens que tu aimes le plus? l'enemies/rivals to lovers ça reste mon top un, mais franchement j'aime tous les types de liens du moment qu'il y a de l'ANGST. je m'ennuie quand tout se passe bien et cui cui les petits oiseaux

dans quels fandoms ou univers aimes-tu le plus rp? réel, fantastique et historique !

un personnage que tu ne joues plus actuellement mais que tu aimerais reprendre? patrick jane (protagoniste de la série The Mentalist) et (sorry on avait dit un mais je dis deux) diana holland (tirée de la saga littéraire The Luxe). ça me manque beaucoup de les interpréter, je lance une bouteille à la mer si quelqu'un.e est intéressé.e !

y a-t-il des archétypes de personnages que tu joues souvent? i'm a sucker for morally grey characters, c'est tellement plus intéressant à exploiter. j'adore construire des personnages baladés entre le bien et le mal, torturés. c'est mon dada 🤓

y a-t-il un livre ou un écrit autre qui t'as beaucoup influencé·e pour écrire? j'ai eu énormément de personnages tirés ou inspirés de livres donc difficile de les nommer tous. mais j'ai pensé en premier à la trilogie Millénium de Stieg Larsson, qui m'a beaucoup inspiré pour notre rp Carolyn/Sacha @iwantyoudeadsd !

une recommandation pour finir (livre, film, ou pourquoi pas un forum)? c'est horrible j'ai envie de recommander un milliard d'œuvres, mais je vais dire Peter Pan de J. M. Barrie, parce que c'est super bien écrit mais accessible à tous, court, vraiment drôle, et que c'est un classique !

Tootles from Peter Pan

The only thing Timothy Leeson's parents ever gave him was his name.

Okay that's not fair to his mother when she took him to the orphanage. His mother named him while the orphanage owners were trying to convince her not to give him up. They took him from her arms as she fainted then quietly passed away before they even had a chance to keep her alive.

He grows up to be fast. Crawling, then walking early. And as he got older, running faster and faster. The orphanage was so impressed, up until the point he started trying to run away. That's when they took away his bike. Didn't stop him from running. Then when he'd saved enough, he got a skateboard and became even more of menace.

They were absolutely happy to send him off when he turned 18. By that time he'd had more close calls with the law than the other orphans combined. The police always get close but he manages to slip away with a smug, "Toodles" on his lips.

He caught the interest of Peter Pan and some would say the rest is history. Though life is much more complicated.

He's Pan's fastest and most consistent dealer, because he's not interested in partaking in the merchandise. He just wants to be chased, to prove he can't be caught. That's a better high than Pixie Dust could ever provide.

Besides the more he sells, the bigger his cut. Now his day job is at Pillar's Shrooms and Smokes, while his side and night job is working for Pan. And even sitting at the counter during the day is not going to give anyone he doesn't want to a chance to catch up.

Notable character information: Quick on his feet and skateboard, Timothy was very promptly scouted and offered a place in the Lost Boys as a runner. It pays well and the thrill of getting caught is more of a rush than the product.

AARON "TICK" REITHERMAN is thirty-six years old. He is a Debt Collector. He is an incarnation of The Crocodile from the Disney film Peter Pan.

ABOUT AARON

Not much in present day is really known about Aaron "Tick" Reitherman, except that if he shows up on your radar, it's only a matter of time before something doesn't go in your favour.

He keeps mostly to himself, only making his presence known when he has to. Aaron is a debt collector, aptly named "Tick" for the warning that he leaves in advance of his arrival (a note, with a time, a date and no further information).

Aaron's aloofness follows a life that he would rather forget, but can't escape. He grew up in a bad home, in a bad area, and fell in with bad crowds. He was a typical "troubled" kid and remained that way well into adulthood.

His one saving grace, in his late teens, was the formation of a street gang, filled with equally troubled young adults, and spearheaded by one James Hook. They were the closest thing to family he could get. When the group disbanded, Aaron didn't take it too well and has remained bitter about it ever since.

Following this, Aaron took any work he could get, from just about anyone. They were never the "right" people but ethics weren't much of a concern. Eventually, those who needed someone else to do the dirty work found him and started paying him handsomely for his skills.

James Hook - The leader of the gang Aaron was a part of in his youth. James ran a tight ship, keeping the gang in only the "right" kinds of trouble, and offering family to a group of young men that sorely needed it. Many years since James gave up his position, Aaron sent him a "reminder" of his past in the form of a knife attack. There are only a few hard feelings. William Smee - An old friend and member of the gang led by James Hook in their youth. Aaron always thought Smee was a bumbling idiot, but he had to respect him as James' right-hand-man. They haven't spoken in years. Gabriel Guzman - If Gabriel is Captain Ahab, then Tick is his White Whale. A Private Investigator, Gabriel has been circling Aaron for years. He has yet to pin anything on him, for the fact that, on the surface, everything he's doing appears totally kosher.
