i'm sorry to all my fg friends who are reading this because i know that i've beaten a lot of you, sometimes in competition and i don't want to talk down to you i just feel completely hopeless about every aspect of my play, and the lowest of all goes to my execution. why. why can't i do anything.

i was wrong it wasn't my controller i can't go anything right in strive i can't do anything at all. can't perform even the most basic fucking actions. i'm regularly going "but i was low blocking!!" and then i see the stick was at 4. i hit slash when i meant to hit kick. i played against a real gio today and i almost just gave up right there because they could *do* things. they were able to move, they could jump, they confirmed off different buttons, they spent their meter in useful ways, they actually got oki, it was unbelievable. we were not playing the same game. there were times i got cheesed today by people spamming moves (pot back megafist, slayer master's hammer) and just kept getting hit over and over and over and over and i'm almost sobbing because i *know* what the right answer is, and i eventually do it on the fifth try or whatever but that almost feels worse because it means i *know* what to do but i can't do the most *elementary* things. i can't go between 4 and 6. i constantly stand block on wakeup for no reason??? i lost a whole set today because someone kept using low meaties over and over and i just kept getting hit and i couldn't stop stand blocking on wakeup and i don't know why??????

how do you keep people out in this game. how. how do you do it. if i try to dash into someone and hit a button they will f.S and CH me 90% of the time. If I try to dash throw in pressure they 2P and knock me out. Every time. In the reverse situations i ALWAYS get CH by other people's far pokes when i try to keep them out. and in pressure my mind goes through the whole process of "look, they stopped pressing buttons! they're running towards you! here comes the FUCKING AIRPLANE!!!! and i hit 2K or 2P or 5P and i get thrown and end up with baby food all over my face EVERY. SINGLE. FUCKING. TIME.

what is it like being able to anti air. i just. i can't even dream anymore. if my opponent jumps i just give up on the interaction. it automatically starts their turn. 5P, 6P, and 623S whiff > 50% of the time, then i get whiff punished by their jump in into KD, and the rest of the time 6P is *so fucking slow* that it just gets CH anyways, which is worse. i tried using air-to-airs. j.S, j.K, and j.P all seem to lose to every other air button in the game. I tried going for air throws instead but those always get CH by their air button.

i can't finish combos. i drop almost every combo i start. i can't wallbreak off CH c.S pretty frequently. i can't punish DPs or supers. When I block a burst i miss the punish window pretty often and they can just block.

my heart hurts so much because i feel like i can only beat absolute children at this game. anyone who has control over their character has something i don't and can just bully me effortlessly. i feel like such a dunce

ATHLETICS TRACKING - 6/7/23

been a lil bit. i think im making progress? i mean i am literally making progress but its slow slow slow. much slower than id like! but lets talk about how its actually goin before i start bitchin about it lol

as far as weights go: i Am movin up there but bad form (deadlifts and barbell rows are really hard when you have hamstrings thatre as tight as mine are) and inconsistent training has really stymied me. there were a couple weeks there where i was missin at least a day a week, if not two. im not even squattin a hundo yet! that was supposed to be like three weeks ago! anyways i think i might try and get a new alarm app, since using my system clock for both training (volume low so it doesnt disturb others) and actual waking up (volume up so i scream out of bed) has been the majority of whats fucked me. plus holidays, plus days where im not at the office, plus l, plus ratio, plus furp. anyways, weights. i can hit the 5x5 on 40lbs overhead press with a lil exertion, so im gonna try and go back to the 45lbs tomorrow. squats are sittin pretty at 95, ill be trying for 100 tomorrow too. deadlifts n barbell rows i just complained about, ive been thinkin about moving to dumbbell rows but i dont wanna give up on the barbell yet. bench has been fine too. check the numbers below, which will now feature PREVIOUS REPORT COMPARISONS.

cardio has been better, tho really all i did was turn my speed up. i literally bustered out this morning, couldnt even make it to 30 minutes runnin steadily up from 5mph to abt 6.2. which i think is good? im assuming its better to be pushing myself than to plateau at a certain speed, though like i said last time cardio is really a supplemental training for me. consistent extended high heart rate is better than supersonic speed. idk. i at least feel like im really pushin myself there so ill keep on keepin on.

body numbers are i think doin better? weighed myself in at 156 on monday but havent been able to check what the bf% reading was. ive been doing my damndest to stick to a roughly ~1800cal/day diet, to mostly success. getting enough protein is still the biggest problem but im genuinely starting to worry about that less bc im getting at least like 150g during the workday, between protein bar and shake and super slunker lunch (been doin a double meat no rice at chipotle the last few days. their stupid lil calculator says im good but im not sure if i believe it lol) and usually a good amount at home that im sure im at least crossing my bodyweight in grams each day. the extra .5 im supposedly supposed to be eating to meet my 1.5x while im cuttin ehhhhh im less worried about. anyways, i think ive been noticing a lil more muscle in the mirror? could be a lil confirmation bias but im just gonna confirm that bias bc i need a lil somethin here lol. onwards!

Documento do Ministério Público mostra um organograma da corrupção na Furp, nos governo tucanos em São Paulo

São Paulo – O Ministério Público (MP) de São Paulo está há dois anos de posse de delações feitas por dois ex-diretores da empreiteira Camargo Corrêa, explicando como funcionaram dois supostos esquemas de pagamento de propina para que a empresa e suas consorciadas recebessem um aditivo contratual e uma indenização da Fundação para o Remédio Popular (Furp), estatal do governo de São Paulo. No entanto, nenhuma denúncia foi apresentada pelos procuradores até agora e não há previsão para que isso aconteça. As situações ocorreram nos governos de José Serra (2007-2010) e Geraldo Alckmin (2011-2018), ambos do PSDB e envolveram funcionários da Furp e da Secretaria de Estado da Saúde.

A construção da fábrica da Furp teve início em janeiro de 2006. O consórcio formado pelas construtoras Camargo Corrêa, OAS, Schahin Engenharia e Planova venceu a licitação. A fábrica foi entregue em 2009, no entanto, nunca atingiu a plena capacidade de produção de medicamentos. Atualmente, uma Comissão Parlamentar de Inquérito (CPI), instalada na Assembleia Legislativa de São Paulo, investiga irregularidades e denúncias de corrupção na Furp.

A primeira delação foi assinada por Martin Wende, então gerente executivo da Camargo Corrêa na construção da segunda etapa da unidade fabril da Furp em Américo Brasiliense, no interior de São Paulo, em fevereiro de 2017. No relato, ele conta que, após a aprovação do 5º termo aditivo do contrato para a construção da fábrica, em 25 de agosto de 2008, soube por Carlos Henrique Barbosa Lemos, então diretor regional da construtora OAS, que o consórcio teria de efetuar um pagamento de R$ 2 milhões a João Batista, assessor do ex-secretário de Estado da Saúde, Luiz Roberto Barradas Barata, morto em 2010.

Desse total, R$ 1 milhão foram pagos. A outra parte foi condicionada a um pedido de reequilíbrio econômico feito em 2008, e não atendido pelo governo paulista. O pleito deveu-se aos atrasos na liberação de projetos de climatização pela Furp. Sem acordo, as empresas do consórcio ingressaram com uma ação indenizatória na Justiça paulista, em 2012. As construtoras conseguiram a vitória judicial em setembro de 2013 e foi fixada uma multa no valor de R$ 18,9 milhões, referente aos 16 meses de atraso nas obras.

Wende relatou, então, ter sido procurado pelo engenheiro Ricardo Luiz Mahfuz, à época funcionário da estatal, propondo um acordo para que a estatal não recorresse da decisão judicial. Para isso, o consórcio deveria pagar 10% do valor ao então superintendente da Furp e atual coordenador-geral de Sangue e Hemoderivados do Ministério da Saúde, Flávio Vormittag (cerca de R$ 1,9 milhão). Mais R$ 400 mil ao próprio Mahfuz, por intermediar o esquema de corrupção.

O então gerente disse ter levado o caso a uma reunião com Ronaldo de Paula Tonini, representante da Schahin; Yves Verçosa, representante da OAS; e Cláudia Sofner, representante da Planova. Wende relatou que todos concordaram com o pedido R$ 2,3 milhões. Como a Camargo Corrêa não podia fazer o pagamento diretamente, foi acertada uma compensação de valores entre a construtora e a Schahin. Os valores seriam abatidos de uma dívida da Schahin na construção de um hospital no Pará.

A Furp realmente não questionou a decisão judicial e o processo foi encerrado em 6 de março de 2014, com a assinatura do acordo judicial. Cada empresa teria de arcar com um percentual relativo à sua participação no consórcio. No entanto, com o início da Operação Lava Jato, os pagamentos foram interrompidos. E até hoje a Camargo Corrêa não conseguiu o termo de encerramento da obra. Isso porque, segundo relatou Wende, toda vez que solicitavam o documento eram cobrados do pagamento do restante da propina, tanto por Mahfuz quanto por Adivar Cristina, ex-diretor técnico da Furp.

As informações do esquema de corrupção foram confirmadas em delação assinada por Emílio Eugênio Auler Neto, então diretor Comercial e Institucional Sul e Sudeste da Camargo Corrêa, que era chefe de Wende. Os acordo são assinados pelo promotor de justiça Marcelo Batlouni Mendroni, do Grupo Especial de Combate a Delitos Econômicos (Gedec) do MP. O caso corre em segredo de justiça e todos os envolvidos negam participação no esquema. O Ministério Público não se manifestou sobre a demora em apresentar denúncia sobre o caso até o fechamento desta reportagem.

Mahfuz foi ouvido pelos deputados da CPI da Furp e negou as acusações de corrupção. “Sempre tive uma relação normal com o consórcio responsável pela obra e nunca houve nenhuma situação de me oferecerem coisa alguma”, afirmou. Adivar Cristina também prestou depoimento à CPI, negou envolvimento e disse desconhecer qualquer “tipo de esquema de corrupção dentro da Furp”. Vormitag disse que o acordo foi aprovado pela diretoria da Furp e que era vantajoso para o governo estadual. “O acordo celebrado pela FURP com o consórcio foi vantajoso para a empresa e minha participação na sua negociação seguiu absoluta normalidade”, disse ao jornal O Estado de São Paulo.
