How on earth did you reach the conclusion Alicent and Aemond are incestous 'emotionally' or whatever? With all due respect it makes no sense and I'm saying this from a characterization POV. Alicent is caring for Aemond visibly as her son, just as Viserys cared for Rhaenyra but the irony is he cares for Rhaenyra as his daughter and not as a Aemma supplant/wife when he could go full Targ here and wed her. Aemond is the closest to Alicent because Aegon repels her mostly even as she still cares and Helaena is closed of from her. They are equals. She goes for Rhaenyra during the eye incident that's how deep it goes because she is horrified afterwards because she loves Rhaenyra. But Alicent loves her son as her son.

The irony shouldn't be lost on anyone that the most significant thing Jayce and Vi did in Zaun last season was lead a raid where not only were multiple unarmed workers physically assaulted by enforcers and a child was killed, but the civilian workers were still arrested in the end, including the child workers!
