you know anon. i said in a previous ask that i would be pulling for hofin and hoo gears but after looking at these recent beta changes to both battlesuits im reluctant to even roll for either of them (i know that hoo has the special supply but wow her performance is...ehhh, expected of a free valk but idk man its still disappointing seeing her nerfed to only be useful in the trio team. maybe v3 or on release itll change but im not holding my hopes up. shes only gonna be useful as an img dps for me but. thats it.)

and i was REALLY hoping for mobius to be on the cny expa select but. well. shes Not. so to say my plans have been kind of fumbled wouldnt be wrong. hope she still shows up at some point.

(i still want to get that hof card from the spending event shop, so i HAVE to pull on something. the question is: what exactly. ill have around 170-190 pulls by the end of the spending event (which excludes the cards from the hoo special suply) and looking at the expa rounds...i might just pull either sushang or hof gears. maybe ill even get hotr and her gears. not 100% sure yet.)

Growing up without parents is something that no one should have to suffer through, but unfortunately for Theodore, he had no choice. When he was eight years old, his parents were taken from him too soon, due to a drunk driving accident. He himself was in the car along with them, but fortunately he wasn’t harmed in the collision apart from a few scrapes and bruises here and there. Despite being so young when he lost his parents, he remembers them with crystal clear accuracy. He was very close to his parents, especially his mother. He was what people would normally call a mama’s boy.

Unlike a lot of boys who cling to their fathers while growing up, Teddy found himself clinging to his mother instead. He formed a special bond with her that people couldn’t really understand and after a while stopped trying to understand. He spent a lot of time with her during the first six years of his life. She was an art school teacher, and she would bring him along with her to work, which was the jumping off point for his love of art. Everything he knows about art today stems from watching her teach her classes, and while he couldn’t really comprehend everything she was saying back then, he was exposed to it quite early, which made it easier for him to adjust to art and all its forms when he started to really study it.

When he was just a few years old, his parents had another baby. He was excited to have a younger sibling, one that he could take care of and have a strong bond with. His little sibling had a love for art as well, and that was something they both bonded over. Even though they were both very young, it was very obvious that the both of them wanted to be artists in some way, shape or form. Their mother surrounded them with art and they both took to it like fish to water. His younger sibling was incredibly close to him, and he loved the bond that the two of them shared. Despite the difference in their ages, they were practically best friends who did everything together.

When their parents passed away, the two of them were forced to separate from one another. They weren’t given a choice in the matter because they were so young. Almost immediately his sibling was adopted and he was placed in foster care, something that he hated with every fiber of his being. The foster family he lived with drove him absolutely crazy. They were diehard Catholics and always tried to enforce their views and religious values onto him, which he had no choice but to accept when he was growing up. As he grew older, the more they tried to force religion onto him, the more he rejected it. By the time he was twelve or thirteen years of age, he had already come to the conclusion that he would not follow through with any religion once he came of age. The idea of organized religion had already been tainted for him, and he no longer wanted anything to do with it anymore. Despite his conclusion that he wouldn’t affiliate himself with any religions anymore, his foster parents forced him to attend bible study, Sunday school and even made him participate in the church’s art classes for children. Although that was something he didn’t really mind in the slightest. Being a part of the church’s art class had somewhat revitalized the love he had for art when he was a little kid, and he found himself looking forward for church every Sunday, because that meant he got to do what he loved.

As soon as he turned eighteen, Teddy set off on his search for his younger sibling, wanting to find them and reconnect with them. His foster parents hadn’t allowed him to do so while he was growing up, but now that he was legal and officially out from under their thumb, he knew there was nothing they could do to stop him from looking for his lost sibling. His search for his kin led him to South Korea, where his parents grew up. Upon finding his sibling and reconnecting with them, he also fell in love with the country. It was the exact change of scenery that he needed and had given him a new incentive to continue on with his art. 

These days, Theodore works as a freelance artist and when he’s not making money doing commissions and projects for people here and there, he makes a living being a personal trainer. He hopes to someday kick off his career as a professional, full time artist, but until then, he’s happy having it as a side job and hobby.

Blue Lock Mafia AU (THEY ARE ALL ADULTS IN MY UNIVERSE UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED)

First off! I just found out that Julian Loki is fucking 17…😀 ?

Anyways, these are all of the mainstream leaders in their area of Japan ofc, and i decided to try a new simpler coloring technique! You’ll be seeing me draw snuffy more often bc I LOVE his nose. Everyone in the canon teams are under the same mafias still too.

Charles Chevalier is going to be Julian’s adopted son, and I decided to age him down to around elementary school age, but he’ll still be an absolute menace trust.

I will probably start the ao3 project next week due to it currently being finals week, but keep an eye out for “Project Blue Glock” (LMAOAOAOAO)

Some lore headcanon drops in this universe:

- Michael Kaiser and Noel Noa are cousins (like 2nd-3rd tho)

- Michael Kaiser is a illegitimate potential German heir

- FC Barcha are just massive party wild animals that occasionally do some smart things

- Chris Prince is eager to reach the notoriety level of PXG and BM but Julian just laughs at him while Noel ignores him

- Noel begrudgingly sees Julian as the closest to his equal right now, especially for his age

- Chigiri, Bachira, Kunigami, Isagi and Rin are all childhood friends (acquaintances for some), where they were “mentored” by a man named Ego

- Two years from the present time of the story, Kunigami disappeared.

I kinda don't understand why there was even a Wild Card in the first place.

In Kunigami's words, Wild Card was some kind of experiment to create a player with physical stats and/or abilities which are par with Noa's. It's, basically, making a copy of Noa, but.. why? There's was no need of it when Blue Lock already had this dude:

Alright, alright, I understand that a holographic robot would be much different than a human being, but it's not like Kunigami acts completely like Noa either—the orange head is way too aggressive.

Before anyone says, "Oh! It's the built-up frustration 'cause of the Wild Card!" let me remind you that Kunigami was aggressive way before that too—rewatch the first selection's matches, you'll understand what I'm tryna say. Though I won't deny that Wild Card definitely had, at least, some kind of contribution.

I mean, we all know how calm and nearly emotionless Noa behaves. Yes, yes, there are instances where this Master Striker has shown agitation:

Dim and Dimmer, LOL!

But despite that, Noa still looks very calm, y'know, unlike Kunigami who has shown visible irritation throughout NEL, and we have never seen Ego calling out on it too. So, does this mean that one's behaviour doesn't matter as long as they have the same physical stats as the world's (current) best striker? Then shouldn't Ego have invested more on Blue Locker's physical attributes to make them tough and strong and ambidextrous like Noa? Hm?

Also, Ego once said this:

Kunigami being some kind of obstacle or benchmark for the other Blue Lock-ers to overcome to improve themselves sounds a lot reasonable, but isn't it unfair? I mean, except BM, every other team—FC Barcha, Manshine City, Ubers, and PxG—only played with (against) Kunigami ONLY once meanwhile BM got to play with him in four matches!

Are you getting me?

Well, the main reason for this post was actually this panel:

Everybody knew that Kunigami was going to have some kind of rage against Shidou in the match, but the sheer intensity with which the ginger actually went against the blond caught me off guard. And it made me wonder why exactly Kunigami is mad at Shidou—is it simply because he got kicked out of Blue Lock because of him? Is it because he lost the match to him? Or is it because he think he (Shidou) is the reason why he (Kunigami) lost his ego?

Personally, I don't have any confident answer to any of my own questions, but I'm pretty confident that this (maybe one sided?) rivalry will make a lot of sense after Shidou's backstory is revealed—just like Kaiser's behaviour towards Isagi started to make sense after his backstory was revealed—because I really don't buy that Shidou thought Kunigami wasn't a good enough player when someone like Barou gave some kind of indirect acknowledgement to Kuni:

Considering this Ubers' King's behaviour, being 'wanted' by him is a pretty big praise.

🟣 My anchoring style is highly energetic and bubbly so you can imagine me doing a lot of hand gestures, changing pitch and tones of my voice, moving around on the stage a lot, etc. Hehe.

Riririnnn: Ah, yes, there indeed was a fight between Kurona and me. We were just watching a match of PxG when, "I used to have a crush on Rin," slipped from my mouth. I didn't know that Kurona was unaware of it.

>>> Then after PxG Vs BM match, I just happened to have a conversation with Rin. Just a small, "Hello! How are you?" talk, but my sweet shark skittle had bottled everything up :( so my little conversation with Rin just tipped Kurona completely off!

>>> Kurona was quick to, literally, pull and drag me away from Rin. I didn't like this rude behaviour of him at all!

>>> But obviously, I didn't want to make a scene, so I didn't confront him until we were back home.

Jujutsustraycats : Ah, the legend is partially true. I am not the best at my mother tongue, surprisingly. Therefore, I only write poetry in English. However, that is not to say I haven't expressed broken lines of poetic inclination to him in my native language. After all, the idea's in my head, I just need to express it somehow– (*chuckles nervously, avoiding karasu's eyes*) 

We usually converse in Japanese or English I do plan to learn Japanese, has asked me before what I mean, and I always brush it off as something casual or talking to myself :x

Ruin, Ruin rebuilt them after dying to Sun, and SPECIFICALLY PROGRAMMED them to NEED someone to control them, Ruin claimed to care about them, promised their body had nothing strange about it, but when talking to Solar, BloodMoon was informed of a secret, hidden weak point in their casing, which they VERY MUCH were not happy with. Solar, before they even agreed to help him get back Sun and Moon and defeat Ruin, they had a panic attack because they were afraid they’d be tricked and used again- WHICH HEY GUESS WHAT? IT HAPPENED AGAIN JUST LIKE THEY FEARED, Solar promised them they could go free as long as they didn’t go after the Celestial family, or their friends, which up until Solar said he wanted to KILL THEM, they were listening to! They were back out on the town, killing people like the first time they ran away from someone that claimed could be trusted, (The one before having been Lunar) and they only decided to attack any of the family AFTER Solar said he wanted to kill them. (Not including Lunar, that was before the deal with Solar) Rotaerc/Rodrick, creator in disguise, also just using them as a weapon. StitchWraith, literally threatened to separate them and show them what “True loneliness” felt like or some shit. Monty and Foxy, sure they didn’t TRUST those two, but they were still used. Everyone they’ve ever trusted, has used them, betrayed their trust, or hurt them.”

“SPEAKING OF ECLIPSE AGAIN, WHEN STITCHWRAITH SAID SOMETHING THAT REMINDED THEM OF ECLIPSE, THEY HAD A REACTION I CAN ONLY DESCRIBE AS TRAUMATIZED, AT THE THOUGHT OF BEING STUCK WITH SOMEONE LIKE ECLIPSE AGAIN.”

KidsCove: They were really uncomfortable at first, because the fans were shipping them when they're both not interested (thank you very much but no thank you) but for the sake of Monty's wallet they did videos together. And it went from just gameplay to hanging out with groups to hanging out at each other's houses. They're best friends, FC absolutely loves Sun (and refers to him as "Uncle Sun", which was awkward at first, but it's since been accepted). Foxy rambles to Sun about Mangle over a glass of wine while Sun is scolding him for pulling his paws away while he's trying to paint his claws (you know how dogs pull their feet away when you touch them)?

SolarNexus: I'm sorry moots but I can only ever really see them as queer-platonic, even if I do participate in your ship rambles from time to time. They build shit together and occasionally blow said shit up together as well (on accident). They've almost burnt down the garage several times due to distracting each other with awful awful jokes that would put both dad's and sailors to shame. For someone who is aroace Nexus sure does have quite the storage of downright shameful sex jokes, and he always pulls out his worst ones while Solar is working on something delicate, and it's always out of the blue so Solar almost always fumbles what he's working on in shock. Nesux's cackling on the table, doubled over holding his stomach as Solar is berating him for his god-awful timing and humor, barely holding back a laugh himself. Moon also tells Solar his insecurities, shit he wouldn't ever burden Sun with. How he hates talking to people and he can see that all they can see is Old Moon. How sometimes he has to put up a front when Sun's talking to him because he knows that Sun can only see the dead Moon. Solar can relate, since he has a body that looks disturbingly similar to the version of Eclipse that took the star and blew up Lunar. Sometimes they just sit outside, on the steps of the porch, and stare at the ocean. Words aren't needed, just companionship.

My last one has to be this one fucking AU I have with my friends that I've never discussed outside of discord but I rot about constantly. The idea is that both KC and BM are a lot more feral/animalistic, and so KC and BM just fucking dip and go live in the forest together like a couple of cats. They just disappear off the map and don't bug anyone after Killcode gets his own body (that doesn't require killing Moon). Everyone thinks they died until the twins kidnap Moon two years later because Killcode is sick and they can't figure out how to help him. And then they gotta be domesticated because Killcode has to stay at the Plex to heal.

Ruin remade bloodmoon but he didn't have much material so he made him as a baby(he used magic so bloodmoon would grow like fc)he looked away for a minute and bloodmoon escaped and accidentally teleportd to the daycare and everyone was there having a meeting bloodmoon looked at them he got scared (He would act like a kitten when scared all scratched up) moon was the only one that could pick up bloodmoon.bloodmoon saw moon as kc he never let's anyone else pick him up though sometimes sun,lunar,Jack-o-moon or earth he would bite anyone else

That’s smart, very smart, I feel like we often forget that KC literally just looked like Moon through most of his appearance on the Show, the twins connecting Moon’s appearance to KC is absolutely perfect, and it could have some potential conflict if you develop this au further!

Awww, the bloody baby. I feel like in those situations the siblings might act differently, like Sun would be very cautious with the baby and probably almost drop him if he bites, Lunar would carry him around like a bag of potatoes uncaring of being bitten, Jack would straight up not care if they get bitten (might even let Bloodbab chew on their fingers), and Earth might be the one who gets very worried with upsetting the baby and tries to redirect his biting to something else

And funny thing you mention it, a while ago I made those Dropletified BM drawings, and I— for no reason whatsoever (serious)— came up with a whole backstory for one of the BMs, tho unlike yours they are attached to Solar and will straight up scream if anyone else tries to pick them up :P

A question I've been dwelling on recently: the Egoist Four each have two goals apiece in the Neo Egoist League.

Bachira had his Bee Shot, and also scored FC Barcha's sole goal against Ubers.

Kunigami scored the last goal against Barcha, and BM's second goal against Manshine, threatening to break the net each time.

Chigiri got to show off his 44° Panther Snipe against BM, and also managed to score against PXG. (Someday Episode Nagi will show us how he did it!)

Slow to start, but Isagi is now level with his buddies, following his two goals against Ubers.

While Isagi is undoubtedly the star of the bunch, the other three are important companions of his. Narratively, they've followed and kept up with him through every arc shh blame Ego for making Kunigami for missing the U20 match

They're his friendliest rivals. But I'm so curious about how they'll all fare at the end of the NEL.

Isagi has to score against PXG... if not twice, then certainly once.

So too has Kunigami, if they don't completely fumble his character development in favour of Isagi, Kaiser and Rin (the outcome I fear).

Chigiri and Bachira have two matches each to play. It's almost a given that they'll each score at least once. Besides that, Bachira doesn't have a rival striker on FC Barcha, unless Otoya decides to up his game.

So, what will the outcome look like?

Isagi: 3 goals? He could hit 4 if he humiliates both Rin and Kaiser to beat PXG. He's also got three assists to his name.

Kunigami: 3 goals. Please. It's all I want for him as a player. I'll be so cross if he doesn't score against PXG.

Barchira: 4 goals...? 5 goals...? Best case scenario... 6 goals? Cos Barcha ain't beating Manshine or PXG, let's be real.

Chigiri: 4 goals, one each against Ubers and Barcha. The number 4 is a recurring motif for him. Besides that, the dramedy that is the Nagireo show means our princess is unlikely to do more. But that's still better than Yukimiya or Kunigami... or possibly Kaiser.

Either way, Isagi will come out on top. But I sincerely hope he's closely followed by his three Team Z companions.
