PLOT:  Years ago, Dean had to retire from the Behavioural Analysis Unit of the FBI and is now filled with self loathing.

When the criminal that caused him to retire resurfaces, the Unit Chief, Jody Mills, finally agrees to having Dean back in the office. 

At the BAU, he will meet his old acquaintance Castiel that, to Dean's surprise, is also working as a consultant for the FBI.

There's also something that the chief, Jody, promises to reveal regarding Dean's father and his past.Something that Dean has left behind, but that Sam has never given up on.Dean will, once again, be forced to deal with the consenquences of John Winchester's actions,but this time it could turn out to be a blessing in disguise.

Kamryn was born into a middle-class family only two days before Valentine’s day to his American mother and Scottish father. His father had been married once before and had had two children before marrying his mother and having his older sister and him. Kamryn being the youngest of the four children in the family was often babied and doted on. Though he had shown signs of being quite a smart young boy who often amazed his parents, as he seemed to adapt to and pick up on things quickly. Though things were not always as happy. His father had worked himself practically to the bone at a factory.

While his mother stayed at home to take care of her two children, plus the older two children who had moved from Scotland to live with their father after a nasty divorce from their abusive mother. Money had been tight but Halle and Kenneth Nyström managed to keep a happy, clean family home life for the four children. Though as most stories go, not everything good can last. While out with the young Kamryn, one a day trip to take care of bills and other such things that needed to be done while Kenneth had been at work most of the day, gunshots rang out.

Several stray bullets managed to strike the pair while they were walking along the sidewalks to attend to the day’s errand. Striking Halle in the head and chest and Kamryn in the gut and one of his hands. Kamryn did not talk for a long time after the traumatizing experience at such a young age. His father had sent him to therapy to help him open up again. In time the young boy managed to forget about the incident as he grew older and into adulthood. Though through the family he knew what had happened to his mother. Which had inspired him for the most part to join up with the FBI. Though sometimes he is often still startled by loud bangs and the sight of blood leaves him nauseous. Kamryn has made a life for himself, ending up on the FBI and undercover as a bookstore owner.

Present

With gang activity picking up Kamryn has taken on an undercover assignment, making his bookstore the front for his undercover operations. Though has only owned the bookstore and been undercover for a few months he has, unknowingly gotten to know some of the gang members he’s been assigned to infiltrate, from either of the gangs he’s observing. Though there has been an incident in recent months that made his current position stagnant.

After a party at the beach where one gang fired upon the other Kamryn was one of the people who ended up being shot and had been in hospital for several weeks following the incident, only recently getting out and back on his feet and to good health, or seemingly so, since this shootout happened.

Criminal History:

One might think that someone who might come from Kamryn’s background may never have committed a crime.  Though in his teen years he did run with a small gang for a short while. They were an underground organization that ended up getting caught because at the time the entire organization had been young teenagers and their leader hacked the wrong person. Which ultimately lead to his capture as he tried running and was caught red-handed with certain government intelligence he should not have had on a save file. A dumb kid kind of mistake.

This lead to Kamryn’s interest being fixated on becoming an FBI agent. Seeing it as more rewarding overall. Though while he had been under arrest. The one last time and asking about how to join up with the FBI he had overheard one officer talking about the murder of his mother, still an accident. But he had heard it had been in connection with a certain organization that he could not quite catch the name of. After that he was released, his bail paid, he spent some time in juvenile detention before being released back into the population with his records erased.

Having been new to the job, fresh out of the academy, Ulquiorra had still felt like a child compared to his superiors. At least, by the way that they were handling it had given him that feeling. Staring as the older male he was placed with was being informed on a case that he had just been dropped into the middle of, watching them remain cool and collected. Hearing his last name get addressed and then asked about if he got all of what they had told the other agent, while they were staring longingly at his partner “Ah! Y-yes! I absolutely heard every single word you said, sir.” He cleared his throat and looked back toward the other old male in the room, the one in charge of putting them on the current case being investigate.

The man gave him a look, one that said ‘then relay what you heard’ “ A little boy was taken from the park when his mother had looked away for a moment to talk with a friend of hers. Some of the children there at the time gave different accounts of who the perpetrator might have been. A male, around 6 feet tall, blue or teal colored hair.” Ulquiorra glanced down, trying to think “ Ichigo Kurosaki was last seen with this man near the slide.” He nodded, getting eyed by the man in charge. He shrunk away a bit, but they seemed to let any inconsistencies he might have spoke, slide. Letting out a breath he and his partner were dismissed to go help find the missing child.

- they go to carnivals sometimes. roman uses his sharpshooter abilities to win balloon-popping games and stuff. there is an entire closet in their apartment full of the stuffed animals that roman has won them. their favorite smaller ones are on the mantelpiece. 

- they make soap together!! they watch the soap queen on youtube and they make their own soap. logan is very insistent that roman not be in the room when he makes the lye water because it can be toxic and you’re not supposed to use it around children/pets, and he teases that roman is basically a big child

- they enjoy going to botany gardens. logan will happily ramble for ages about all the plants and roman will just look at him like he hung the moon because he is. gay. they also have windowboxes where they grow flowers and herbs.

- they went ice skating once. logan immediately fell on his ass, and then he watched roman do all kinds of fancy footwork to show off before he skated over and helped logan to his feet and taught him the basics.
