As someone who has been drawing in paper since forever, drawing in digital has been a slow but steady process, but I had to make a piece for @dreams-are-paper-thin 's fic (my gf) because this scene is too cute to be left only to imagination.

It has to be said (again especially now that it is confirmed confirmed that it is Kanan’s knife Sabine used (from the bts in the Ahsoka steelbook dvd))

The parallel of Kanan cutting his hair before going to rescue Hera and then Sabine cutting her hair before going to find Ezra is just 👌🤌

It is one of the many parallels between the two pairs.

Kanan going to resuce the love of his life and mother of his child.

Sabine is going to rescue someone who I would argue she is in love with and is the love of her life.

The parallel is not a coincidence

Anyway, do you remember when Lando flirted with Hera Syndulla and this made Kanan Jarrus really jealous?

Kanan and Hera ended up together though.

Remember when Lando complimented Sabine Wren on her artwork and Ezra Bridger got really jealous?

Personal head canon is that Ezra would be seen as this super chill, super awesome, super handsome Jedi Knight by the New Republic citizenry EXCEPT for his deranged attachment to using ‘Jabba’ as an alias.

You search his name on the Holo-Net and Jabba’s pic comes up. That’s how often he uses it. (Ezra is delighted by this; Sabine decidedly less so.)

i really wanted to try greyscaling but I'm not sure it looks good. idk. + while i was making it i was listening to i love you by fontaines d.c. (GREAT SONG FROM A GREAT UNDERRATED BAND) and. the grey fit into that mood much better

also two versions without the sketch lines. where ezra looks happier even if they're uglier

About five years ago, my anthropology teacher in high school wanted to prove that language was flexible and that there existed ideas that hadn’t really been expressed yet, so he asked us to come up with short phrases and plug them into Google within quotation marks to see how many times each phrase had been used before, the goal being to have as few returns as possible.

Anyway, I used the phrase “shared a jet pack,”which only appears in two Wookiepedia articles for Star Wars: Rebels. So, if anyone says Sabine and Ezra don’t have something unique between them, they’re just dead wrong.
