Into, Across and Beyond! Cast: Errorverse Sonic

Replaces: Metro Spider-Man / Raimi-verse Spider-Man

WARNING: A major spoiler for Undertale Yellow is present in this post. A strikethrough will be used where the major spoiler is.

"Looking at the ground and thinking about how everything could go wrong will only slow you down, bud, and I'm sure your Sonic hates slow. Just keep looking for a way to fix the problems you see ahead of you. That's what I've been doing! Things look grey now for sure, but there's still a world- heck, a UNIVERSE of colour out there just waiting for us to explore. You just gotta know where to look!"

This version of Sonic comes from the same universe that my own character, Nitro, does; the Errorverse. He's pretty much seen all the adventures we've expected him to. The storybooks, the Solaris madness, the race across space and time, the great Eggman war, all of it!

That said, he has had his own twists and turns along the way that make him stand out as his own character. He's one of the few Sonics to be self-aware of us, his viewerbase, be it good... or bad. He underwent a period of depression leading up to the Great Eggman War, but thanks to the support of his companions, alongside Eggman himself, he was able to keep fighting forward.

After the initial war, Sonic and Tails stumbled through an abandoned lab of Eggman's, coming across somebody that would change Sonic's life forever.

A young teen girl named Nova was sealed in one of the test tubes of the place. Knowing she really needed a happy life, the duo freed her and helped her adjust to the world around her. As time went on, Nova developed her own hobbies, personality, and strong love for her friends. She even got to meet Nitro and Amy along the way.

There was definitely a lot of romantic tension going on between the two, and though Amy was happy for Sonic and Nova, she felt torn between him, who she had loved for a while by now, and Nitro, who was developing his own feelings for her. It ultimately took Sonic expressing his sibling-like affection for Amy for her to finally make up her mind.

These bonds continued to flourish when Infinite returned, more dangerous than before, to overpower Eggman and conquer the world on his own. It took plenty of effort, but the heroes still managed to save the day. And it got Eggman to stand down for a little while to make up for his troubles.

Concerning Sonic.EXEs, Errorverse Sonic had gone through three of them; Executor Vermillion, Phaton the Phantom Hedgehog, and, well... Toxinfect. He handled the first two like a champ, but Toxinfect almost ruined his life entirely, having the WORST impact of the three and almost conquering ALL of Mobius if not for Nitro's intervention.

It took five months for Sonic to escape from purgatory alongside an ally he made there, who is the guardian of a floating city in another dimension, but once he got out with Toxinfect on the loose again, he helped tie up loose ends and put an end to the monster's tyranny once and for all.

That said, the whole ordeal shook him up a lot, which contributes to how more concentrated on their goals Team Sonic are in Frontiers. The gang do get the time to do their own Twitter Takeovers on the SEGANet, which helps them lighten up after any particularly rough cases.

As time went on, Sonic and his friends got to meet up with the cast at the dimension said guardian came from, known as Calteron. The guardian's name is Kyuzi, and he had been defending his city for a while, alongside his best friends, Enzo, Lean and Reemah.

Many more adventures ensued with time, with more universe links being established to form further bonds, which led to More than One Universe, where the gang got involved in helping OMT!Tails and the Blur Gang put things right. Sonic also wasn't afraid to get emotional and sob in CU!Sonic's arms about his own tragedies.

Things only got darker for them from there, and the most recent supernatural threat, which was responsible for causing Bently to split from the base timeline, caused the death of Kyuzi, his life being mourned for greatly.

After one of the most recent outings, a strange phenomenon caused the entire Errorverse to undergo a hard reset (or "rewrite"), creating a fresh new timeline where the old one was erased. Think the Super Genesis Wave, but without any legal mumbo-jumbo. Several things were different for this new Rewrite Errorverse:

The Puhoi Curse stuff never happened, so Audrey, its main host, co-exists with the rest of the cast without it.

Amongst characters, only Reemah, Kyuzi, Enzo, Nitro, MC, Amelia and Errorverse Team Sonic (alongside all self-aware characters, Time Stone holders, the Blur Gang and the Quill Society) remember all that went on originally.

In the original Errorverse, Eggman redeemed himself and became Mr. Tinker. Here, though, Eggman and Mr. Tinker are split into two separate characters in Errorverse Mobius.

Evo and Sid Chang had started their own science group that a now-sweet and stable Seak (who was once an insane psychopath) often attends.

In this rewritten timeline, Many More Heroes onwards is able to occur, due to the Quill Society being formed there.

All failed timelines prior to the point we pick up at still happened, but their denizens are all safe, whether in the OMEGA Universe or co-existing with the regular Errorverse crew.

In the Rewrite's Undertale/Deltarune timeline, Clover (our bean from Undertale Yellow), after giving up their soul for the Underground, got it back after Asriel shattered the barrier for good, courtesy of Frisk coming back to help them out.

Due to their interactions with canon (or "Prime") Sonic, Exester and Nameless both recall the events of a peculiar time when the ORIGINAL Sonic and many Sonic.EXEs clashed. Though that's a story for another day.

To begin with, only Nitro, Reemah, Amelia and EV!Sonic retained their memories of the old timeline, but thanks to a special orb holding those memories, the other aforementioned characters got their memories restored.

Prior to this point in the Rewrite Errorverse, EV!Sonic ended up encountering Tekno, who had also been caught up in multiversal craziness. Together, the duo formed the Quill Society via getting help and support from other heroes of all kinds of Sonic universes. He even rescued OMT!Mina and gave her a much-needed support network out of it.

And unlike Lost Memory Sonic, EV!Sonic got his rights to be the leader of the Quill Society, which has several key rules in place:

Having fun or at least enjoying yourself when in the support network is highly encouraged.

As long as it isn't hurting anyone, humour and harmless quips are perfectly alright between Quill Society members.

Even if a member isn't explicitly from a Sonic dimension, they're more than welcome to contribute music for the elevators. (LM!Sonic took offence to Somari's suggestion, by the way.)

No "canon event" nonsense is tolerated in the Quill Society, as while set events might've shaped some heroes, many more won't have those to cling to.

Calling anybody an "anomaly" (yes, this even extends to all the captive villains; those incapable of redemption are cited differently) is outright illegal in the Quill Society if it isn't by accident or is simply in discussion, as EV!Sonic actively dislikes that term, and it risks permanent exile from the dimension.

After OMT!Tails managed to help BK!Amy out of making a sadistic choice, EV!Sonic was more than happy to invite the kid to look around Gust Planet and see how the Quill Society operated. Needless to say, OMT!Tails was really excited for this opportunity, and marvelled at just how many people were here, likely in the hundreds.

EV!Sonic was undeniably proud of this version of his sidekick for ratting out LM!Sonic, gladly assisting himself in apprehending the rogue blue blur and giving him an appropriate scolding before sending him back to his dimension.

During that point, of course, he got seriously pissed off at LM!Sonic for citing OMT!Tails, Antho AND Nitro as anomalies for supposedly breaching "canon" (the formermost didn't even HAVE any fault in that to begin with), and made sure to hammer it in for his crueller self how much of a mistake that was.

For now, that's all I can really say about EV!Sonic.

Man, I'm sure posting a lot today huh?

My energy has basically doubled since I realized the second Sonic Movie is coming out in four days. Four. Can you believe that?

Anywho, I'll save you from my ranting, and instead talk about a few characters I drew. Some are new, such as Prince Mephiles, IM!Tails & IM!Knuckles, and whatever the last fellow's gonna be, but the others are quite familiar. Be it spine shape or expression.

Sonic the hedgehog, twin au drabble

Gen fanfic, no pairings just platonic sibling fluff

Rated: T for violence

Triggers: Mentioned abuse, parental figures fighting mentioned, some description of blood.

Characters: Sonic, Sonic.EXE (called Executor in this drabble)

Plot: Legit this is 100% self indulgent that you can also enjoy if you so wish. I had a dream where Sonic and sonic.EXE were twins and it was very wholesome. Warning that I change sonic.EXE a lot in this fanfiction aka hes not a psycho homicidal god declaring thing. If I feel like it maybe I’ll write more... perhaps this can become a chapter fanfic with this just being a short pilot drabble? Who knows. Also their probably like. 12 or something by the end of the fic who knows.

Drabble starts under cut!

Sonic can vividly remember what happened when he was younger. When he was born he was blessed to have a twin, identical twin even to looking just like him.

It was the closest thing to what Sonic can describe as a best friend. Though, happy moments never last long.

Their parents would argue. Then argue some more. It constantly was hiding in whatever room they could find and locking themselves inside. Sonic covered his twins ears as his twin trembled. His green eyes shaking as he thought about the argument going on.

“It’s okay. I’ll protect you.” Sonic would say in his most confident voice. Not that he was sure it would relax his twin.

Those were the last words Sonic ever said to his twin. It was then that his father marched our of the house dragging his twin with him. Sonic remembers the grip of his mothers hand as her eyes narrowed impatiently waiting for his father to leave. Now it was just him and her.

Living alone with his mom wasn’t to bad. Sonic found himself rolling around and causing trouble if anything for his own mother. With him speeding around and maybe breaking a vase... Or two? It always ended in him getting grounded to lectured by his mother. Though that just gave him more thrills.

Danger was something he enjoyed, yet didn’t want to admit. With the powers he was born with how could he not get cocky sometimes?

That night it was storming outside, Sonic can hear the thunder crackling and hitting the ground. It made him jump a little, he can’t remember the last time this happened. It always seemed to be sunny in Green Hill.

The sound of the doorbell made Sonic jump out of shock and roll into a ball, he did NOT expect that. After a few moments of silence, it rang again. Sonic uncurled himself and pressed his ear against his bedroom door hearing his mother leaving her bedroom and opening the door.

There was a scream of horror, causing Sonic to open the door and swiftly make his way to the entrance. “Who is it mom? An evil corporation? I’ll beat them up!” Sonic barked.

“Who did this to you... Honey... Did your father do this?”

Sonic tilted his head curiously, seeing his mother lean down to whatever was at the door. Sonic gripped his moms sleeve, “Let me see-“ he was instantly pushed away.

“Sonic. Go to your room.” What? What for? He wanted to see! Was it a hurt animal? Was it the neighbor? Sonic puffed out his cheeks slightly, crossing his arms. Obviously, his mom was not having it. “Now.” She demanded lowly, causing Sonic to flinch and run back into his room and shut the door.

Though, this didn’t mean he was giving up just yet on trying to listen in to what was going on. He pressed his ear against the door again as he heard his Mom pick up whoever it was and made them sit on the kitchen counter. It was followed with the water running.

“No... No no no. Don’t panic sweetie. I’m just going to clean you up. Okay?”

Whoever it was, mom clearly knew them. Which only got Sonic’s curiosity to peak even more. Slightly opening his door he did his best to try to sneak closer to get a closer look. His eyes looked up to seeing his mom softly looking at a figure. Sonic grumbled and tried to shift his position.

His green eyes widen, at the blue hedgehog who was also sitting on the counter.

His twin is back.

“Executor?” Sonic called out completely forgetting he was trying to be secretive. His mom scowled a little and his twin looked back.

Sonic now sees why she didn’t want him to see his own twin.

Executor looked afraid, as blood dripped down from his eyes. His arms trembled as sharp claws were covered in blood as if he ripped something apart. His eyes, his eyes were a deep black, the only thing that told Sonic he was looking at him, was the red pupil trembling. His teeth, were shark as knives as they had a yellowish hue to it.

What happened to his twin?

To be honest, Sonic was torn between being terrified or completely. Amazed. Did he get possessed by a demon? No... The demon wouldn’t know where they lived. Or would it?

“Mom, is Executor okay?” Sonic spoke slowly as he made his way towards his twin, only for his mother to put out her hand, as if to tell him to stop.

“Sonic. Stay over there.” Was the only thing she said. Was she afraid his twin was going to hurt him? Or afraid that seeing his twin like this would traumatize him? “Go back to your room, pretend you didn’t see anything.”

Executor glanced back over to their mother, he gritted his teeth slightly and gently grabbed their moms hand, as if he was trying to avoid hurting her. “Mom. I want him here.” His voice was trembling, yet there was a sound of something demonic... Or even godly hinted in his voice. Clearly this surprised both Sonic and their mother since they both went wide eyed.

“He said he’d protect me no matter what.” Executor mumbled. As if that was the last thing he ever remembered before they were separated.

He remembers that?

Their mother looked at Executor, her face softened. Her heart melted at the sound of executor wanting sonic to stay. “Sonic, come here.”

On command, Sonic walked over to his mother, who picked him up from under the arms and placed him on the counter next to Executor.

Executors hand trembled as it made his way towards Sonic’s, before gripping it causing sonic to slightly flinch at the sudden sharp claws that dug into his glove. His white glove was now stained by the blood from his brother’s hand.

“Sorry...” was all Executor muttered, yet he refused to let go.

“No! It’s okay! I’m just glad you’re okay!” Sonic chirped. His legs swinging from on top of the counter.

“I mean, I said I’d protect you right? How is this any different? I’ll stay by your side until mom is all done cleaning you up!”

Now  would  be  a  good  time  to  write  a  follow  up  to  Daisukenojo  Bito’s  ,  also  known  as  Beat,    soul  refinery  since  it’s  been  a  substantial  about  of  time  between  the  last  update.  In  previous  notes  recorded,  I  have  noted  the  growth  in  Beat’s  cognitive  soul.  Where  as  in  the  time  before  the  Shibuya  Impurification  he  was  very  obstinate  and  refused  to  let  people  in  due  to  neglect  of  the  authoritative  figures  around  him,  as  well  as  his  peers-  through  his  own  strides  and  Neku  Sakuraba’s  persistence  (read;  shared  experience)  he  has  grown  in  ways  that  makes  who  he  is  today  look  like  a  completely  different  person.  

There  are  notes  of  severe  trauma  given  the  circumstances  stemming  from  the  Composers  game  with  the  Executor.  Beat’s  loyalty  to  Neku  is  second  to  none.  He  remained  vigilant  in  his  search  for  him.  Years  ago,  that  would  not  have  been  the  case  seeing  as  his  sole  priority  would  have  been  his  sibling,  Raimu  Bito  (Rhyme)  .  While  Rhyme  is  a  significant  priority  of  his,  Beat’s  undying  determination  to  reconnect  with  Neku  Sakuraba  is  one  that  should  serve  to  note  that  there  are  bonds  that  humans  can  retain  that  cannot  be  broken.  Even  through  years,  and  forced  disconnect,  they  can  remain  strong.  

While  Beat  does  have  a  long  way  to  go  in  terms  of  growth  of  soul,  the  progress  that  has  been  made  is  remarkable  for  the  amount  of  time.  He  stops  by  my  café  every  so  often  to  order  food  and  talk.  I  suspect  I  am  one  of  the  few  adult  figures  in  his  life  that  he  trusts.  This  is  not  something  I  will  abuse  power  of.  As  he  gets  older,  I  do  hold  faith  that  he  will  see  that  there  are  other  adult  figures  who  will  see  him  as  he  is  and  not  judge  him  on  appearances.  

There  is  goodness  in  him.  He  is  proof  that  those  who,  even  if  it  was  fleeting,  join  the  Reapers  are  able  to  rehabilitate  and  flourish  in  ways  beyond  needing  enlightenment  through  the  Reapers Games,  and  there  in  the  Higher  Plane.  

Daisukenojo  Bito  took  on  his  flaws  and  the  people  who  received  him  sanded  away  the  sharp  edges  he  used  to  protect  himself  where  before  he  was  in  a   hedgehogs  dilemma. 

Even  if  he  may  not  see  it  yet,  he  has  a  bright  future  ahead  of  him.  I  have  every  intention  to  be  there  to  see  it  and  offer  any  advice  he  may  need.

Well, I finally finished my Executor Animatic, it took a long while but I'm honestly kind of happy it turned out alright, and that I was able to finish it so quickly.

Gotta absolutely love it when your art style cannot decide on what it wants, right?

So uhm, first off, the art style I used for the more cartoon looking Sonic drawings were sort of accidentally inspired by Apathetic-Coffee's art style. What I mean by "accidentally" is that I was sort of just drawing whatever expression came to mind and, funnily enough, I pictured the very same smug smile Julius from Apathetic-Coffee's AU usually has. I kind of feel stupid saying this, but I honestly didn't realize that's what I was seeing until after I finished the lineart.

Now with that out of the way-

I'm sure some of you are probably wondering who these Sonic looking fellas are, and if ya aren't, then I guess you can skip past this bit, but let's just say that Executor, the one with the dark red eye sockets, and the Sonic with the strange jacket are one and the same. The Sonic fella just so happens to be the demon simply cloaking himself. Also, i'm gonna say this now: Executor does not like harming people. The only reason why he does is because he cannot control himself. Normally he wouldn't enjoy eating human flesh, believe me, but he basically has no choice in the matter right now.

Another quick note: the design I used to draw Tom Clarke, the human character, was a reference to TheGreatRouge's design of Tom.

In almost three days and with almost 100 layers I managed to finish this little turnaround sheet. I know it doesn't look like much and, no, I most likely won't be using this art style again unless it's for experimentation/practice, but i'm honestly happy with how this turned out. Plus, I finally have something that'll help me with drawing a more accurate Executor.

Now, if you've seen any of my previous posts, the most recent one actually, then you'll know that Executor here is actually a bit different than most variations of Exe. Also, while I have the time, why not put down a couple new facts about the boyo?

• Now, i'm sure all of you can already see that i've changed the colour of Executor's usually pale blue hoodie as well as added some scars and signs of starvation. I'm gonna be completely and totally honest with you here and say that i've always thought of adding/changing these things, but I never really got around to it due to all of the recent stress and work i've had to deal with.

• I've also decided that, to work on preventing himself from snapping and attacking his friends due to hunger, Executor has decided to eat only one flicky every four days, and when he does eat one the others will clearly know. If they even so much as attempt to offer him one or one of the other little critters around, he will shy away and shake his head, stating that he was perfectly fine. Don't get me wrong, this is a great idea, but in a way he's making himself much weaker than he's supposed to be because of it. He gets tired, dizzy, and confused more often because of what he's doing but, he doesn't care.

• If he ever were to begin to start losing himself, he will start clawing at his own arm or start biting it to try and pry away some flesh to nibble on. It's painful and honestly disgusting to him, but he will do what he must to prevent himself from devouring his close friends. Yes, he'll also do this to stop himself from devouring his past escaped victims, he doesn't want to end up slaughtering those Zalgo had picked out for him.

• Speaking of Zalgo, Executor will sometimes use his name in certain phrases like "Holy Zalgo" or "What in the name of Zalgo?" though, due to the time he's spent in Sonic's world, he sort of prefers saying things like "Holy Chaos" or "Sweet Chaos!".

Anyways, that's all I have for now, i've got a voice reel to do and i'd like to at least get the script part of it done.
