✩🦄❤️Review:
These books have quickly become comfort reads of mine!
“Apprentice to the Villain” follows Evie Sage as she becomes her outrageously handsome evil overlord’s apprentice to save both him and the Kingdom of Rennedawn’s magic.
Evie and Trystan made me giddy with joy! Their romantic tension heightens as the two are put in situations they would only fantasize about. I was left feeling satisfied and not (in a good way because I don’t want this series to end!) as they inched closer towards coupledom. While the slow burn is truly infuriating, there is nothing I would not endure for them.
I really appreciate how Maehrer leans into the found family element with this book. The added points-of-view shed light on the backstories of characters new and old. Learning more about what Evie went through as a child and the sacrifices she had to make informed my understanding of her character and the growth she underwent in this story. She steps out of her comfort zone and learns new skills to embrace her new role as Trystan’s apprentice while holding on to her kind, gentle, and optimistic personality. I think that is what I love most about Evie—she never loses sight of what is important to her, her softness included!
This series is so ridiculously fun and I cannot wait to get my hands on book 3!

Book Blurb:
A rollicking, unforgettable romance about two strangers finding love despite their best efforts as they embark on a sweeping matchmaking tour through Việt Nam, perfect for readers of Carley Fortune and Abby Jimenez.
What’s a few weeks to a lifetime of promise?
Evie Lang’s life is in shambles. On the heels of losing her beloved aunt, she's unceremoniously fired from her poetry professorship by her secret boyfriend. Lacking income and inspiration, she's stuck in Ohio with no idea how to move forward—until hope arrives in a surprising letter.
Auntie Hảo left Evie the deed to her San Francisco row house, a place full of Evie’s happiest memories. The catch? To inherit, she must go on a pre-arranged matchmaking tour in Việt Nam. The last thing Evie wants is to spend time with a group of strangers looking for love. But she can't resist the chance to finally visit her family’s native home.
A world away, Adam Quyền has a chip on his shoulder. He’s working around the clock as CMO for his sister’s elite matchmaking business, a job complicated by her insistence that he knows nothing about love. He’s desperate to prove himself, so when she challenges him to join the inaugural tour, he reluctantly agrees.
Adam thinks Evie is chaotic and unpredictable. Evie thinks Adam is grumpy and uptight. But from the bustling streets of Hồ Chí Minh City to the soaring waterfalls in Đà Lạt, they keep getting thrown together, their animosity charged with attraction…and they discover that true love may be out there, if they are willing to take a leap.
Two stubborn hearts, one whirlwind adventure, Adam & Evie’s Matchmaking Tour is a story of how loving (and living) bravely can lead you to the most unexpected places—and the most imperfectly perfect loves.
Review:
A poet goes on a matchmaking trip in Vietnam but finds herself falling for the unlikeliest person of all. Evie Lang's life is not exactly going great, her beloved aunt has passed away and she's been fired from her poetry professorship by her secret boyfriend. When she receives a surprisingly letter from her aunt telling her that she's been left a deed to a San Francisco row house and all Evie has to do to inherit it is go on a pre-arranged matchmaking tour in Viet Name? Evie can't say no, the house is the place where all her happiest memories are and if it means spending a trip with strangers looking for love (despite being freshly broken up with) she'll do it. Then there is Adam Quyền , a guy who is working round the clock as the CMO for his sister's elite matchmaking business and despite being someone who doesn't know anything about love, he's determined to do the job. Adam and Evie couldn't be more different, she's chaotic and flighty, he's serious and uptight. Yet when they meet each other... something sparks between them. But can a relationship work when they come from two completely different worlds... and the fact that they live in two different places once this trip is over. This was a really sweet read and the romance was cute. I think my favorite aspect of this book however was the exploration of Vietnam and all the traveling and site seeing that happened. It just felt like a magical look into Vietnam and a really beautiful tour. The story itself was a sweet and easy read but the description of Vietnam and all the tourist exploration was what made this book a real delightful read.

RECO OF THE WEEK!
Bringing Down the Duke by Evie Dunmore
Synopsis:
"England, 1879. Annabelle Archer, the brilliant but destitute daughter of a country vicar, has earned herself a place among the first cohort of female students at the renowned University of Oxford. In return for her scholarship, she must support the rising women's suffrage movement. Her charge: recruit men of influence to champion their cause. Her target: Sebastian Devereux, the cold and calculating Duke of Montgomery who steers Britain's politics at the Queen's command. Her challenge: not to give in to the powerful attraction she can't deny for the man who opposes everything she stands for.
Sebastian is appalled to find a suffragist squad has infiltrated his ducal home, but the real threat is his impossible feelings for green-eyed beauty Annabelle. He is looking for a wife of equal standing to secure the legacy he has worked so hard to rebuild, not an outspoken commoner who could never be his duchess. But he wouldn't be the greatest strategist of the Kingdom if he couldn't claim this alluring bluestocking without the promise of a ring... or could he?
Locked in a battle with rising passion and a will matching her own, Annabelle will learn just what it takes to topple a duke...."

SNIPPET PEAKY BLINDERS FIC
Hi everyone,
I am writing a Peaky Blinders fic and its not done by a long shot, but I wanted to hear what you guys think. I'd be very honored if you could take the time to read and let me know what you think <3
Evelyn is very heavily based on Rachel Weisz's character from The Mummy, but with my own twist to it. Warning: dark Tommy at times, he may be a little darker than on the show, but I do think that it makes sense as a whole.
I'm tagging some people at the end, do let me know if you want to be added or removed from my taglist <3
Premise:
Thomas Shelby and Evelyn Carnahan are set for an arranged marriage. Evelyn's father is in financial trouble and Thomas is looking for a mother for Charlie, after Grace's passing. Is this a disaster in the making? Or can the bookish Evelyn find a way to the ruthless gangsters heart? Lets find out.
“So. Evelyn. Are you any good with children?” Thomas Shelby asked in a gruff manner, his low voice rumbling as he eyed the woman across from him up and down. His blue eyes took in every little detail, as if she were prey in his grasp. “I have a son, Charlie. You'll need to take care of him.” Evelyn stared back at him wide-eyed, her hands neatly folded on her long beige skirt. Her simple white striped blouse formed a strong contrast to the wealth around her, especially emphasized by the plain black scarf that decorated her neck. Her small black glasses were high up on her nose, but occasionally slid down, revealing her light-brown eyes. Her brown curls were done up in a practical bun, a few loose curls framing her face. All in all she looked far too sweet and conservative to even be in this well-off mansion, with the leader of the Peaky Blinders. He took out a cigarette, raising a bored brow at this mousy little creature. “I was hoping that a nanny would be an option for your boy.” she hesitantly stated. “And you may call me Evie for short, all my friends do,” she added, warmly. He raises a brow and chuckles some, sending her a rather arrogant gaze. “A nanny? Well then, do enlighten me..Evelyn” he asked, his tone laced with venom. As he did, he lit his cigarette and inhaled. Evie was taken aback by his cold demeanour, even while she did her best to be pleasant. But she swallowed hard and tried to explain her predicament, in a shaky voice. “Yes, well, I work, you see. And while I'm at work, I wont be able to look after little Charlie, so...” she tried to explain. Thomas blew a puff of smoke in her direction, staring her down intently. “You don't work as my wife.” “Well, you see, I've had this job for so long, I love it so, I do not wish to give it up.” “You don't work. As my wife,” he repeated, gesturing at her with the cigarette bud between his fingers. When she opened her mouth to protest again, he blew another cloud of smoke her way, smirking lightly. Evelyn gasped at the rude gesture and got up from her seat. “What did you do that for? It's disgusting. And yes, I will keep my job, thank you.” “Sit down.” Evelyn stared at him, no idea what this rude man was ordering her around for.

Scandal in Spring. Lisa Kleypas. Wallflowers series. This book had the best lines and dialogues. And I guess Daisy’s character was a tribute to all of us bookish girls, so we can really relate to her. And I am a big fan of a trope where one of characters has a strong pining problem (for many years). And how do I love that Lisa is okay with characters developing and trying “love” and having decent amount of chemistry with other characters (not those 2 that the book is about).
…
"If you want me, you have every right to say some-thing!" Daisy strode to the door. "Why does everyone always claim women are illogical when men are a hundred times more so? First they want something, then they don't, then they make irrational decisions based on secrets they won't explain and no one is supposed to question them because a man's word is final."
…
"I don't feel debauched."
"I do," Matthew said.
Daisy smiled. "I'd better marry you, then." Her small hand moved over his body in tentative exploration.
"Ironically," she commented, "this will be the first time I've ever done anything to please my father."
…
“She glanced at Evie, who flashed her a smile, and Annabelle, whose face was reassuringly calm. They would help each other through all the challenges and joys and fears of their lives, Daisy thought, and she was suddenly overwhelmed with love for all of them. "I will never live away from you," she said. "I want the four of us to be together always. I could never bear to lose any of you."

Thanks to Forever Publishing for providing me with an ARC in exchange for an honest review
✩ 🔖 🏩Review:
Laura Lee Guhrke’s first book in her new “Scandal at the Savoy” series is the perfect feel-good read!
“Bookshop Cinderella” is a “She’s All That” meets Julia Quinn opposites-attract romance that alternates between Evie Harlow’s and Maximillian Shaw’s points-of-view.
Chapters written from Evie’s perspective were very enjoyable to read! As a bookstore owner, Evie is very knowledgeable and independent during a time period when women were supposed to be neither. Because she is a woman ahead of her time, she is treated like an outsider by members of high society and made to think that she will live out the rest of her life as a spinster. That is, until she meets Maximillian Shaw, the Duke of Westbourne.
Years after the devastating death of his first wife, Max is in search of a new bride, preferably one that he won’t get too attached to. When he stumbles upon Evie and her shop, he makes her an offer—he’ll make her the diamond of the season and they’ll both share the winnings from a bet he made with his friends. The more time he spends with Evie, the more he realizes that there is no escaping love.
I absolutely loved Evie and Max’s chemistry! Little moments in the book where they snacked in the kitchen with one another, practiced dancing together, and snuck looks at each other during fancy dinner parties made my heart flutter. I also appreciated that Max never attempted to change Evie to meet society’s expectations. Instead, he loves her for who she is and makes her aware of the beauty she always possessed. I hope that Evie and Max will make an appearance in the next “Scandal at the Savoy” book!
➤ 4.25 stars

Hi there! Are you looking to read something new during Pride Month?
Maybe you'd be interested in a free indie published web novel, one that's heavily yuri influenced, has a mix of slice of life, fluffy romance, comedy, fantasy adventure, some drama and angst, and more, a series that structurally is like a mix of a TV season and the arcs of an anime/manga/light novel?
If any of that sounds up your alley, I recommend my series, Rising Shards!
Rising Shards has a boatload of characters, but primarily focuses on Zeta Faleur, an anxious and energetic trans girl who's feeling lost after a really bad relationship with her first girlfriend ended. Suddenly, she grows fangs, and finds out she's a Cani (people who grow fangs and gain other bestial traits, have special powers, and the ability to enter a special dimension where they can battle monsters and go on adventures and such), and thusly has to go to a Cani school, the titular Rising Shards.
There Zeta makes lots of new friends, but the person she connects the most with is the kindhearted Oka Ohri, a girl raised on a harsh Cani training school/orphanage who's still adjusting to life outside of it. Zeta and Oka grow closer, but is Zeta ready to move on from her ex?
There are lots of other characters who all go on their own journeys. To name a few: The sporty and snarky Kalei, who starts to explore her sexuality after a girl makes her feel new things (spoiler alert: she's gay), Lillia, the bookish and strict rule follower who's usually crushing on someone but not used to being sought after when an idiot jock starts catching feelings for her, Aira, an odd and gentle girl who deals with wanting something more with her best friend, and the duo of Iris and Maia, besties who are both kinda dumb to notice how into each other they both are.
Another important duo to mention: Stella, Zeta's older sister and guardian, and Dr. Diast, Zeta's teacher. At the request of readers, the duo received their own spinoff series, Rising Shards: Evy & Stella, an 18+ series about the two.
Rising Shards is about healing, finding yourself, learning to be proud of yourself, finding joy in the people who care about you whether their friends, finding peace in gentle fluffy moments, enduring through painful times, laughing through wacky adventures, with the help of friends, family, lovers, a majority of which is through a very queer cast of characters.
Both the main series and the side series are ongoing, and are currently being updated on Tapas and Scribble Hub.

And of course, please support the artist I commissioned for the series, Flopicas!
If you read this far, thank you so much, and I hope you check out my series! Happy Pride!

7 of the OT+ prompts for Luci + Crowley + Aziraphale?
Pairing: The Ineffable Three (Luci Evans + Aziraphale + Crowley).
Prompt: #7 - having a huge shared bed and always ending up sleeping totally tangled up in each other from OT+ Prompts.
Warnings: FLOOF. SO MUCH FLOOF.
(A/N: Thanks so much for this, Evie, and I hope you enjoy!!)
THE FIRST TIME LUCI, HER angel, and her demon had all slept in the same bed, there had been a rather passionate debate on whose bed the sleeping should actually be done in. Crowley, of course, had insisted that the three of them share his bed, since Aziraphale didn't even have one and his was bigger than the one back at Luci's flat. Aziraphale had promptly countered by revealing that, in fact, he did have a bed in his flat above the bookshop, albeit one that he rarely used beyond sitting on it to read occasionally.
"Well, I had to have one," the angel had blustered in response to his lovers' incredulous stares. "I am perfectly aware that I don't indulge in sleeping, but it was necessary to keep up appearances, you understand."
"Well, that should settle it, then," Luci stated, shrugging. “My bed’s not big enough and I really don’t feel like heading all the way to Crowley’s flat, so let’s just sleep here.”
Aziraphale’s face flushed even further, which Luci honestly hadn’t thought was possible. “Well,” he mumbled. “Normally I would agree with you, darling, of course, but, well… my bed isn’t exactly big enough for the three of us either.”
There was a brief beat of half-stunned silence, in which Crowley and Luci each looked at the angel with equally bemused expressions. Finally, Crowley let out a single huff of laughter and said, “Oh, for Hell’s sake.”
“Oh, you can’t exactly blame me, can you?” Aziraphale practically snapped at his demon partner, sharply adjusting the lapels on his coat. “It isn’t as if I ever expected to have anyone to share that bed with, let alone two partners, especially considering the fact that I don’t even sleep.”
“Not what I meant!” Crowley protested. “What I meant, was that you’re a bloody angel. Can’t you just…” He gestured vaguely, long fingers fluttering in the air. “Miracle up a bigger bed?”
“Oh,” Aziraphale murmured, now looking almost comically sheepish. “Oh, yes, I suppose you’re right, dear boy. How silly of me.”
The angel lifted one hand and snapped his fingers, and Luci felt that warm little tingle, that little shift in the natural way of the universe, that she always felt when she was around one of her lovers while they performed a miracle. Once the tingle had faded, a sign that the miracle had been carried out, she stepped forward to give her angel a cheerful kiss on the cheek.
“Don’t worry about it, Zira, can’t blame you for not thinking about it if you don’t use that bed at all.” Smiling softly at her divine boyfriends, the bookish woman held out her hands to take theirs. “Shall we?”
Taking her hands, the angel and the demon allowed Luci to lead them up the back stairs leading to Aziraphale’s flat (despite the fact that this was Aziraphale’s residence; but then, they both would quite readily follow Luci wherever she might think to lead them). With another snap of divine fingers, this time Crowley’s, a pair of Luci’s pyjamas had appeared on Aziraphale’s newly-expanded bed for her to change into, the other two had miracled themselves into their own sleepwear, and the three lovers had crawled under the covers for the best sleep Luci had had in a long time, simply because it was with the two beings she cared for more than anything else.
It had been a while since that first night, and it certainly was not the last time the three of them had fallen asleep together in Aziraphale’s bed. There had been nights in Crowley’s bed, too, of course, because the demon would likely have gotten pouty if they hadn’t been able to sleep in his flat for too long, and they had tried Luci’s bed once or twice, but it simply wasn’t big enough and she refused to let either of her boyfriends miracle anything she owned if it wasn’t to transport it (“You know I appreciate that angel-demon magic of yours, but it does not get to touch my stuff”). So the angel’s bed tended to be the go-to for the three lovers, the one they spent the most nights in when they had the time to fall asleep together.
They’d rather settled into a routine of it, too. After a cozy night spent in the bookshop, they would all head upstairs together, usually warm inside from several glasses of wine and the sheer domesticity of all of this. Luci had started leaving clothes and sleepwear in the flat, to prevent further miracling, so she would head into the small ensuite bathroom to change, while her angel and demon snapped themselves into their own sleepwear. Then the three of them would crawl into Aziraphale’s big, soft bed and doze off in each other’s arms, all three of them sleeping deeper and more peacefully than they ever did without the other two.
(That was, on the nights when Aziraphale did sleep. Though the angel still didn't really see the point of the action, he recognized that being able to rest all together made his lovers happy, and this had begun getting himself to fall into the realm of sleep on the nights they all spent in that big bed.)
Tonight was one of those nights. Luci had no work the next day, what with the building where she worked being closed for renovations, and so the three of them had decided to spend the next few days together, simply spending time with one another during the day and falling asleep in each other's arms at night. On this, the first night of the week they would have to themselves, Luci finally set down her book a few minutes to midnight, declaring that she was ready to head to bed.
"Right then, darling," Aziraphale promptly agreed, setting aside his own volume and standing up. "Crowley? Are you coming, dear boy?"
"'Course," Crowley replied, straightening from his own seat on the floor and taking the angel's hand in his own. As the three of them made their way up the back stairs, Luci leading much as she had that first night, the demon reached forward to lace his fingers with the human woman's as well, wanting to be in contact with both the people he loved as they made their way upstairs to Aziraphale's flat.
Once in the small bedroom, the lovers quickly released each other and set to their own seperate routines. Luci snatched a pair of comfy white pyjamas from one of the dresser drawers and made her way to the ensuite, while the angel and demon promptly changed into their own sleepwear with two distinct snaps of fingers.
Several moments later, the door to the bathroom swung open and Luci exited, teeth brushed and face washed. Smiling softly, and without a word, the three of them slipped under the soft cotton sheets of the bed, taking a minute to maneuver themselves into the proper positions.
Every night they spent together, the order in which they lay changed, always trading off who got to be sandwiched in between the other two. It was Aziraphale tonight, so Luci rolled onto her side immediately after settling under the covers and snuggled up to the angel, reaching to grasp Crowley's long-fingered hand as they both draped their arms across the stomach of Aziraphale, who preferred to sleep on his back.
"Goodnight, my dears," Aziraphale murmured, his eyes already slipping shut.
"G'night, angel," Crowley replied sleepily, giving Luci's hand a faint squeeze and nuzzling closer to Aziraphale's side. "Dove."
"Goodnight, boys," Luci whispered, already feeling sleep tugging at her mind. She closed her heavy eyelids, enjoying the peaceful darkness as her angel's warmth enveloped all three of the bed's occupants, his divine aura spreading out while he slept.
Luci knew that they wouldn't be laying this neatly come morning. She knew that the next time her eyes opened, Aziraphale's head would be firmly on her chest, the angel lying at an angle that would push Crowley's long legs off the side of the bed in the process. She knew that she'd have a nose full of fluffy white hair, and possibly either black or white feathers, or both, depending on which one of her boyfriends had let their wings out in their sleep. She knew that, just like every other step of their relationship, the process of waking up together would be messy and have no chance in Heaven or Hell of being normal.
But for now, Luci's world was warm and cuddly and safe, and that was enough to lull her to sleep with a smile on her face.

Anime Watch
Season: Winter 2023
Anime: Ningen Fushin: Adventurers Who Don't Believe in Humanity Will Save the World Plot: “... One night after several weeks in a downward spiral, Nick ends up in a local tavern where fate leads him to meeting three fellow adventurers. After a night of drinking, the four bond over their own betrayals and their destroyed ability to trust anyone. This is when Nick hatches on the idea for the four to form a party.” Initial Thoughts : Geez, the amount of betrayal that these four go through- (Though I’m not sure why a few things weren’t mentioned from the manga for Nick’s case unless they plan on using it later) Surprisingly enough I’m very invested in their growth and as to how they’ll work as a party. Secretly hoping they can all one up all their backstabbers eventually. Definitely has my interest so far this season. **Edit Final thoughts: There’s some very apparent flaws in this anime, I’m afraid. A couple of obvious errors like, feet not matching the background when characters walking down steps. Pacing towards the end felt very weak despite everything tidying up most of the current subplots. The show had very potential promise in the beginning, the final episode of the crew just walking around town while talking was a bit... ridiculous? considering they just stated to attending a festival yet walking OUT of town to just remind everyone of their adventure only for a newest character to call them back to town? And no, they didn’t go back to Nick’s story like I hoped.

Anime: The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady Plot: “Despite her supposed ineptitude with regular magic, Princess Anisphia defies the aristocracy's expectations by developing "magicology," a unique magical theory based on memories from her past life. One day, she witnesses the brilliant noblewoman Euphyllia unjustly stripped of her title as the kingdom's next monarch. That's when Anisphia concocts a plan to help Euphyllia regain her good name-which somehow involves them living together and researching magic! Little do these two ladies know, however, that their chance encounter will alter not only their own futures, but those of the kingdom...and the entire world! ” Initial Thoughts: Rate: ? [?/5]
Anime: Farming Life in Another World Plot: “Having died of sickness at the age of 39, Machio Hiraku is given the opportunity to go to another world. When asked what his wish is by God intending to give him strength, he requests to have a healthy body, offered a second wish, he chooses to live peacefully, a third wish to be able to know the local language, and for a final wish, to be able to be a farmer. ” Initial Thoughts: Still curious, not yet sold on this one. So far a more of a casual watch. Rate: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♡ [4/5]
Anime: The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World Plot: “Despite being ostracized for being a commoner, Ray befriends the prideful yet kind Amelia Rose, the muscle-brained Evy Armstrong, and the shy and bookish Elisa. However, conspiracy is lurking in the academy walls, and Ray is tasked with hunting down a spy whose motives remain unclear. To protect his newfound friends and the people he holds dear, Ray will do whatever it takes, even if it means confronting his past. ” Overall Thoughts: Rate: ? [?/5]

Anime: The Reincarnation of the Strongest Exorcist in Another World Plot: “After the betrayal of his companions, Haruyoshi, the strongest diviner, was on the verge of dying. Hoping to be happy in the next life, he attempted the secret reincarnation technique and was sent to a different world! Born into a family of magicians, the magic he didn't inherit paled in comparison to his previous abilities as an onmyouji. "Who needs magic? I'll survive in this world with my old techniques!" ” Overall Thoughts: Rate: ? [?/5]
Anime: Reborn to Master the Blade: From Hero-King to Extraordinary Squire Plot: “From his deathbed, Hero-King Inglis, the divine knight and master of all he surveys, gazes down on the empire he built with his mighty hand. Having devoted his life to statecraft and his subjects' well-being, his one unfulfilled wish is to live again, for himself this time: a warrior's life he'd devoted himself to before his rise to power...” Initial Thoughts: So far this is has been a very simple enjoyment. It’s a done before trope however I’m personally satisfied with the progression in the first 2 episodes. Only time will tell if it this will continue to hold that satisfactory of ‘fun to watch’. Rate: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♡ [4/5]
Anime: Buddy Daddies Plot: “Assassins Kazuki Kurusu and Rei Suwa meet Miri, a girl looking for her father on Christmas Day. Kazuki, Rei, and Miri unexpectedly end up living together.” Overall Thoughts: Rate: ? [?/5]
Anime: Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill Plot: “Along with three other heroes, 27-year-old Mukouda Tsuyoshi is transported into a fantasy world to rescue a kingdom from a mysterious threat. However, it soon becomes clear that Tsuyoshi has been dragged into the summoning ritual by accident. His only skill turns out to be "Food Menu," which allows him to open an interface where he can purchase and obtain food-related supermarket items from modern Japan.” Initial Thoughts: Took 2 episodes but now I’m invested in how things go and what other cooking meals he prepares. Rate: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♡ [4/5]
Anime: Handyman Saitou in Another World Plot: “Saitou is an ordinary handyman that gets transported to another world where his skills are very useful. He starts to really understand what it means to be needed.” Initial Thoughts: Not quite what I was expecting? Yet I don’t even know what I was expecting to be honest. One thing to note is that it plays like a short comic/panel manga. Divided up in segments and not so much linear. Definately would take some getting used to. At the moment, I’m personally not invested, however I’m willing to continue on for another few more episodes before final thoughts. Rate: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♡ ♡ [3/5]
Anime: Chillin' in My 30s after Getting Fired from the Demon King's Army Plot: “The dark soldier, Dariel (30 years old), who can't use magic despite being in the Demon Lord's army, was fired for his lack of capacity. Having been raised by the previous Demon Lord himself, he finds that his adoptive brother, the new Demon Lord, has little use for him. However, after rescuing a village girl from a forest monster, Dariel is invited into her village and starts realizing that he may be considerably more powerful than what he thought...” Initial Thoughts: Already a sucker for ‘kick out of-’ situations. Expecting this to be a bit of a fun casual watch. Some of the things in this world raises a lot of eyebrows. Rate: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♡ [4/5]
Anime: Endo and Kobayashi Live! The Latest on Tsundere Villainess Lieselotte Plot: “ On the outside, otome villainess Liselotte seems foul in every way, a purely evil character. However, as revealed in her diary, she was always hiding both her pain and her true feelings for Prince Siegward. While she keeps this locked away, an evil witch ultimately possesses her, leading to her demise—a tragic end for the tsundere villainess. This is how the story always goes, an end coded into the game MagiKoi. ” Overall Thoughts: Rate: ? [?/5]
Anime: Saving 80,000 Gold in Another World for My Retirement Plot: “One day, Mitsuha falls off a cliff and is transported to a medieval Europe–type world! After a near-death encounter with a pack of wolves, she then realizes that she's able to transport between two worlds—this one and her own. Taking advantage of this ability, Mitsuha decides to live in both worlds and calculates that she'll need 80,000 gold coins to be able to retire! Mitsuha now has to come up with different ways to collect her gold coins!” Overall Thoughts: Rate: ? [?/5]

au plot idea : the mummy (1999)
first, easily one of my top five movies. second, august would obviously be the evelyn carnahan character. bookish historian, with something to prove. wants to be taken seriously. in search of a little adventure (actually, he's a mix of evie and johnathan because he's also dodgy af and would 100% be caught gambling and telling stories at a seedy bar... but i digress). and then a total badass could play opposite, doesn't even have to have a romantic relationship. maybe they just discover they make a really great team. i feel hook would be the most obvious because of the swashbuckling quality to him that matches the vibe of the movie... but also can we just take a second to imagine emma or regina in the role. so great.
#content : wishlist#bex : ooc#seriously don't want to limit characters anyone can help me develop it#but also i am going to write this fanfic with augusst and hook... be still my poor shipper heart
