The first step to break out of this cycle is to reveal what has happened honestly and vulnerable and to allow yourself to grieve without judgment. Llegado el año 2061 múltiples meteoritos impactaron la tierra liberando gases tóxicos, eso, junto a la fuerza y tamaño, destruyeron las ciudades en que impactaron. Los gases se esparcieron provocando muerte y enfermedad en un 45% de la población humana, otro 38% fue afortunada y no presentó secuelas, pero el 17% restante mostró alteraciones, mutaciones en los genes, haciéndolos desarrollar capacidades sobrehumanas que comenzaron a alertar a algunos sobrevivientes. Se les dio el nombre de inhumanos. 

Las ciudades que no fueron destruidas en su mayoría solo fue por suerte, excepto una, un país entero consiguió evitar los daños; Rusia, gracias a Misha Sokolov quien fue presidente en ese momento, dio la orden de destruir los asteroides que amenazaban con caer en su territorio, al disparar misiles. De esta forma solo el .02% de su población se vio afectada por los gases, convirtiéndose con esto en la nación para refugiados, sobrevivientes.  Año 2063, la humanidad se había adaptado a las consecuencias. Habían optado por migrar a regiones más seguras; las ciudades destruidas por los meteoritos quedaron inhabilitadas, así como los alrededores por riesgo de contaminación. El sitio seguro era Rusia y algunos países fronterizos tras ser habilitados, con apoyo de Stephan Rabeth, fundador de Evernow, una empresa dedicada al desarrollo tecnológico que vio una oportunidad de evolución y poder con lo ocurrido. Se llegó a un periodo de paz, se estableció Bélgorod como una ciudad de comercio, más ajena a las leyes de Rusia de forma que permitiera a los habitantes de las distintas naciones continuar con algunas de sus costumbres. Sin embargo, el ser humano tiene talento para corromper lo que le es dado; al verse o sentirse más favorecidos que otros, han tomado prácticas ilegales, la esclavitud entre ellas, aumentando así el odio que algunos humanos e inhumanos comenzaban a sentir por los contrarios. Aun con esto, hay otros tantos dispuestos a luchar por lo que es justo, proteger a quienes no pueden protegerse. Año actual: 2068

In our seeking to be someone we polluted our true essence for these worldly acquisitions. Therefore beyond the perspective of the small you, is the understanding that all loss is actually serving us .
