Huh, really, Hyde had only 14 Eves so far?
#4 of them before Ophelia#On that note him pausing before saying her name I'm T_T#😭😭😭#But uh#That mean 8 Eves before Licht#Now for other Servamps that'd be a lot since they apparently stay with their Eve until the very end#(Freya did mention that her last Eve died at age 93 after they were married for 50 years)#But ''My name will change in a flash'' Lawless? ''He keeps killing his Eves when he gets bored of them''?#Ophelia was sometime late middle ages (IIRC there was some gunfire like stuff)#I mean cannons have been used since the 14th century so that doesn't say much... But uh. Anyway.#Shakespeare's Ophelia was written around 1600 (Like legit ''Between 1599 and 1602'') so it was probably around then#Then he stays with the statue until one of the kids was old enough to be a grandpa so at least 50 years. Let's say the meeting was 1700#(Mainly bc that's easier for me)#An unmentioned period of time passes before he comes back. Little enough that you'd still talk about ''Kingdoms'' fighting each other#(Rather than ''countries'')#(Though tbf that could be a translation related choice but still)#But long enough that everything got completely destroyed#So like. 1800-1900 maybe?#Even 1900 would mean roughly a decade per Eve#Since he seems to switch when he finds one he's more interested in#But he was with Licht for less than a year and people already went ''Oh that means he won't live for much longer''#I mean... I guess 10 years isn't much for a vampire?#But he got rid of his actress after like 2 years or so#Hmmm.
