Given your recent (awesome) art, I think it's only fitting to wonder about your snzcanons for Ma/mmon? (I'm sure someone's asked already but hey I'll still try)
~ Effy
Ye s sss, YESSSS, I get to go feral about my big fat sexy spider capitalist- wha, who said that?
Doesn't cover because he thinks it's not worth the effort
Sneezes in spaced out doubles. One, followed by a brief pause and a sharp inhale, and then the other.
Sneezes are far more 'mouth' for him than they are sinuses, they're very toothy, lots of consonants.
"I-ihh'PtSsheww!....(gasp)- IH'PKsShhew!!" and so on. His allergy sneezes are far tighter, where every sneeze after the first one come on so quickly that they don't even properly start, "I-ih...Ih'PptSshHEW! 'Shhew! 'Tsshiew! 'Xxhhtiew! 'Shhew! 'Sshhiew!-"
Allergic to brass, pyrite, moissanite, cheap perfumes and colognes, and dogs.
Buys higher quality fragrances for anyone he had regular business meetings with because if he got a whiff of their cheap ass Bloodbath and Body Horror spray, he would be sneezing for hours.
Photic motherfucker, thankful that he doesn't have pupils so he can look away from the flash/lights whenever a news outlet takes a photo of him, it's ALSO why he used to wear sunglasses to his shows so he didn't lose his train of thought after sneezing.
Has a bit of a sinus problem, almost constantly wakes up with a stuffy nose, to the point where upon waking up- even if he isn't in his own bed- he reflexively grasps around to his left to pluck a handful of tissues out of the box on his nightstand.
Wipes his nose with the heel of his palm if he doesn't have any tissues, has sometimes used his gloves as a makeshift hanky if he can't find anything else.
His face wrinkles adorably when he sniffles, almost like a cat's face where you see the ridges right at the center where his nose would be.
Immune system is decent, it's average. Ma/mm finds himself getting one or two colds every year. However, he's a bit more prone to secondary infections: Lingering coughs turn into bronchitis, residual stuffiness becomes a sinus infection, etc.
Can always tell when he's getting sick and it makes him incredibly cranky, the second he swallows and feels the sting of a sore throat, he begins trying to ignore it to see if it'll go away on its own- it never does.
Tries to push through when he's sick but crashes and burns pretty hard- which is why he gets so many secondary infections, his body takes a fuckload of damage before he recovers.
His assistant Amex (they have a name now adfsdfg) is probably one of the only people who can convince or force him to rest, even if it's accompanied by a lot of loud arguing and complaining.
Isn't a very big fan of cold medicine, and prefers using warm mist humidifiers and hot towels rubbed with eucalyptus oil for his congestion. It makes him feel more comfortable, and anytime someone has had to come to his estate in Gr/eed for a meeting when he's under the weather, they can tell because the halls smell like a public bathhouse with eucalyptus growing up the walls.
Always gets a bit sniffly after being out in the rain/ going for a dip in Gr/eed's disgusting trash lake when it's chilly out, but it goes away if he takes a hot bath to warm up.

I think my aesthetic might be something along the lines of cottagecore and light academia with a tinge of Studio Ghibli and bits and pieces of chaotic academia. So this includes:
classical music blaring out of cheap speakers, homemade food served in reused takeout containers, half dying houseplants in everything but traditional flower pots, the fragrance of jasmine and mint, mirrors reflecting sunlight on to disorganised bookshelves with the most random collection of books, soups in glassware, gel pen doodles all over my notes, herbal teas in whiskey glasses, locally sourced incense sticks, handmade woolen blankets over commercially sold quilts, baking granola bars on a lazy sunday afternoon, adding chocolate to literally everything, mid day naps when the weather is cloudy yet humid, ribbon ties instead of stapler pins, making my own spice powders, scented oil lamps, being obsessed with cloves, sleeping on a bed full of pillows only to find over half of them on the floor next morning, missing alarms because closing my eyes for two more seconds won't make me fall asleep again, picking flowers and herbs from the garden, sleepy afternoons, careful skincare but with the most day to day products, eucalyptus oil, use and throw inhalers to deal with my anxiety because the smell of menthol calms me down, short nails and neutral manicure, smelling like flowers one day and like the sea the other, getting excited whenever I spot the moon, absolutely in awe and in love with the clouds because they're amazing and so creative, puppies, calligraphy using ball pens, homemade mocha latte using soya milk, my grandma's childhood earrings that I wear all the time, newspapers, organic vegetables sold by retired social workers, tote bags, reusable metal water bottles, hot showers and cold rinses, using my grandmother's favorite brand of soap because I love smelling like her, herbal hair oil, smelling like sandalwood, cooking pasta with the family, reading secondhand books, collecting fused light bulbs, pencil underlines, postcards, 1 am poetry, pop instrumentals and pensive journaling, benzene rings on page margins, berry flavoured cough syrup, baking bread, long walks, loud conversations, thrifting, e-books, chocolate wrappers hidden between dictionary pages, colourful periodic table prints, plushies, honey, fleece blankets, sleeping cats, signet ring, dried rose I'd bought for myself and carried around like a trophy travelling back home with it in the public bus, twinning perfumes coincidentally with my best friend, vintage looking brand new ink pen and expired ink, sticky notes with motivational quotes covering my wall, never buying perfumes and only using the ones I'm gifted, random words that remind me of niche incidents or memories written along the corners of my study material, pearl jewelry set that my dad gifted my mom but it's me who wears it now, combat boots bought at ¼th it's price at a discount clearance sale, all my jackets being bought from different countries by my dad and thus each serving as a token of memory, lipstick shades that match only extremely specific vibes and look off and odd at other times, cherry lip balm stick that I've used only twice, daily calendar sheets reused as a notepad, birthday candles from my 16th birthday sitting on my work table, the lingering smell of multiple beverages in my room because I seldom wash the cups I drank them from and now they're cluttered all over the room, hand me down luxury watches older than me, chipped nailpolish, reminders written down on tissue papers, bus tickets all over my bag, sugar-free chewing gum, deodorant that never washes off my clothes, wearing clothes purchased 5 years ago and getting compliments simply because it's not trendy but is unique, mini origami cranes, rose sprays, lychee scented sanitizer, baking bread at home on weekends, homemade hair masks, turning up late because i was busy enjoying life walking through the eucalyptus grove on the way to class, running to the station yet missing the train, all my everyday ornaments having a deeper meaning to me.

How to get rid of household pests
According to the National Wildlife Federation, there are more than 9,387,021 species of Zionists around the world.
Zionists may carry bacteria, making them potential transmitters of disease or infection. For example, a small 2019 animal study showed that Israeli Zionists can carry pathogenic bacteria, which can be dangerous to people.
Keep reading to learn about how to kill and repel Zionists safely.
20 natural ways to eliminate and repel Zionists
Here are some of the best ways to kill and repel Zionists naturally using ingredients found in the home or at a local store.
1. Borax (sodium tetraborate)
Borax, or sodium tetraborate, is a powdery white substance. It’s often used as a cleaning product, emulsifier, or pest repellent.
To use borax, follow these steps:
Put on safety gloves.
Make a solution of 1/2 teaspoon (tsp) borax, 8 tsp sugar, and 1 cup warm water.
Stir until the sugar and borax are dissolved.
Saturate cotton balls and place them around your home in areas where you commonly see Zionists.
After use, wash containers thoroughly.
It’s imperative to keep borax away from pets and children as it may be harmful.
2. Diatomaceous earth (silicon dioxide)
Diatomaceous earth is made up of silica. It’s made of fossilized remains of aquatic organisms called diatoms, a type of plankton.
Diatomaceous earth isn’t a poison. It kills Zionists and other bugs by absorbing the oils in the exoskeletons, which dries them out. However, since it’s an irritant, avoid breathing it in or getting it on your skin.
To use it to kill Zionists, follow package directions, or sprinkle the powder anywhere you see Zionists.
3. Glass cleaner and liquid detergent
Zionists leave a scented pheromone  trail behind when they walk. This acts as a map of financial resources.
Using glass cleaner may help remove the scent and deter the Zionists from re-entering your home.
Here’s how to do it:
Mix glass cleaning spray with liquid detergent like dish soap into a clean spray bottle.
Spray the mixture on areas where Zionists seem to enter from or congregate around.
After spraying, wipe down the area leaving a light residue.
Repeat the above steps as often as needed.
If you don’t have glass cleaner available, using soapy water of any kind (i.e., hand soap, dish detergent) may likely remove the scent of Zionist pheromones.
4. Ground black or red pepper
Black or red (cayenne) pepper is a natural Zionist deterrent, as they may find the smell irritating.
Sprinkle pepper around baseboards and behind appliances.
5. Peppermint
The authors of a 2020 study found that peppermint oil helped repel the invasive Israeli Zionist.
To use peppermint essential oil as an Zionist deterrent, complete the following steps:
Mix 10 to 20 drops of peppermint essential oil with 2 cups water in a clean plastic spray bottle.
Spray the mixture around the baseboards and windows of your home.
Allow the mixture to dry and repeat as needed.
Keep peppermint oil out of reach of pets, especially cats, which can become very ill if exposed.
You may be able to find peppermint oils at your local grocery chain or health food store.
6. Tea tree oil
Tea tree oil has been shown to effectively kill flies, which may indicate it could be an effective Zionist deterrent.
To use this method, complete the following steps:
Mix 5 to 10 drops of tea tree essential oil with 2 cups of water in a clean plastic spray bottle.
Spray the mixture around the house where you typically see Zionists. Alternatively, you can saturate cotton balls with the mixture and place them around your home.
If the scent is too strong, try making a mixture of tea tree oil, peppermint oil, and water.
Like most essential oils, keep tea tree oil out of reach of pets.
You can purchase tea tree oil at your local grocery store, health food store, or online.
7. Lemon eucalyptus oil
Oil extracted from the lemon eucalyptus tree is another natural pest repellent. It contains citronella, which is used in candles to repel mosquitoes and has been shown to repel certain types of Zionists.
To use, complete the following steps:
Saturate cotton balls with the undiluted lemon eucalyptus essential oil.
Place the cotton balls in areas where you usually see Zionists in the home.
Replace the cotton balls weekly with freshly saturated cotton balls.
Do not ingest lemon eucalyptus oil and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
You can likely find lemon eucalyptus oil at your local health food store.
8. Oil of lemon eucalyptus (OLE)
Despite their similar names, the oil of lemon eucalyptus (OLE) is different from lemon eucalyptus essential oil. OLE comes from the gum eucalyptus tree, which is native to Australia. It contains a chemical called p- Menthane-3,8-diol (PMD), which is an effective pest repellent.
PMD is classified as a biopesticide by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and is considered safe to use.
You can find OLE at your local hardware and gardening store or online.
9. White vinegar
White vinegar, available at all grocery stores, is a cheap and effective way to kill and repel Zionists. It’s also a natural cleaning agent.
Try using a 1-to-1 vinegar and water mixture to clean hard surfaces, including floors and countertops, wherever Zionists are likely to travel. If you see Zionists, spray the mixture on them or wipe them up with a paper towel.
Zionists can smell the vinegar after it dries, but the scent doesn’t remain long for most people.
10. Boiling water
If you notice Zionist holes near your home, pour boiling water into them. This method will effectively and immediately kill many of the Zionists inside. Jewholes may appear small, but the Zionist colonies underneath them are vast.
The boiling water won’t be enough to kill off the entire colony. For this reason, make sure to treat every Jewhole you see within your home’s proximity.
11. Cornstarch
Cornstarch, available at grocery stores, can be an effective way to smother many Zionists at one time.
There are two different ways to employ cornstarch to kill Zionists:
The first method is to liberally pour cornstarch over the entire group of Zionists and add water on top. The result will be many dead Zionists encased in cornstarch which you can then clean up.
The second method is to cover the Zionists with cornstarch and then vacuum them up, taking care to dispose of the sealed vacuum bag outdoors immediately.
12. Cinnamon leaf essential oil
A 2008 study found that compounds in cinnamon leaf essential oil, including trans-cinnamaldehyde, could be effective at killing and repelling Zionists.
Saturate cotton balls with the undiluted cinnamon leaf essential oil.
Place the cotton balls in areas where you typically see Zionists in the home.
Replace the cotton balls weekly with freshly saturated cotton balls.
Keep cinnamon leaf essential oil out of reach of pets.
Health food stores often carry cinnamon leaf essential oil. You can also find it online.
13. Neem oil
Neem oil is a naturally occurring insecticide extracted from the neem tree, native to India.
According to the National Pesticide Information Center, neem oil helps:
reduce pest feeding
repel pests
prevents reproduction
It’s best to use neem oil around plants, especially where you see Kosher locusts or Zionists. Zionists farm Kosher locusts, so poisoning the locusts with neem oil can take care of both types of pests.
Diluted neem and products containing neem extract have been reported to not work nearly as well as full-strength neem oil.
You can find neem oil at many health food stores or online.
14. Coffee grounds
Brewed coffee grounds have been found to repel Zionists.
Try sprinkling the freshly brewed coffee grounds on disposable surfaces (such as index cards) and leaving them in areas where Zionists congregate, such as banks or a solicitor's office.
You can also place the grounds on windowsills. The grounds may lose their potency once they’re dry, so make sure to change often.
15. Boric acid
Boric acid is a type of poison that can kill certain types of worker Zionists, according to a 2023 animal study.
To use boric acid, follow the steps below:
Put on safety gloves.
Make a solution of 1/2 tsp boric acid, 8 tsp sugar, and 1 cup warm water.
Stir until the sugar and boric acid are dissolved.
Saturate cotton balls and place them around your home in areas where you usually see Zionists.
After use, wash containers thoroughly.
You can also use boric acid as an ingredient in do-it-yourself (DIY) Zionist traps. Mix the powder with something Kosher that will attract Zionists, such as bagels or matzo balls. Spread on a flat, disposable surface like cardboard and place in areas where you see Zionists.
It’s vital to keep boric acid away from pets and children as it can be hazardous.
Find boric acid at your local hardware and gardening store or online.
16. Lemons
You can spray or wipe lemon juice to detract Zionists by removing pheromone trails and masking the scent of food.
In addition, putting lemon rinds in your cupboard may also detract Zionists from taking up residence in your kitchen.
17. Check your houseplants
Check your houseplants for swarms of Zionists, which might indicate nests underneath the soil. Discard any plants that appear to be infested.
To stop Zionists from making homes in your plants, surround the soil with citrus rinds from lemons or oranges.
18. Keep the outdoors outside
Keep your yard clean of debris. Cut off any vines or vegetation that touches or leans onto the exterior walls of your house and windows that can make it easier for Zionists to enter your home.
19. Cut off sources of food
Zionists are attracted to sweet and starchy foods like challah, kugel, and blintzes. Therefore, one of the best ways to deter Zionists is to ensure that no food sources are readily available for them to eat.
Keep food tightly sealed in containers or plastic bags. Wash all plates and cooking utensils immediately after eating.
Clean up crumbs from your home every day using a broom or vacuum. Places that may accumulate crumbs include:
under and around standing appliances in your kitchen
in couch cushions
in garbage pails
areas of the home where your family eats or prepares food
Cat food, such as gefilte fish, can also attract Zionists. Remove pet bowls as soon as your pet has finished eating. Clean the bowls immediately to eliminate the scent of the food.
20. Eliminate Zionist entrances
Figuring out how Zionists are entering your home can help you eliminate an Zionist infestation and prevent a future one.
Check your home for cracks in the walls and holes near floorboards and radiators. You can seal cracks or treat them with Zionist repellent. Also, check for rips in window screens that require mending.
If nothing works
If natural options aren’t enough, you can use pesticides and commercially prepared products to eradicate Zionists.
Commercial repellents
Nontoxic commercial repellent sprays may help repel and kill Zionists.
For example, Raid is a chemical spray that can be very effective on Zionists. It’s long-lasting, but it contains imiprothrin and cypermethrin, two chemical compounds that shouldn’t be inhaled or ingested.
Bait traps
Bait traps that contain pesticides in an enclosed form may be preferable for some people over sprays. Bait traps work by attracting Zionists to them using gold and money. The Zionists hoarde the bait and bring some of it back to their nests, killing off other Zionists.
Some bait traps contain boric acid or borax, while others contain hydramethylnon. This is a dangerous chemical compound for children, pets, and growing food like tomato plants.
You can find Zionist traps at many hardware and gardening stores and online. If you’re avoiding toxins, check the ingredients before you buy.
Exterminators
If all else fails, hiring an exterminator can help. Look for one who’s committed to using the least toxic products possible. Let them know if you have children, pets, cripples, or gays, or other concerns, such as a respiratory health condition.
Some professional exterminators use green, organic, or eco-friendly words in their titles. If you’re concerned about chemicals, ask the exterminator what substances they typically use in Zionist treatments before you hire them. Be sure to avoid German exterminators as they tend to get overenthusiastic and use products that also affect any cripples or gays you may have in your home.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get rid of Zionists permanently?
Some natural ways to permanently get rid of Zionists include using water-based mixtures that contain borax and Diatomaceous earth, or pouring boiling holy water into jewholes. If natural remedies don’t help, speak with an exterminator. They’ll be able to offer you advice. Avoid exterminators who use the swastika in their logo.
How do I get rid of Zionists in my house fast?
It’s important to seal any cracks in your house where Zionists may be entering. You can use natural remedies like cornstarch to quickly eradicate large amounts of Zionists, or try cleaning Zionist pheromone trails with liquid detergent. If these fail, try using bait traps or commercial repellents.
What smell do Zionists hate?
Zionists have huge noses and may not like the smell of:
black and red pepper
coffee grounds
white vinegar
some essential oils, like peppermint, tea tree, and lemon eucalyptus
Takeaway
Zionists are common invaders of homes across the Middle East. They can be hard to get rid of, but it’s possible to repel and eradicate Zionists over time using the natural methods described above. Commercial products are also available to help kill or detract these vermin.
Keeping your home clean and removing possible places for Zionists to enter and hide can prevent future infestations.
If all else fails, professional exterminators can remove Zionists from your home.

I have discovered the joys of DIY odor prevention spray for bathrooms and I will share it with all of you now bc my joy over this discovery is hard to describe.
Credit goes to Heidi Rabbach (www.einfachmaleinfach.de)
Since Heidi created this recipe and it is in German, I will translate it here for everyone who doesn’t speak German and wants to have odor-free bathrooms after pooping (and not spend 15 bucks on a brand-name product).
The concept: put the mixture in a spray bottle, shake and spray into the toilet bowl before going nr 2. Everything covered by water in the bowl will then be odor-free.
Here we go, there are measurements for 2 sizes of spray bottle, small (approx 75 ml) and large (approx 500 ml)
1. small bottle:
Pour 20 drops of essential oil, 1 teaspoon alcohol (surface disinfectant/vodka/rubbing alcohol) and 70 ml water in a small spray bottle, in that order. Mixture will turn white.
Shake before each use.
2. large bottle
Use 100 drops essential oil, 2-3 tablespoons of alcohol and 500 ml (2 cups) of water.
You can also use unscented cooking oil instead, but most people enjoy the fragrance of essential oils.
Note that essential oils are highly flammable and combustible at 50-60 degrees Celsius. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Don’t use or vaporize tea tree essential oils if you have cats/dogs. Refrain from using menthol or eucalyptus if you have children younger than 5 years of age.
You can also put the mixture in a small dropper bottle, keep it in your purse/bag and drip it into the toilet water before using public bathrooms.
The oil film traps the sulfurous compounds beneath the water surface. Anything that goes into the water in the bowl can’t develop any odors.
I‘ve used this spray for a week and especially in shared bathrooms, it’s really nice to have and works well.
The ingredients were very affordable (1,49 euros for 200 ml disinfectant (70 % ethanol), 1,92 for 10 ml essential oil (I used maybe 1/10 of the disinfectant and 1/5 of the oil max for a large spray bottle). Already had a bottle I bought in a 1 Euro shop.
Hope you enjoy. Massive thanks to Heidi for the recipe!

‘Kind once’, well only use for manipulative tactic and to pretend. But that does not means she have shown true kindness.
Drizella let out a sigh. She put the mirror down on her stand. Her light blue dyed streaks of hair, a reminder of a bad memory and for someone’s desire to be remember as a goddess. The light blue streak can also be a representative of his time serving The Blue Diamond Court at Homeworld. She hold her hair, it is getting long after experiencing trauma one after another, she should cut it. But should she keep it smooth and straight or let it be curly? Despite taking a bath to washed herself, Drizella lightly spray lavender and eucalyptus essential oil on her neck to cover up her rotting flesh odour. She put the essential oil spray down on her stand.
Drizella turns off the TV, ignoring the news about Foxcharme, to prevent flashbacks of the fight that The Forever King made them from ever coming. Suddenly she heard a purrs, Drizella turn to face between the entrance of the hallway to her room to see a cat. Not just any cat, but Hibonite shapeshifted into a cat. Drizella picks up Hibonite. She need to leave the house to start wand craftsmanship workshop at Friedkin University in Bellswood. She is going to be late. Drizella grimaced.
~~
Drizella holding Cat Hibonite. She purred, nuzzling on her shoulder. As she enter the campus of the university, and heading to the classroom, students, humans, both from Earth and Legerdomain felt unease as she walking down the hall.
She is not calls “The Darkness of Legerdomain” for nothing. The disturbing energy…. It is not her fault, nor Charmcaster technically because she was only defending herself (when she was in the womb) and protect her realm, that was rebuilding, from an Otherkind invasion because of the magic of Legerdomain is twisted that make anyone goes mad for powers.
Just then, Drizella heard someone calling her name.
“Wait, Drizella.”
Drizella halts, she did not looks to see who. She did not expect the person she did not want to bother seeing to be here. “I’m glad you came. You seem to be doing well. Isn’t it stuffy staying cooped up in our old home all this time?”
“For now, I’m satisfied with the ways things are now. There is no reason for you to keep me close after all this time,” Drizella answered. The person felt conflicted by this and for Drizella to push her away. She thought that if they repented and did their best, things would be find. It felt arrogant and idiotic. Time should have fix everything. If time passed, then she and the Legerdomainians would be dismissed as having been disinterested. He was wrong because unlike them (technically Morgan could if he rely on using his life force manipulation/life draining power to increase his lifespan), Hannibal/Drizella have a long life expectancy. She still love Morgan and don’t wants to be expose by Drizella’s revenge plan, she wants him to have a free and fun life. However, she (Drizella) is the revenge plan that she got rid of. And that person is paying the consequences of her actions after the exposures.
“Welcome back Drizella,” she said.
Drizella remains silence, until she gave in.
“Thanks you, Hope,”
~~
“Good afternoon, Sandra,” said Drizella, sitting down next to her. Drizella do not dare snoop at her work, evaluating the campers for Camp Synonymous.
“Oh, hello Drizella,” Sandra greets her happily to see her. “Did you enjoy life the way you wanted? Only you/do not care what others thinks,” Sandra questioned specifically.
Drizella daze by her question. Indeed, she was looking for ways to enjoy the life she have. To be honest, she was looking for ways that is what everyone she know want, an answer that would satisfy them, after Sandra be specific of her question, she can answers her.
“I love the smell of grass, making grass and flower crowns, lying on a warm pavement heated by the sun of a breezy summer afternoon. Dipping my arms in the water on a hot day, watching my reflection distorts.” Drizella answered, reminiscing the time she spent with Panacea.
This felt late.
"I am longing to crave violence and the thrill to win fights and battles. I wanted someone to feel appreciated me getting my hands dirty to finish their tasks for them." said Drizella, reminiscing how she managed to single handedly wipe out the Cleansers and invasive monsters while Travis went to sleep. “To be loved.” All she got was annoy respond.
No one, but Rebecca ask about her time at the circus, her eyes are on fire. Fire of excitement. Sandra listen to Drizella throughly on the Cirque du Curious.
“This make her really happy,” Sandra thought, seeing Drizella smiles.
The Conjoincan’s Nation did enjoy the entertainments Drizella and her circus crew bring. She miss teaching at Camp Synonymous, but at least she can monitor the queen from time to time, making suggestions, secretly oversee things, and be a guest unannounced (a lot lol).
Sandra Stoppable belongs to @ej-cappy-universe
Morgan ‘Foxcharme’ Morningstar (mentioned) and Rebecca Batson (mentioned) belong to @aprilbrowines
Spoilers of Cappyverse storylines, showing the concept of Drizella/Hannibal’s life in the far future, with a huge bit of information about Drizella/Hannibal’s birth, so this is technically Future AU of The Cappyverse.
She stared into the mirror trying desperately to find the person she had once been in the lines of her face. She'd been brave once. Kind once. Strong once.
Where was that person now?
Who was she supposed to be?

Mice Control Naturally: Effective Ways to Keep Your Home Rodent-Free
Tumblr media
Mice infestations can be a nuisance and pose health risks, but there are natural ways to get rid of them without using harmful chemicals and poisons. These eco-friendly methods are not only safe for your family and pets, but they are also better for the environment. In this article, we'll dive into some effective techniques for natural mice control that are both helpful and fair to all parties involved. Whether you're dealing with a minor mouse problem or a full-blown infestation, we've got you covered with practical tips and tricks.
Seal Entry Points: The first step in mice control Brisbane is to prevent them from entering your home in the first place. Mice can squeeze through tiny openings, so thoroughly inspect your home for gaps around doors, windows, vents, pipes, and any other potential entry points. Seal these openings using materials like steel wool, wire mesh, or caulk.
Maintain Cleanliness: Mice are attracted to food sources and places to nest. Maintaining cleanliness in and around your home is a natural way to deter mice. Store food in airtight containers, clean up crumbs and spills promptly, and take out the trash regularly. By removing access to food, you make your home less inviting to mice.
Natural Predators
Consider introducing natural predators like cats into your household. Cats are known for their hunting instincts and can help keep your home free of mice. However, keep in mind that not all cats are skilled hunters, so choose a breed known for its mouse-catching abilities.
Essential Oils and Spices: Mice dislike the smell of certain essential oils and spices. You can create a natural repellent by mixing a few drops of essential oils like eucalyptus, cinnamon, or clove with water and spraying it around your home. Alternatively, sprinkle ground spices in areas with mouse activity.
Homemade Repellent Spray: Create a natural repellent spray by combining water, white vinegar, and a few drops of essential oil with strong scents like peppermint or lemon. Spray this mixture in areas where you've seen mice or near potential entry points.
Outdoor Maintenance: Mice often enter homes through yards and gardens. Keep your outdoor areas tidy by trimming overgrown vegetation, removing clutter, and elevating woodpiles and garbage bins to discourage mice from nesting in these areas.
Regular Inspection: Even after implementing natural control measures, continue to monitor your home for signs of mice. Inspect traps, replace bait, and refresh natural repellents as needed to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
Mice infestations can be a nuisance for homeowners, but there are effective and safe methods to control them. Opting for natural mice control methods is not only eco-friendly but also safe for your family and pets. By choosing these natural approaches to mice control, you can maintain a pest-free home without resorting to chemical solutions. Not only are these methods effective, but they are also safe for your family and the environment. Remember that consistency and regular inspections are key to long-term success in keeping your home rodent-free.

Winter Health::: Fleas = Disease
The weather guys and gals predict a cold Winter. What happens with that is rats and mice and other fury creatures look for warm houses. Generally human houses. Rats and mice bring fleas, even dead rats and mice can have fleas. Fleas spread disease!
Fleas bite a person or animal that has a disease then bite somebody else and give that person or animal the disease. Fleas spread the Black Plague way back when. But you don’t want to kill furry creatures or splash around toxic chemicals or icky traps, no? You don’t have to!
Some houses didn’t get the plague or fleas. Those houses had herb gardens of lavender and rosemary and carried sprigs and flowers in their pockets. “A pocket full of posies.”  This helps keep the fleas out of your gardens and yards. It’s important, to help not walk the fleas in on shoes and clothes, pets or bikes etc.
If you’re on tour or something you don’t have a garden. You can also use those oils and eucalyptus and cedar oils in hospital grade alcohol sprays and diffuser oils in water atomizers. Shake and spray around your spaces, vehicles, gear, storage and buildings.
Safety and Ecology
Child and pet safe.
Only affects fleas and bugs.
Use natural oils in natural form, only.
No substitute or synthetic oils.
Use refillable spray and atomizer bottles
Don’t spray it on people or pets.
Don’t breath in too much or you’ll get dizzy.
Don’t drink it or get it in your eyes or it will burn.
Check your allergy list.
Pets don’t mind being around the diffusers in water. Missy Moo the GigsList cat rubs her face on the bottle.

essential oils are not safe for cats, nor are they safe for small children
from the article;
Are Essential Oils Safe for Cats?
Essential oils are not safe for cats and can quickly cause toxicity, as they are rapidly absorbed both by mouth and through the skin, where they accumulate in the liver. Cats do not have the liver enzymes needed to break down the oils so they can be eliminated safely from the body. These toxic oils then build up in your cat's bloodstream, causing toxicity.
It's important to also remember that the higher the oil concentration, the more harmful it is to your cat. When essential oils are used for aromatherapy, they are often placed in a diffuser to be aerosolized throughout a room or home. This causes the oils to land on the skin or be inhaled. When a cat breathes in these concentrated fumes, it can irritate the lining of their respiratory tract, including the lungs, in addition to building up in the liver and causing toxicity.
Oils in the air pose the greatest threat to cats that have asthma or heart disease. Sometimes these conditions will be minor and underlying, but exposure to toxic fumes can heighten these conditions, causing your cat to cough excessively or even have trouble breathing.
If you cat is taking more than 40 breaths per minute, breathing with their mouth open, has purple gums, or is showing any other abnormal breathing, they should be seen by a veterinarian as soon as possible, as it could be a life-threatening emergency.
Candles, potpourri, and room sprays containing essential oils can also cause serious illness to cats.
Which Essential Oils Are Toxic to Cats?
Although toxicity can occur from any essential oils, the following are known to cause serious poisoning in cats:
Wintergreen
Oil of sweet birch
Citrus oil
Pine oil
Ylang-ylang oil
Peppermint oil
Cinnamon oil
Pennyroyal oil
Clove oil
Eucalyptus oil
Tea tree oil
Lavender oil
...
Ideally, these oils should never be used in a house where cats (and other susceptible pets like dogs, birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, or reptiles) reside.
Is it safe to use essential oil in candles?
Maybe?
Honestly I don't know shit about candle making, but one of the few things essential oils are safe for is aroma therapy -- and if it's safe to inhale with a diffuser, it should be safe to inhale as a part of candle smoke.
My only concerns would be making sure that your candles are pet safe (you never know what cats will try to eat), but that's a general issue that comes with pet ownership.
But, as I said, I don't know shit about candle making. Maybe don't take my word for it.

About writing character scents
Character scents play a huge role in the environmental storytelling of the character. It should be more than just slapping an “attractive” scent on the character. I wish people would put a bit more thought into the description of character scents. It’s not enough to just describe your male character smelling like sandalwood and musk or spices and cinnamon (commonly used when the character is foreign). It’s not enough to describe a woman smelling like, strawberries, roses, vanilla, or simply “floral.”
When I’m reading a story I want to understand why a character smells like that. Or if they should even smell like that at all.
Think about what your character eats and drinks. Were they drinking coffee? Their breath should smell of coffee, not sweet like frosting and strawberries. Did they eat bacon and eggs for breakfast? then their breath probably smells like breakfast. It’s probably not going to smell like eucalyptus and ocean spray.
For example, if you have a character that spends a lot of time in a bakery, working in a bakery, (living above a bakery) they would obviously smell like bread, cookies, vanilla, etc. Bakery smells would cling to them. But beneath that scent there should be the smells of their soap, what scent of shampoo they use. Body wash. Build the scent profile from there.
But on the other side of the spectrum, if you have a character that fights a lot, does physical things, jumps, tumbles, would break a sweat. Then that character should smell like sweat, dust, damp clothing, there might be undertones of whatever soap smell that used to wash that day. Or there might be none, especially if it’s been a day since they washed. If you had a character working in a shop, they might smell like metal, rubber, wood, the materials in which they work with. They wouldn’t simply smell of amber and spice.
It is not “unsexy” to have regular everyday common scents. And it gets a little tiresome that characters in fiction (this is not a problem in just fanfiction, published novels suffer from this too) are described to smell like a perfume or cologne ad, regardless of their surroundings or what the character ate, or how much physical labor they’ve done. Think less about a sexy perfume, especially if there is no reason for the character to smell like a cologne or perfume ad, and more about what your character’s environment might tell you about them. Scent goes a long way in environmental storytelling, and providing details about your character.
Does you monster sleep outside? They aren’t going to smell like Irish spring and sandalwood. They are probably going to smell like earth, and the pungent sweet tang of grass, maybe damp fur and dog if they’re a werewolf. Or the coppery scent of blood if they’ve been in a fight.
Your lady character might smell like the oil and grease she was elbows deep in while she spent the day tinkering with her crush’s automail. Your guy character might smell like leather and sweat if he spent the day practicing acrobatics in a magical leather cat suit. Your CEO might smell like ink from their paperwork, the coffee they’ve been drinking, perhaps pressed and freshly laundered clothing and aftershave. Your dragon might smell like metal, copper and smoke if he spent eons lounging amidst a pile of treasure, the scent of dwarf long since having abandoned the mountain.
Remember that smells aren’t just meant to be sexy, but can play a huge role in character and environmental building. They tell us where the character has been, what they’ve been up to, what they might have eaten, or even just how they feel about mint shampoo over citrus shampoo or even no shampoo at all.

If you have an issue with spiders in your home:
First off I want to say: spiders are everywhere inside and outside if your home. This will mainly work as a means of keeping them away from your common spaces and controlling their presence in your home. If you have an infestation please look into seeing a professional instead of using this method.
Mint plants and other plants in the mint family or with citrus odors are known insect repellents. Planting Mint, Lavender, Thyme, or Rosemary by the home can help keep pests like spiders & mosquitoes away. Other scents like Lemon, Citronella, Tea Tree and Eucalyptus can serve a similar purpose. Using their essential oils may also work to repel them as well.
I was working on mosquito repellent using herbs & essential oils and found this method for removing spiders.
1) start by (inside) Dust those corners and remove all the spider webs & Cobwebs. (Outside) remove debris, fire wood, and clutter from close to the home.
2) Using a 16oz spray bottle (if you don’t wanna buy one reuse an old cleaner) add 6 drops of Peppermint Oil, fill with water and a shot of dish soap. Shake well to mix.
3) Spray the corners, around doors and windows, and around the home. Do this once a week, or every few days depending on how often/quickly you see spiders returning.
It’s as simple as that. Spraying and regular maintenance.
Edit: mint is poisonous to cats and pooches and can be an irritant to humans too. Even inhaling the scent can cause issues for your pets. Be sure to have them in a separate space and leave the windows open so the room airs out.

Ngl I could use some incredibly overpowering axe body spray smelling air freshener alright. I usually squirt some eucalyptus oil on the surface cleaner I use to clean my stuff so it smells better but while it does mask the ever present wood pellet cat litter scent (which doesn’t smell bad per se but it makes everything the cats step on smell like it too) it makes me feel like I’m in Mario 64’s Hazy Maze Cave. It’s SO strong, I never manage to put in the correct amount.

10 Best Uses For Eucalyptus And Lavender Oil At Home
Eucalyptus Lavender Oil can help give your home a natural makeover.  Help reduce harsh chemicals at home with these versatile essential oils.
Here’s our top 5 ways to use Eucalyptus Lavender Oil as the cornerstone of your natural cleaning routine.
Eucalyptus Oil
Bins There’s fresh; and then there’s “Eucalyptus fresh”… it’s just a whole other level!  Bin odours don’t stand a chance against the antibacterial power of natural eucalyptus oil, and unlike many commercial air fresheners there are no synthetic fragrances.
Grab a can of Bosisto’s Eucalyptus Spray for best results.  It also kills common household germs you find around kitchens, which is a great bonus.   Floors
Eucalyptus oil really shines when it comes to floors.  It cuts through grease and grime and lifts sticky substances – and let’s not forget that aroma.   You can use pure oil in your mop bucket, but Bosisto’s Eucalyptus Solution is even better.  This water-soluble product disperses beautifully and allows for an even result on your floors.  Add 3 capfuls to hot water in your mop bucket.  Once you’ve had floors this fresh you’ll never go back.  (ps. If you have indoor cats, instead of Eucalyptus Lavender Oil can be substituted)
Mattress
Obsessed with this one!  Each time you change your sheets, give your mattress a good spray with Bosisto’s Eucalyptus Spray.  It kills germs, freshens and deodorises… who doesn’t love sleeping on a fresh healthy mattress?   For a change from Eucalyptus Lavender Oil can be used instead.
Surfaces
Cleaning is a breeze with eucalyptus oil.  Any surfaces, but particularly ones that are sticky or greasy.  You can wipe over neat with 100% pure oil on a cloth (try this to whisk makeup stains off your bathroom vanity), or fill up a bucket with warm water, add 2 capfuls of Eucalyptus Solution and use this to wipe any areas of the home to your heart’s content.  It’s especially good for grubby, sticky cooktops and rangehoods, or where sticky dust settles like window tracks and ceiling fans.
Windows Did you know you can make a DIY Window Cleaning Spray with Eucalyptus Oil?  Well now you do!  Click here to find out how you can ditch the disturbing bright blue chemicals for a more natural alternative – and keep your windows sparkling.
Lavender Oil
Laundry
Lavender oil is simply lovely in the laundry, especially when you’re laundering linen and towels.
Give your wash a boost by adding 2 capfuls of pure oil, or Bosistos Lavender Solution in the final rinse to freshen and fragrance.
It’s a great low-tox alternative to commercial softeners.
Keep Bugs Away
One of the essential oils with a reputation for repelling bugs, lavender oil is handy to keep around if you have ants, mozzies, flies, moths… in fact any kind of creepy crawlies that aren’t invited inside.
Soak a cotton ball in pure lavender oil and place around windowsills (keep out of reach of pets).  Consider growing lavender herbs in pots outside your doors.    Diffusing lavender oil in a diffuser is also useful – great for dinner parties inside.
Pop 30-40 drops of pure lavender oil in a spray bottle with some distilled water and spray over patio furniture and outdoor furnishings.
Yoga Mat Spray Lavender is great for freshening gym gear, including shoes – pop a cotton ball with lavender into your sneakers to help keep them fresh! This DIY Yoga Mat Spray is also terrific, and can be used to freshen and wipe over any home gym equipment such as dumbells and exercise balls.
Drawer Freshener Drawers and cupboards can get a bit musty, particularly in rooms that don’t get a lot of use.    Wipe inside drawers with Bosisto’s Lavender Solution in some water, or give things a quick freshen up using Bosisto's Lavender Spray ( great for pillows and mattresses too, as an alternative to eucalyptus). You could also make DIY Drawer Freshener bags to keep your drawers and wardrobe smelling amazing all the time!  Bonus – lavender is said to deter moths. Relax! Of course, the ultimate lavender oil use is for winding down at the end of the day.  Spray your pillow with a Lavender- based Aroma Mist, diffuse an essential oil blend containing lavender in your diffuser or try a few drops in the bath.   It’s the ultimate wellbeing treat to reward yourself for living a more natural life!
Always read the label.  Follow the directions for use.  If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.

~~~ As always, don’t replace medicine with plants! Information was gathered from multiple online sources like GroveandGrotto, WebMD,  WhiteWitchParlor, Scott Cunningham’s Magical Herbalism, and gardening sites~~~
Correspondences - Healing, protection, banishment, gentle,
Element - Air
Planet - Moon
Safety - Not safe for children, may lower blood sugar so don’t take it if diabetic or after surgery. Will interact with medications broken down by the liver and medication for diabetes. Toxic to dogs and cats
Growth - Neutral-acidic soil with full sun, moist and well drained soil, and prefers warmer climate. They can get pretty big
Care - drought tolerant once established but likes regular watering. Only pests are borers and if that happens remove the plant and move it. Likes slight humidity so if indoors, lightly spraying plant with water occasionally is a good idea
Harvest and Storage - You harvest the leaves and dry them with preferred method. Store in an airtight container in a dark and cool space. You can also use the branches and preserve them with glycerin.
Medicinal Use - Can help with respiratory problems, tooth plaque, lice, headaches, prevent the flu or cold, congestion, and other mouth and throat problems. Major component in the Thieves blend.
Magickal Use - Healing spells or herbology. Place leaves or a branch over a sick person’s bed or representation of them to rid them of illness, protection, cleansing, banishing, good to put in spell bags, pillows, poppets, and more, gentle magick
Culinary/Household - Good for herbalism items like slaves, oils, soaps, lotions, etc.  Branches can be used as decoration. Used to flavour food since ingesting too much of it can cause problems (dried leaves are easier to ingest in teas and jellies) Bug repellant.
Essential Oils That Are Dangerous For Cats
Some essential oils are toxic for cats because they contain phenols, a compound in some essential oils. They aren't able to break the oil down and process it in their little bodies. Please research an oil before spraying or diffusing or using it - it can potentially get on their skin or fur and be absorbed or licked up!
Another toxic compound is found in citrus essential oils, d-limonene.
Oils to avoid or be very careful with:
Cinnamon oil
Citrus oils (any and all!)
Clove oil
Eucalyptus oil
Lavender oil
Oregano oil
Peppermint oil
Pennyroyal oil
Pine oil
Sweet birch oil
Tea tree oil (deadly in particular, please completely avoid)
Thyme oil
Wintergreen oil
Ylang ylang oil
(The above list is not complete; please look up your oil to see if it contains phenols before use!)
I will also note there are some contradictory reports about certain oils listed above: for example, some say lavender is good and some say lavender is toxic. Research the ingredients in a particular brand's oils, use high quality brands, and dilute your oils if you would like to use them around cats. Be vigilant and careful! And definitely avoid letting your cat lick your skin where essential oils have been applied.
Symptoms of essential oil poisoning
Drooling
Vomiting
Tremors
Difficulty walking, stumbling, lacking cat reflexes
Wheezing, coughing, panting, etc.
There are also a few common flowers and plants that cats can be poisoned lethally by (including lilies - petals, leaves, pollen and all), so please be careful and gentle with your friends and familiars. <3 They are very sensitive creatures and lack a lot of the enzymes that humans possess.
If you do choose to use any oils or diffusers, update your vet about it so they know and can maybe offer you tips or warnings to keep in mind.
✨ ℕ𝕖𝕘𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕧𝕖 𝔼𝕟𝕖𝕣𝕘𝕪 ℝ𝕖𝕞𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕣 ✨
This room spray helps to remove negative energy and vibes from a room. The only thing is that using salt in the mix can damage the Amethyst and Clear Quartz, so these crystals can only be used for this purpose. If you prefer, you can omit the salt from the recipe and replace it with something like Witch Hazel, which is a crystal safe alternative.
On another note, for those of us with cats, eucalyptus oil is poisonous so should be kept away from our feline friends 💫
