Peter disappeared as Spider-Man for five months after the death of Gwen, he blamed himself that she died. He couldn't save her, he broke his promise to her father. To keep her out of it and he didn't do it. Once he came back as Spider-Man, he was still not himself at least it took a while before Peter was kind of back to the old Peter. Aunt May was worried and he couldn't tell her why or his secret, that meant that the only person truly there for him was Hannah. Who checked up on him, texted him, called him. Even when he didn't texted back or picked up the phone. It was now like two years along the line and Peter was swinging around in the city as Spider-Man, knowing he was meeting up with Hannah.

Once he spotted her he swooped her along with her as he swung away, somewhere more private. Putting her down on her feet as he was looking at her. "Hey." He doesn't know where to begin with all of this, the only person he had ever loved was Gwen. Taking off his mask to look into her eyes.

"I have to tell you something." He started, god he sucks at this. Never was good at these kind of things. "I- uhm.. " Really not knowing where to start this off. "There is no other way to just say it. I like you, Hannah. I never thought I would fall in love with anyone ever again, after..." a pause hit as he swallowed not going to continue that sentence. "You! You made me believe in love again. I love you, Hannah. I would lie, if I said I'm not scared. Because I am, scared I might lose you too. And I cannot handle that if that's going to happen."

it all went better in her head, but sure isn't that always the way? and maybe dragging juliette into it wasn't the smartest move on her part, but nora didn't think it was going to end the way it did. her brows furrow a little as the young woman speaks, hands on her hips as they stand in the middle of the warehouse that nora had convinced juliette to break in to with her. the nephilim had found herself doing things that past nora would frown upon --- how quickly she had killed that girl in favour of the one she was now.

the harsh reality was that there was more of them monsters than there was humans nowadays. to find safe places to travel, to rest, to do anything ... especially with the number of people they had accumulated over the months ... it was becoming harder and harder to get where they needed to go. after a conversation with carlos, ezra goes to find claire --- of course, head in a map and thoughts on their next move.
