Tonight is a really bad night.
#I have made so many strides in dealing with my extreme health anxiety#(Thank you diagnosed OCD)#But I still have bad nights where I’m terrified and crying and so scared I’m going to die#It’s so awful I hate this so much#‘What if what if—‘ says my broken brain#Distraction works best but I’m on the last day of my monthlies and I haven’t been able to focus all day#I know my right leg is likely sore just due to general soreness but my brain goes:#‘Blood clot?????’#Especiallt after what happened after I was forced to get the vaccine#text#Chey.txt#My dog came to curl up on my lap#I am petting her and trying not to cry
